It revolves. Thus, in the very center of the summit of Mount Sumeru in that world system, in the land of Brahma or the place of Brahma, the Bhagavan Kalachakra abides. Inside, there is a crest jewel on the body. Some commentaries say that the Kalachakra abides in the center of the top of Mount Sumeru, which is in terms of meditation, but in reality, it is unreasonable for the Kalachakra to abide in the center of the top of the outer world's Mount Sumeru. However, just as the Kalachakra mandala is meditated on top of Mount Sumeru during meditation, in the realm of the three worlds, for the benefit of sentient beings, the Kalachakra mandala is on top of Mount Sumeru, and in pure lands and near pure lands, heroes and yoginis abide, what contradiction could there be? It is impossible to establish that the stainless body prevents others from understanding and that everything is revealed and seen. It is also impossible to establish that the wisdom body of the Buddha does not reside in the world. That Kalachakra itself, together with the aggregates, elements, and stainless Victor, all the Buddhas gather and become one, and the assembly of gods such as Bodhisattvas and Great Brahma perfectly offer and praise it. Mount Sumeru, whoever has the arrow of words that can accomplish curses against it, is the name of a god. Thus, the assembly of arrows of words, the guardian deities of the directions such as Brahma, and the Nagas who dwell beneath the earth are the five castes of Brahmins, kings, commoners, and Chandalas. In all directions of glorious Mount Sumeru, reaching the mandala of the earth, the four mandalas of wind, fire, water, and earth naturally abide, the eastern Videha, the southern small Jambudvipa, the northern Kuru, and the western Godaniya, these abiding in the four directions are called the collection of all places among the twelve places, and the four boundaries of those continents, that is, the boundary of the east and south is the fire direction, similarly, the Rakshasa who is devoid of truth, the powerful one, and the wind direction are nearby places. Similarly, the pure land and near pure land should be known as the direction and boundary of the first half of the salty sea. Gathering and near gathering abide in the four directions and four boundaries of the latter half of the ocean, and similarly, possessing gathering and near gathering is the fire of

In the first half of the mandala. Because it is the house of corpses, the location of the charnel house, the cemetery is the boundary between the fire mandala and the wind mandala. Finally, if the house and the nearby house are the latter half of the fire mandala. The cemetery and the nearby cemetery are the first half of the wind mandala. The eight great cemeteries are at the edge of the wind mandala. Here, the term 'house' has the same meaning as the prohibition of drinking. If the cemeteries are considered as one, they are also called the ten places of Heruka. The eight great cemeteries are also included in the nearby cemeteries. Thus, the external display as twelve places is actually the twelve places to be traversed. Internally, it is the twelve major joints of the limbs on the body. The positions of the directional guardians are: Indra in the east on the top of Mount Sumeru. Fire is the fire god, Yama is the south, and True Departure is the name of Rakshasa, whose direction is southwest. In the west, in order, are Yama, Rakshasa, and the water god, the chief of the Nagas. Similarly, the direction is expressed by the name of the lord of the direction, wind is northwest, wealth-giver is north, and the direction of the seizing Ishvara is the northeast, where the wind god, the king of Yakshas, and the powerful Ishvara or the powerful one reside in order. Above and below are also the places where Brahma and Vishnu reside in order. Those leaders of the directional guardians also possess weapons, and together with many beings of their respective retinues, they protect and guard their respective directions. The chief of all these, who is worshiped and praised by the three realms, is in the center of those directional guardians, the Bhagavan Kalachakra, who, because the breath stops in the central channel, binds the bindu without leakage, and with the coemergent, unchanging wisdom, causes all the aggregates to arise without obscuration, is therefore the supreme generator of the Victorious Ones, abiding in the indestructible Vajra body. Internally, the eight channels of the heart and the upper and lower parts, that is, in the center of the ten directional guardians, in the center of the five chakras, there exists the indestructible essence wisdom. The eleventh existence is

The state of abiding by the nature of the great transformation arising from the power of the wheel is shown by the twenty-second and twenty-third verses behind Mount Sumeru. This shows how the Tathagata's teachings enter into twelve regions through karma. What is it? Behind Mount Sumeru, that is, in the outer direction, from the twelve regions of the land of karma, on those lands, it is difficult for the Asuras and barbarians to conquer, and the wheel-possessor will turn. In the twelve regions of the land, wherever the Tathagata's teachings decline, the age of strife, which here refers to non-Dharma, and wherever non-Dharma enters, the wheel-possessor of Dharma will proceed greatly and turn in order. Those who hold non-Dharma, such as barbarians, and also the Asuras included by the word "also," the wheel-possessor destroys in battle, doing what pleases Buddhists, and again runs around to destroy other non-Dharma in the direction ahead. Thus, in each region, the four ages established from the flourishing of Dharma and non-Dharma are the complete, the three-fold, and the two-fold, etc., and other four ages of teaching called the age of strife, that is, other than the four great ages from the complete kalpa, etc., that which turns in order in the twelve spokes of the earth, showing that the combination of the ages of increase and decrease will arise. How is it? In whatever region of the land the wheel-possessor of Dharma, who has the power to destroy the barbarians of non-Dharma, enters, there, because there is the correct Dharma that has not declined, the complete age of the Buddha's scriptural and realized teachings being completely perfect will pass or arrive, behind the king of Dharma, that is, in the region of the land that he has passed, the three-fold age in which one of the four parts of the completely perfect teachings of scriptural and realized Dharma is missing, and the age of strife, in which each of the four parts of the correct Dharma declines, and the age of non-Dharma is also in front of the king, there, because the Dharma has not arrived, now the wheel-possessor will destroy. Between the age of strife and the three-fold age, the limb of the Dharma Three are not complete.
