If it were done that way, it would be too much. Even if that is not the end point of the two movements, it is thought that the light should touch the Fire Mountain and the Snow Mountain. Regarding this, from Khedrup Je's Great Commentary, it appears that the width of the small world is 25,000 yojanas, divided into six parts such as India and Tibet. Therefore, the share of each part is 4,167 and a half yojanas, half a krosha, 333 bows, and one cubit eight fingers. There are still four parts to the northern end of Tibet, so multiplying the above dimensions by four gives 16,666 yojanas and two kroshas, etc. Therefore, on the day of the northernmost point of the northward journey, the sun comes from directly above the northern end of Tibet. Let alone whether it will stay, even if it is assumed to stay directly above the northern end, at that time there are as many as 16,000 yojanas, etc., between the center of the sun and Mount Meru, as just mentioned. Because it is said that the length of the support is 14,000 yojanas, how could the support possibly touch the summit at that time? The distance between the Fire Mountain and the Snow Mountain is 75,000 yojanas, which is divided by 182 and a half days, and what is obtained is the distance traveled north and south each day. Regarding this, there are between 410 yojanas and six paramānus per day, which is also admitted by those commentators. In this way, from the start of the northward journey to 150 days, less than two and a half days, the sun has already abandoned 61,000 yojanas, and from there to the summit of Mount Meru, there are only 14,000 yojanas, and the support also has the same size. Therefore, from the start of the northward journey to 150 days plus less than two and a half days, the support will touch the summit of Mount Meru, so at that time the northward journey would be too terminated, and the same is true for the southward journey. Each of the two journeys does not have five months, and there are only less than ten months in a year, and such a fault will fall upon us. Therefore, even if the center of the sun travels between the Fire Mountain at the end, it is not necessary to think that the center of the sun will touch the Fire Mountain, but rather to think that it is above the inner side of the surrounding area.

Then it is permissible to reach the sky. When abiding thus, since there is a very long distance and a difference in height between the fire star and the sun, when going to the extreme south, although the sun is directly above the environment, it is not contradictory to see the sky between the sun and the environment. Although the Abhidharma says that there is no sky outside the environment, according to that system, the width of the environment is three hundred and thirteen yojanas, and according to the Kalachakra system, the width is fifty thousand yojanas, so it is not contradictory that there are many stars in the sky above these areas, so even if many stars are seen near the sun at the extreme south, there is no contradiction. If based on the Abhidharma, the sun's lower base is made of fire crystal, pointing downwards to the ground. Other parts say that it is not fire crystal, so there is no evidence that the support is extending horizontally. Furthermore, if the solar disk touches the fire, where is even a finger's width of the support in between? If the solar disk touches fire and water, how can it even be seen? After stating many faults such as these, (the opponent) thinks that according to our own system, due to the turning of the wheel of the palace, wherever it touches fire, it is touching the horn of Mount Meru when obtaining the seventh direction, and going above the snowy mountains. They think that the basis of touching fire must be either the solar disk or the support, so they speak of different views. Therefore, reaching and touching the fire star and the horn of Mount Meru, this can be shown by representing it in a drawing of the globe: in the center is the round outer line of the cool mountain, and on the outer edge is the round of the fire star, and the drawing of the globe turns in that way. When going to the extreme north, the sun arrives at a position directly aligned with the horn of Mount Meru; when going to the extreme south, the sun arrives at a position directly above the inner edge of the fire star. At that time, the distance from the tip of the lower end of the sun's support to the fire star is seventy-five thousand yojanas, but in the drawing, the space between the top and bottom is not shown, so the drawing of the globe at the extreme south touches the fire star. Saying this is a very good explanation! Even if the sun is directly above another continent, our own
