ལ་ནི་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་རྣམ་དབྱེ་ལྔ་པའི་དོན་ལ་བདུན་པ་བྱས་པ་སྟེ། དོན་ལ་དུས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ལས་ཞེས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲུབ་པའི་མཐའ་ཉམས་པ་དེའི་ཕྱིར་ཉུང་ངུའི་བྱེད་པ་གསལ་ཞེས་པ་མའི་ལ་དུའི་ཚིག་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། །སྐར་རྩིས་ཀྱི་སྐབས་འདིར་རྒྱུད་ཚིག་དངོས་བསྟན་ལྟར་ཉུང་ངུའི་ངག་གིས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། འགྲེལ་པའི་འབྲུ་མནན་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་མང་ཞིང་ཚོགས་ཆེ་བར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། བོད་དུའང་བྱེད་གྲུབ་གཉིས་ཀའི་ལུགས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཡོད་ཅིང་། དེ་དག་གི་རི་མོའི་གོ་བའི་གནད་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་དང་དེ་དག་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་ལ་ཡན་ལག་ལྔའི་རྩིས་བརྗོད་པ་ལ། ཐོག་མར་ལོ་གང་ནས་མགོ་བཟུང་སྟེ་བརྩི་བའི་ལོ་དག་གསུངས་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་རྒྱུད་བསྟན་པའི་ལོ་དེ་ནས་ལོ་དྲུག་བརྒྱ་ན་རིགས་ལྡན་འཇམ་དཔལ་གྱི་དུས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱ་ན་ཀླ་ཀློའི་དུས་སོ། That will be when eight hundred years have been completed since the eight lineage kings sat on the throne from the Lotus Throne to the Most Excellent. At the time when the Kula-Kla (kla klo) enter, on the earth that holds, the calculation of brief reckoning will become clear, and people will understand. "Brief" means that it is not as detailed and extensive as the reckoning of the tenets, but rather the meaning of rough calculation. At that time, in places such as the southern sky city of the Shita River (shI tA), on the land of all the regions that previously held the tenets of the reckoning of the heretics, the tenets of the Brahmins, the solarists, the naked ones, and the star reckoning of the hairy ones, these four will decline. It is said that the tenets will all decline. In places such as Shambhala (shambha la), the tenets of the Buddhist reckoning will not decline. Therefore, when people mostly combine with the religious customs or tenets of the Kula-Kla (kla klo), the so-called union of the times, the tenets, should be understood as the pure tenets of astrology, and incidentally also refers to religious tenets. Note: Here, "ལ་" indicates that such a thing will happen, which is the meaning of the fifth case, used as the seventh case, and actually means "from the union of the times." Because the tenets decline, it is said that the brief reckoning is clear, which is like the usage of "མའི་ལ་དུའི་," just like saying to a child, "Come here, I'll give you ལ་དུའི་," showing an empty cup to entice. The brief reckoning of the heretics is not completely clear, because the phrase "the tenets decline" implies this. If the reckoning and so on were clear, then the reckoning of the tenets would not decline, because the reckoning can also correctly calculate the weekday or know the purity of the planets. On the day when the sun turns north, by observing the shadow of the pole, one can know that the sun's movement in the reckoning is incorrect. If the enjoyment of the planets is impure, then it is meaningless for the heretics to calculate the fruits of the planets, such as birth charts or life calculations. Like this, the sound mandala, types, abilities, activities, peacefulness and fierceness of the planets, and the fruit calculations of those born from them and starting activities, will become meaningless, because if the planets are impure, it is impossible for the fruits associated with those planets to arise. Furthermore, why do the heretics compile this calculation method that makes the enjoyment of the planets appear impure? Because if the clear explanations of the movements of the planets from the astrological conclusions of the wicked heretical Brahmins are well compiled, then even children and women will easily understand them, and thus will no longer respect us. Therefore, they discussed and decided to hide all the previously existing pure astrological conclusions and engage in activities such as tantric practices. They hid the conclusions and clearly explained the tantric activities of their respective schools, etc. Because it is difficult for children to understand, they used many collections of days and nights to make these people stay away from astrology, and they also made elaborations such as slow and fast in the activities. In this way, the certainty of the planets is unclear in the activities, and as time passes, the elements of error increase, so the enjoyment of the sun is also impure. Because of this, other planets are also impure. Even though those malicious heretics have harmed others, those who hold this view do not understand this due to the influence of the times. Therefore, such actions that harm others are contradictory in all circumstances and should be avoided. Fourteenth, the nature of astrological calculations through conclusions and activities exists, and is explained from the twenty-seventh verse of fire, space, ocean, etc., to the third foot of the second wind.
