There is nothing that cannot be understood. Some say that "one" refers to the powerful Wheel-Turning King, and his two sons appearing at the same time, and their sons three, four, five, six, seven, five, and the world (eight), and so on, up to nine appearing all at once, and so on. When discussing the Kalki with the lineage, it is meaningless for his sons and grandsons to become distinctions of the Kalki. Scholars say that the phrase "dividing the Kalki by distinctions" does not enter into its meaning. Some also believe that the first powerful Kalki to subdue the barbarians in this continent is one, and then the Kalki who gradually subdue the barbarians in the remaining eleven parts, from the second to the twelfth, appear every 1,800 years, thus believing in twelve previous and subsequent rebirths. Just as the Buddha himself, with one body, does not need to manifest twelve rebirths to teach the Dharma in twelve continents, the Kalki with the lineage who appears in Shambhala in this continent is not said in the scriptures to show twelve different rebirths. It is also difficult to establish with reason, so the former lamas believed that there is no definite reason for saying so. Therefore, the Kalki with the lineage who subdues the barbarians in this continent can himself subdue the non-Dharma in the other eleven continents in a short time, or when subduing the barbarians in this continent, with the power of an emanation with an army, he also subdues the non-Dharma in other continents, because the religion of the barbarian Tajik people actually appears in this continent, and there is no scripture or reason to determine that it will appear in all other continents. Therefore, first subduing the barbarians in this small Jambudvipa, and then clockwise in order in the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and the eighth combined with five and the world, and so on, until the twelfth continent, subduing the barbarians and establishing Buddhism, with such distinctions, twelve Wheel-Turning Kings will appear. If these are not determined by scripture, then it is difficult to completely determine with rational analysis. But in any case, according to this view, Buddhism turns in twelve parts of the land in sequence, and its author is the great king.

As it is said that the great wheel-turning king travels around, it must be clearly acknowledged. What is said in other scriptures about being unpleasant to hear, etc., refers to being unsuitable as a basis for Pratimoksha vows, but not unsuitable as a vessel for Mantras and the Holy Dharma. In general, the Dharma of the Tathagata will circulate in the twelve regions of Karma. Among them, at the end of the previous four periods of the teachings, the emanation of Manjushri, the King of Men, the Wheel-Turner, revived the teachings, making them the dominant force again, entering the four periods in sequence, hence the terms Early and Later Dissemination of the Teachings. The four periods of the teachings also circulate sequentially in all continents. In all continents, after the previous four periods have occurred sequentially, the subsequent four periods occur sequentially, giving rise to two views. The former view explains that the three perfections, etc., behind the king are based on the continents. The latter view explains that the time when the king appears is the perfection period, and the subsequent three perfections, etc., occur in sequence. Having stated the views of each school in this way, if we look at it from a suitable perspective, if we look at it from the perspective of the Dharma to be explained here, then, as before, the non-dual co-emergent wisdom, or the one Suchness, and the two of skillful means and wisdom, and the three of body, speech, and mind yoga, and the distinction of the four water treasures, namely Vajras, and the arrow, namely the five families or the five wisdoms, and the taste, namely the six perfections or the six families including the five wisdoms, and the Thubpa, namely the seven branches of enlightenment or the seven branches of union, and the five and the world, namely the eightfold noble path, and so on, are distinguished by fully turning the wheel of the doors of the Dharma. The King of Men, the Wheel-Turner, is more excellent than other worldly wheel-turning kings, and he will circulate in the twelve pieces of land. Possessing the wisdom of correct discernment, that is, the wise should seek that sacred Dharma for the sake of the accomplishment of Mahamudra. This statement implies that the King of Men, the Wheel-Turner, will also turn and teach the Dharma in the twelve pieces of land from one to twelve, ultimately reaching the end of twelve from one to eight, etc.
