Below that, gatherings and so on, also called "two," give two to the whole. Two for the star of the sun, fierce for the hour, very clear for the treasure, and must give generously to the enjoyment of the sun. These are called "moon," and the fixed of each month will surely change, and in that order, again and again to the months, give generously to the former, so it is said that the latter will appear. Thus, the Blessed One made this calculation and prophesied the future. Now, from the fixed of the moon, the calculation of the five combinations, such as the first day, is spoken. From the first to the thirtieth, whatever number of days is calculated, giving, abandoning, and giving again are, in order, the stars, hours, and feet. Give to the star position, abandon to the hour, and give again to the gathering position, which is the meaning of the lunar foot. After that, for the meaning of taking the lunar foot, to the gathering, that is, the whole part, by the saying "water treasure moon," divide by fourteen, and the wealth obtained, if the dot and two and four are equal, one and three, unequal gains, etc., give in order to those that are equal, and those that are unequal must be abandoned, and it should be known that the things to be given and abandoned are the foot total, etc., which will be explained later. The remainder divided by fourteen is the meaning of the foot, which is the meaning of taking the foot. The key point here is that in the star position, whatever the number of days, giving this, is the turn of the star and the number of days equal to the enjoyment there? No. The wisdom part of the moon has two parts, subtle and coarse. In the coarse part, one day has sixty hours, and each hour is less. In the hour position, abandoning the number of days, giving fifty-nine hours. If calculated in detail, giving the day to the star, subtracting fifty-six from the hour, and subtracting two from the breath, is the enjoyment of the star's day. This giving is the same as the meaning, but it is not said so in the sutra, so although one month lacks one hundred and ten hours, when the moon is fixed, this fault is removed, so it is restored, and the moon's fixed has a slight surplus, so this remedy is made. The whole is that one foot moves every day, so it is enough to give the number of days. Thus, after taking the foot, the method of writing the foot total is, the lunar foot to be taken is, arising, arising, arrow and Veda, etc., the seven foot positions to be explained later are accumulated in order.
