That is, "The lord of all is the most excellent." And, "Abides in the manner of the two truths." And, "Perfectly enlightened in a single instant." And, "The pervasive lord, the master of the five wisdoms." And, "Possessing twelve aspects of truth." That very one understands sixteen aspects. With twenty aspects, enlightenment. Perfectly enlightened, the supreme all-knowing. The emanation body of all Buddhas. The one who scatters countless billions. And, "The supreme first one, possessing the three bodies." As shown by these and others. Therefore, in order to make clear and not conceal the root of the path to accomplish the siddhi of the Great Seal, which is the order of complete purification, which is the tantra of the Supreme First Buddha. If this is known, then the definitive meaning of all the ways of the Mantrayana, the teaching of the Names, will also be known. Therefore, in the Great Commentary, it says: "Whoever does not know the Supreme First Buddha does not know the Correct Pronunciation of Names. Whoever does not know the Correct Pronunciation of Names does not know the Wisdom Body of the Vajra Holder. Whoever does not know the Wisdom Body of the Vajra Holder does not know the Mantrayana. Whoever does not know the Mantrayana, all of them are samsaric beings, separated from the path of the Bhagavan Vajra Holder." Therefore, the Supreme First Buddha should be taught by the noble lamas, and should be heard by the noble disciples who seek liberation. Thus it is said. Now, how should the meaning of such a tantra be correctly explained? In general, the tantras of the Vajrayana are very profound and stable in meaning, and are sealed with six edges and four modes. Therefore, only those who possess the wisdom of suchness that truly understands the meaning of these, who possess the power of clairvoyance, and who have been prophesied by the Tathagatas to explain the meaning of the tantras, such as the great Bodhisattvas, and the great accomplished vidyadharas who have directly received the oral transmission from the lords of the mandala, can explain them. Even if a learned person is well-versed in treatises such as logic, it is not within their power to explain them independently. As the Great Commentary "Stainless Light" says: "Whoever does not have clairvoyance, glorious Vajra

As it is said, in many treatises abiding in the vehicle, those who consider conceptualization as the essence of the Dharma, and the great commentaries filled with the arrogance of scholars, their actions are like blind elephants drunk, for the sake of conquering the lineage of enemies. However, abiding in that, one's own lineage deteriorates; this is always a friend of demons. As it is said, the meaning of speaking about the presence or absence of clairvoyance here is, not to mention those with the five contaminated clairvoyances, even the noble Arhats with the six clairvoyances cannot unlock the meaning of the Vajrayana by their own power. Therefore, the clairvoyance here should be understood as the clairvoyance that can unerringly unlock the meaning of the Vajrayana through the special wisdom of the path of the four empowerments. Thus, because it is not the object of any other. When explaining the meaning of this great tantra, the one with the lineage, Padmakara, said this: Whoever the teacher himself prophesied as the king, the giver of happiness, in all the Vajrayana, makes commentaries and summaries, is a Vajradhara bodhisattva like me. They speak of the Buddha's intention here for the sake of maturing gods, humans, and vidyadharis. Those who do not have the five clairvoyances, they say, "We are the kings," speaking untruthfully. As it is said, although the great commentary "Vimalaprabha" is taken as the standard, those who have not truly understood the profound objects of wisdom may still mainly show the profound meanings of the tantra as the objects of conceptualization and consciousness in the attachment to the views that please their own minds. As the commentary says: In the future, relying on treatises such as dialectics, with various minds, those who become Buddhas will also become inverted due to encountering the dialectics of others. Whoever relies on dialectics and teaches the path to the desired object, he will destroy the faults with evil wisdom, and I will write a commentary. Thus, the vajra words of the tantra, like the life force, the wisdom of the meaning of the four empowerments that transcends the world, that very unchanging bliss in this tantra, not abiding in the extremes of conditioned and unconditioned, and because of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, the wisdom of non-duality.
