Therefore, after "at the end of the seat," one should recite "twenty-two." Although there are many ways of explaining it, there is not much conflict in meaning. If combined with the lineage of the seat, it is better to explain it this way: The disseminator of the light of the holy Dharma, King Moon Good, and the seven Dharma Kings; then, Manjushri Name and the seven Caste Holders; Sun Name and the seven planets; Boundless and the seven Thubpas; and after the third set of seven, here, as before, the remaining four Caste Holders are added, totaling thirty-two. The first seven Dharma Kings are courageous people, the birthplace of gods, because they fully enjoy the four legs of the Dharma. Caste Holder Name is the same as the birthplace of fish, the first to prevent the Dharma of the heretics. The six from White Lotus to All-pervading Hidden are the birthplace of turtles; the seven from Sun Name to Moonlight are the birthplace of pigs; the seven from Boundless to Unceasing are the birthplace of human lions. Caste Holder Human Lion is the dwarf, Great自在 is Jamadagni (Sanskrit Devanagari: जामदग्नि, Sanskrit Romanization: jāmadagni, Chinese literal meaning: Rama with an axe), the son of the immortal Yama Fire, Rama with an axe; Boundless Victory is the son of King Ten Chariots, Joyful Rama; the Fierce Wheel-turner is black. Thus, these eight are the givers of fear to the non-divine heretical castes, possessing the power of the qualities of dust, the birthplace of sentient beings. So it is said. At this time, Khedrup Je said: The seven Dharma Kings and the seven Caste Holders, and again seven and seven, that is, after twenty-one, here "thus" refers to another set of seven, that is, the Wheel-turner upwardly cuts four, and the seven including the son of Brahma, God自在, and Light Protector are added, so thirty-five are the birthplace of gods with the qualities of courage. What follows in order is the hand of the mudra previously mentioned, that is, divided into eight sections, including fish, turtles, pigs, human lions, and dwarves, and Rama with an axe, the son of Yamadagni, and Joyful Rama, and those named Black, etc., so these eight are the givers of fear to the non-divine castes, with the qualities of dust being the birthplace of sentient beings. So it is said. At this time and other places, it is not seen in the Great Commentary and reliable treatises.

Regarding these, although various different explanations have arisen as commentators sought interpretations that suited their own ideas, the reason for stating these in our own system here is that it is explicitly clear that this is the occasion for explaining the birthplaces of the thirty-two thrones. Therefore, there is no point in adding the two sons of the Powerful Holder of Lineage and Kashyapa (Od srung) here. And for the Seven Rays and Rahu the Conqueror of Planets (Ri gza' thub pa), there must be a reason for the word 'likewise,' so it is arranged in this way. If one thinks it is unreasonable to say that the other Holders of Lineage besides the Powerful Holder of Lineage are givers of fear to the Asura race, then it contradicts what is said: 'Giver of fear to the Asura race, glorious and renowned, holding a short spear in his hand.' And it would also be unreasonable for the teachers of the Asura (lha min) barbarians (kla klo) to appear in accordance with the appearance of the tamers who also appear in sequence. For the main figures who directly give fear to the Asura race, such as the Wheel-Holder (Khor lo can) and the two sons, etc., according to the view that they are not included in the eight birthplaces that give fear to the Asuras, what particular fear do the remaining eight lineage holders besides Kashyapa (Od srung) give to the barbarian race? Because in their time, the Wheel-Holder (Khor lo can) had already cut off the lineage of the Asuras (lha min). In general, in most of the preceding and following contexts, I have seen the reasonable and unreasonable aspects of the earlier explanations. But due to the times, even if many words of refutation are spoken, it is difficult to benefit others, so apart from a few essential points that must be said, no words of refutation have been spoken specifically to anyone, and for the various explanations of the teachings of this tantra made by the earlier commentators, the main focus has been on showing respect with a grateful attitude.

The conduct of the Mlecchas is described: Ādra, which is also translated as "half" or "executioner," is the first. Anogha, meaning "non-wave" or "without disease." Pagdana, these three are of the Asura caste. The remaining five are of the Asura hand-walking caste, a branch of the Asuras, the Naga race, the birthplace of darkness is the king and teacher of the Mlecchas, and five others: Mouse,自在(梵文,Svatantra,svatantra,self-dependent),White-clad, Honey Wisdom, and Destroyer or Troublemaker, which is the eighth. These eight are all birthplaces of darkness. The word Andhaka refers to both "blind" and "darkness," so the Lotus One and Garö Lotsā say that the eighth is blind. That is, those Mlecchas, like the blind in the darkness of evil sects, are born in hell after death, so they are called the dark ones. Clearly, in the land of Mongolia or in the cities of the land of Makha, such as Baghdad, the seventh teacher of the Mlecchas, Honey Wisdom, was born correctly. He caused the religion of the Mlecchas, the incarnation of Brahma, to spread, and the religious customs of the Mlecchas, and, performing Calculation and writing, the Mlecchas are revered as gurus and lords. The conduct of the Mlecchas is that wherever in the world the power of the demons that have become limbs, parts, or races of the Asuras exists. Without compassion for sentient beings, this is the image or appearance of the Mlecchas. The people living in that land slaughter camels, horses, and cattle themselves, and then eat the meat with blood, only slightly cooked, not fully cooked. There is also beef and mercury, which is called Suta in the hundred examples, and in Rava's transformation it is called amniotic fluid, and Garö Lotsā translates it as "birth water," so it seems that the Sakya Lama Dampa's commentary considers it to be the semen of livestock. Perhaps it can also be used for milk. Water, ghee, and heat are mixed with rice and leaves, and cooked together over a fire. There are also forest fruits and fruits, which are the food of the Mlecchas living in the land of Makha. The drink is called the eggs of birds, which means a drink made from squeezed egg juice.
