What does it transform into? In order to stabilize and move the three realms, to accomplish them with their respective names, the transformation into the symbols of mantras is that the first letter of each name becomes the seed of wisdom and the cause of generation, and all the endings of names become the mantras to be recited. In order to accomplish various meanings, through the distinctions of the names of limitless beings, one should comprehend limitless mantras. For example, in the world, in order to distinguish between the fruits of good and non-good, the first letter of a person's name is used to find the house and the natal star, etc., and all the letters of the name are also used to observe the amount of vowels, just as in war, the victory or defeat between the weak and the strong is observed. Similarly, the first letter of each name and all names can also accomplish the actions of meditation and recitation, because dependent origination is not confused or deceptive. The power of jewels, mantras, and medicines manifests from the complete transformation of the mind of the one who relies on them, and the appearances that arise are inconceivable. Therefore, vowels such as A, and consonants such as Ka, are clear collections. Like this, from the mantras that possess the collection of vowels and consonants, the three realms of the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm will definitely be generated. Alas, lord of men, thus it is called. For the purpose of recitation and meditation, the birthplaces, elements, lineages, etc. of the letters of mantras, namely vowels and consonants, are explained. The five vowels A, I, Ri, U, and Li are combined in sequence according to the birthplaces and elements such as the throat, etc., which will be explained. Similarly, consonants such as Ka, Tsa, Ta, Pa, Ta, Ra, and ྈྐ་ etc., namely ྈྐ་, Sha, ཥ་, ྅ྤ་, Sa, and Ha, Ya, Ra, Wa, Ra, etc., these five groups of Ka etc. are correctly combined with how the birthplaces of the previous five vowels have changed. The birthplaces of ྈྐ་ etc., combined with each group, are in sequence the throat, palate, and upper part, that is, generated from the crown of the head. The elements of these three are in sequence space, wind, and combustibles, that is, the place generated from fire. What arises from the lips and teeth are the elements of water and earth. In summary, Akuhaྈྐཿ is the element of space, arising from the place of the throat. Ichulasha is the element of fire, the tip of the tongue and gums.

From which they arise. ṛṭuraṣa (Tibetan, Devanagari: ऋटुरष, Romanized Sanskrit: ṛṭuraṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: season, anger) is the element of fire. It arises from the crown of the head. upuva (Tibetan, Devanagari: उपव, Romanized Sanskrit: upuva, Literal Chinese meaning: nearby, sowing) is the element of water. It arises from the location of the lips. litulasa (Tibetan, Devanagari: लतुलस, Romanized Sanskrit: litulasa, Literal Chinese meaning: curved, lazy) is the element of earth. It arises from the location of the teeth. As it is said. Just as saying "ku" implies that all the ka-group letters are to be understood, so it should be understood for all. As it is said in the grammar treatises, "utra includes its group." The five vowel elements, such as a, correspond in order to the immovable crown chakra of the space element, the heart of Amoghasiddhi of the wind element, the throat of Ratnasambhava of the fire element, the head or forehead of Amitabha of the water element, and the navel chakra of Vairochana of the earth element. Their colors are also in order the nature of various colors, green, black, red, white like a rabbit, and yellow like gold, which are in order associated with the respective adhi-devas of the five aggregates and the five elements, that is their color. Thus, one should meditate on the crown chakra associated with consciousness and the adhi-deva of the space element, etc., which is explained elsewhere. Therefore, akuha (Tibetan, Devanagari: अकुह, Romanized Sanskrit: akuha, Literal Chinese meaning: unskillful) and the modified form ྈྐ should be meditated upon in the crown chakra, etc. As above, the letters of the other elements should also be meditated upon in their respective locations. Up to this point, the meaning of the eight abodes (locations) has been explained. Secondly, in order to easily enter into the explanation of the measure of the world realm that has arisen in this way, it is explained in conjunction with the remaining sixteen abodes (locations). The nature of the number of mandalas of wind, etc., oceans, continents, and mountains, is the ninth abode (location). From the edge of the wind, etc., starting from the tenth verse, it is explained up to the thirteenth verse. If one considers the ultimate meaning, there is no specific thing called the measure of the world. But since the appearance of sentient beings' own minds is like a dream, from the perspective of conventional appearance, in order to make the measure of the world conform to the thoughts of sentient beings, there are various explanations. But here, because of combining outer and inner purification, it is explained in this way: from the bottom edge of the lower base wind mandala to Mount Meru...
