The great gods, such as the powerful Great Lord who became a friend of the Caste Holder, will strike all of the dark-sided Asura demons who protect the king of the heretics. The mind that has made the lord of the heretical Asuras will be struck by the weapon in the hand of the powerful Caste Holder Wheel King himself. It can also be translated as "the mind of the doer" or "the mind of the done." Thus, the king of the heretics and his retinue, as well as the dark side of the protectors, will be completely destroyed. Twenty-second, abiding in the nature of bestowing the path of worldly and transworldly attainments to all sentient beings is: the army, all, etc., is indicated by the one hundred and third verse and the two lines following it, thus the powerful army of the Caste Holder, after destroying all the armies of the heretics in battle, the Caste Holder himself, along with his retinue, such as the Pervader and the Powerful One, will go to the city of Kalapa built by the gods on Mount Kailasha (Gang Rinpoche), which is the very foundation where the Wheel Kings, that is, the Wheel-Turning King himself, abides. The Lotus One said that he will go before the Kalachakra. Thus, at the time of cutting off the lineage of the heretics, on the earth, all kinds of beings will have good thoughts and engage in the activities of the two accumulations, and will fully possess the four perfect fruits of Dharma, desire, wealth, and liberation, and the grains will also grow well in the wilderness monasteries, and the branches of the trees will be bent by the heavy burden of stable fruits, and such things will happen, and people will enjoy as they please. After the army of the heretics, together with the retinue of beings, has cut off the lineage of non-Dharma, from the age of fifty, which is half of a hundred human years, the Caste Holder Wheel King will achieve the Vidyadhara of Space Travel and the accomplishment of the Great Seal, and will lead all sentient beings connected to the realm of Space Travel.

Where was the accomplishment attained? The answer is: Behind Mount Kailash, where the divinely constructed, exceedingly high palace of Kalapa is located. So it is said. Another translation here says, 'Having completely subdued the hordes of barbarians, together with the retinue, in half a hundred years.' It is better to say that the lineage holder, together with the retinue, attained the accomplishment of walking in the sky, which means going to the land of the sky-goers. In this regard, the lineage holder becomes the meaning of going to the place of accomplishment, and it must be explained as showing the aspect of nirvana. Because the lineage holder is Manjushri, he has already attained the supreme accomplishment from countless eons ago, so I do not quite agree with the explanation that he has now attained the accomplishment, although some explanations say so. But in reality, it is like that, in the manner of manifestation, it is not contradictory to show as if newly attained for the sake of the beings to be tamed. Just like our teacher Shakyamuni Buddha, although he had already become a Buddha in the Tathagata Empowerment Crown, he manifested as becoming a Buddha in front of the Vajra Throne in this age of strife and solidity of a hundred years. The actions of the Buddhas and Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who have attained freedom are inconceivable, so there is nothing wrong with saying that, I think it is good. The Padma commentary says, 'Together with the retinue, he went before the Blessed One Kalachakra.' Saying this also means that he went without abandoning his body. In this tantra, it is said that the lineage holder, the great Chakravartin, ruled over twelve pieces of land. In response to this, some people think that it contradicts the teachings that Chakravartins will not appear in the age of strife, because this itself is the great Chakravartin of the Dharma wheel, so it is said to be a Chakravartin, but it is not the Chakravartin who appears in the world with the power of the seven precious possessions such as the Kalachakra jewel in the age of perfection. It is undeniable that such a Chakravartin of the Great Dharma Wheel occasionally appears even in the unpleasant time of strife. Because the power of the aspirations and wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is inconceivable. For example, with special karma, or with the power of mantra accomplishment, one can turn the wheel with power even in the age of strife.
