་གི་རང་བཞིན་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་སུ་རབ་ཏུ་འགྱུར། །ལྷག་མ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རང་བཞིན་ཡུལ་གྱི་བདེ་བ་བྱེད་པ་རིན་ཆེན་ཀུན་གྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་གང་བ་རྣམས། ༡༦༨ །མཐའ་དག་རི་ཡི་བདག་པོའི་ཤར་ནི་དག་པའི་ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་ལྷོ་ནི་པདྨ་རཱ་ག་སྟེ། །ནུབ་ནི་ཀརྐེ་ཏ་ན་སེར་པོ་བྱང་ནི་རི་བོང་འཛིན་པ་ལྟར་དཀར་ཟླ་བ་ཆུ་ཤེལ་ལོ། །དབུས་ནི་ལྗང་གུ་དེ་ཡི་སྙིང་པོར་དེ་ཡི་ནང་དུ་ཆུད་པ་འདིར་ནི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་སྟེ། །དང་པོར་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་དེ་ནས་དབུས་མ་ལས་ནི་ཉིས་འགྱུར་དག་ཀྱང་གསུང་གི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། ༡༦༩ །དེ་ནས་གཞན་ནི་ཉིས་འགྱུར་དག་སྟེ་མདའ་ལ་བཅུ་ཡིས་བསྒྱུར་བར་གྱུར་པའི་དཔག་ཚད་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གོ། དེ་ཡི་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུས་རྣམས་དག་གིས་འཁོར་ལོའི་ངོ་བོ་དེ་ནས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་ནོ། །འཁོར་ལོ་དྲུག་དང་རིགས་དྲུག་གིས་ཏེ་རིག་བྱེད་འབུམ་གྱིས་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གནས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རོ། །བརྒྱད་གཉིས་ཀ་བ་མི་བདག་རི་བོང་ཅན་གྱི་ཆ་ཡིས་ཁང་པ་བརྩེགས་པ་ཟླུམ་པོ་སྐྱེ་གནས་གཟུགས། ༡༧༠ །རྒྱལ་བའི་བདག་པོའི་གཙུག་ཏོར་ནས་ནི་མཛོད་སྤུའི་དབུས་སུ་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པ་ཉི་མའི་སོར་དུ་འགྱུར། །དེ་ནས་མགྲིན་པའི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་དེ་བཞིན་སྙིང་ག་དང་ནི་དེ་ནས་ལྟེ་གསང་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །ཞབས་ཀྱི་འོག་དང་རྗེ་ངར་བརླ་དང་དཔྱི་ཡང་མ་ནུ་དེ་ཉིད་དེ་ཉིད་རིག་བྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཏེ། །བྲང་ཕྱེད་ཕྱེད་བཅས་ཉི་ མས་རང་དཔུང་དཔུང་ལག་རྣམས་ནི་མཁའ་མིག་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཉི་མའི་ཚད་ཀྱིས་སོ། ༡༧༡ །ཉི་ཤུ་འགའ་ཞིག་ལྷག་པའི་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་གང་ཞིག་དུས་དང་དགུ་ཡིས་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཚད། །རིག་བྱེད་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་བཞི་དང་ཆུ་གཏེར་ཆུ་གཏེར་ཕྱེད་དང་བཅས་པའི་རིག་བྱེད་རིག་བྱེད་ཀྱིས། །གཙུག་ཏོར་མགོ་བོ་འོག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་རྒྱལ་བའི་བདག་པོའི་དཔལ་ལྡན་དཔྲལ་བ་དག་དང་ཤངས་དང་ནི། །ཤངས་ཀྱི་འོག་ཏུ་ཀོ་སྐོའི་མཐའ་དང་དེ་ནས་མགྲིན་པ་དག་སྟེ་མགྲིན་པའི་རྩ་བའི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་དབུས། ༡༧༢ །དེ་ནས་སྙིང་ག་ལྟེ་བ་གསང་བར་མི་ཡི་བདག་པོ་ཕྱེད་བཅས་ཉི་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རིམ་པས་འགྱུར། །གསང་བའི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་ལྟེ་བའི་རྩ་བར་རྡོ་རྗེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཐུབ་པ་ཡིས་ནི་སྟེང་གི་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཉིད། །མཛོད་སྤུ་གསང་བའི་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་དབུས་སུ་ཁུ་བའི་ཐིག་ལེ་མི་འགྱུར་བདེ་བ་སྐྱེད་བྱེད་གནས་པ་གང་། །དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ས་འདི་གཉི་གའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དག་ལའོ། ༡༧༣ །ཕྱེད་བཅས

其自性于世间界中极增长，剩余受用自性，作国土之安乐，充满一切珍宝者们。168。一切山王之东为清净的因陀罗尼罗（藏文：ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་），南方为红莲宝（藏文：པདྨ་རཱ་ག་），西方为黄色猫眼石（藏文：ཀརྐེ་ཏ་ན་），北方如持兔者般白色的月亮水晶。中央为绿色，其精髓融入其中，此处为大坛城。首先是心之自性，然后从中央加倍，也是语之自性。169。之后再加倍，以十乘箭，成为千俱胝之量。其外是诸时之轮相，然后是世间界之自性。六轮与六族，以十万明咒安住于风之坛城，即坛城。八二柱，人主持兔者之分，房屋重叠，圆形生处之形。170。从胜者之顶髻至眉间中，一半变为日之指。然后是喉间之莲花，如是心间，然后是脐密莲花，亦如是。足下与胫、腿、臀亦然，以明咒彼即是彼。胸前一半，以太阳，自身之臂膀，臂膀诸肢，为空眼之王，以太阳之量。171。二十余百，以时与九，乃人之世间量。明咒一半之四与水藏，水藏一半之明咒明咒。顶髻头颅向下转，胜者之吉祥额头与鼻。鼻下为皮囊之边，然后是喉咙，喉咙之根莲花中央。172。然后心、脐、密处，人主以一半太阳次第转变。密处莲花脐之根，金刚亦然，能仁之上的顶髻。眉间密处莲花中央，精液明点不变，生乐安住处。吉祥金刚此地，以二种姓之力，于身语意之轮也。173。一半

Half of the chest, with the sun, one's own arms, arm limbs, are the king of the sky eye, with the measure of the sun. 171. Twenty odd hundreds, with time and nine, is the world measure of humans.
