Here, what gives rise to the fourth stage of sentient beings is the space element. What is said to be that seven great ones arise from that nature are here earth, water, fire, wind, mind, intellect, and pride. These are transformations in dependence on the root nature, and they themselves are also the nature that gives rise to subsequent transformations, so they are said to be both nature and transformation. The sixteen aspects are only transformations, namely the five senses, the five objects, the five actions, and the supreme sense, which are sixteen. Thus, nature and transformation together are twenty-three, plus the individual, making twenty-four. Here, the term "person" is not both nature and transformation because it is pervasive and separate from the essence of both. Thus, the five elements such as space externally, and Rahu, the sun, and the moon are called the eight natures, namely the root nature and the seven great ones. The five planets such as Tashi are the five senses. The five external sense objects of the senses, and the six tastes of earth and so on are the sixteen transformations. Some, such as those who exhaust, think that the five senses and the five objects are ten, plus the six bodies that sustain life, namely earth, water, fire, wind, wood, and the six lives of the fruit body, which are sixteen. Asking how the various measures of the body are, it will be explained in the inner chapter. "And" is a conjunction. Asking how the arrangement of the three realms of existence is externally, that is, asking about the thirty-one existences of the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, as explained in the first chapter. The three external existences are the three realms of body, speech, and mind of the human body internally. Also, as explained in the chapter on the means of purification in the mandala wheel. What is said to be the enjoyment of gods and demigods, the gods enjoy during the day, and the demigods enjoy during the night, so there are day and night hours, and similarly, going north and going south are internal. What is said to be the mandala and the power, there are two mandalas, namely the colored powder mandala that is divided by applying colors and lines with the conventional truth of the world, and the mandala that draws lines in the space element with the ultimate truth.

Free from colors and the like, and through the forms of color and shape, contemplating the deities of form such as faces and hands, free from the mind of conceptual meditation, the mandala of all forms like a reflection in a mirror. Thus, the mandala, as well as the seven worldly empowerments of water, crown, silk ribbons, vajra bell, great asceticism, name, and subsequent permission. Similarly, above these are the vase, secret, and wisdom, prajna, the ten empowerments together with these three. The transcendental empowerment is the eleventh. By whom should these requests be prophesied? The so-called "Third Time" is the name of a deity, because the deities initially have three stages of birth, dwelling in the middle, and death at the end, but they always remain youthful at the age of twenty-five, so there is no stage of aging, hence this name, from the treatise on nomenclature. Thus, O guru of gods and humans, please truly explain these things that have been requested. This is the request. 2. The meaning of this request, in brief, encompasses the Kalachakra Tantra, which is the nature of the three: outer, inner, and other. The outer refers to how things appear externally, showing the arrangement of the three realms, which is the outer Kalachakra. Because all external appearances arise from the aggregation of the elements of the inner body, the display of the measure of the inner Vajra body and the arrangement of channels, winds, and bindus is called the inner Kalachakra. Other tantras also say, "As the outer, so the inner." And, the Kalachakra Root Tantra says, "As the outer, so the body; as the body, so the other." Just like that. Thus, these appearances of the outer and inner, which are accompanied by obscurations, when free from obscurations, appear as the mandala of pure wisdom, which is called the other Kalachakra. This is because it has been transformed into another state from the appearances of the outer and inner that are accompanied by obscurations. For that other Kalachakra, through the elaboration of conceptual thought, with the generation stage of cultivation, the wrathful deities of the heroic stage, and the cultivation of the peaceful deities of the self-blessing stage, these are the definitive conventional truth, that is, worldly attainments.
