Then the Nagas and the gods holding fly-whisks gathered and blocked the army's ranks. As before, after making prayers, the gods lined up to block. It went on in the same way as before, up to the Ever-Intoxicated Gods. Then the Ever-Intoxicated Gods said to the Four Great Kings, "The human king has come." They thought, "This one has great merit, we cannot stop him." So they did not stop him, but reported to the Thirty-Three Gods, "The human king has come." The king, more powerful than me, saw a green grove like piled-up clouds at the summit of Mount Sumeru and asked the Yaksha gods, "What is this?" They replied, "It is called 'Gathering of Trees,' where the gods enjoy the five desires for four months in the summer, playing and rejoicing there, so the gods also delight and play there." The king also said, "This green grove is the 'Gathering Place,' you should also go there and enjoy the five desires, and play to your heart's content!" Again, at the summit of Mount Sumeru, he saw something like piled-up white clouds and asked. They replied, "It is the Gods' Assembly Hall, Sudharma, where the gods contemplate meaning and which has become the abode of beings, and the gods will also go there." The king also showed it to his retinue. On the summit of Mount Sumeru is a city of the gods called 'Lovely to Behold,' with water fields measuring two thousand five hundred yojanas in circumference, surrounded by seven layers of golden walls, etc., possessing various beautiful and vast arrangements of the gods' abode, filled with sons and daughters of the gods, enjoying the five sense pleasures as they wish.
