་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བདག་ལ་ཕུལ་ན་སྙམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། བཙུན་མོ་དེ་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་ལ་འདུག་ནས་ཁྲི་དེ་ཡང་མི་འགྲེང་བདུན་ཙམ་དུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་འཕགས་ས་ཡང་གཡོས། ལྷའི་བླ་བྲེ་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲས་པ་ཞིག་ཀྱང་བྱུང་། སྐྱེ་བོ་ཕལ་མོ་ཆེ་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་མཐོང་བས་སྤོས་སོགས་ཀྱིས་བཙུན་མོ་ལ་མཆོད་ནས་མདུན་དུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ཏེ་འདུག་གོ། དེ་ནས་བཙུན་མོ་དེས་སྔོན་མ་བྱུང་བའི་ཚིགས་བཅད་འདི་སྨྲས་སོ། །བསོད་ནམས་བསགས་ན་བདེ་བར་འགྱུར། །དེ་ཕྱིར་མིས་ནི་བསོད་ནམས་བྱ། །དེ་བས་ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་བྱ། །དེ་ཉིད་ལ་ནི་འདུན་པར་བྱ། །འདི་སྨྲས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་བར་སྣང་ལས་ལེགས་པར་སྨྲས་སོ་མཆོག་ཏུ་ལེགས་པར་སྨྲས་སོ་ཞེས་པའི་སྒྲ་བྱུང་ངོ་། །ལྷའི་རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་ཤིང་། ལྷའི་གོས་ཀྱི་ཆར་ཆེན་པོ་བབས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་སྟོབས་སོགས་སྐྱེ་བོ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགའ་ཞིང་། ནམ་མཁའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་ལུས་ཀྱི་གོས་དང་རྒྱན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕུད་ནས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཁྲི་དགབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཕུལ་ལོ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་མཐོང་ནས་ཆེད་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །ཕྱིས་ཟླ་བ་དགུ་ཚང་ནས་ཉི་མ་ཤར་བའི་དུས་སུ་ཁྱེའུ་གཟུགས་བཟང་ལ་ལྟ་ན་སྡུག་པ་ཞིག་བཙས་སོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་ས་རྣམ་པ་དྲུག་ཏུ་གཡོས་ཤིང་ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་གྱི་ཆར་བཙུན་མོའི་འཁོར་དུ་བབས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དང་འཁོར་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་གོས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཆར་དང་། རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་ཡུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷའི་མེ་ཏོག་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བའི་ཆར་བབས་སོ། །མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུའི་ཤིང་ལྗོན་ པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཀྱང་མེ་ཏོག་དང་འབྲས་བུ་འཐོན་ཏོ། །ཆར་ཟིམ་བུ་དང་བསེར་བུ་བསིལ་བ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་དག་ལྡང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་བཙས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞིས་ལྷའི་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་རིན་ཆེན་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲས་པས་བརྟོལ་ཏེ་གློ་བུར་དུ་ཕུལ་ལོ། །ལྷའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བདག་ཉིད་ལག་དར་ཏེ་གཞོན་ནུའི་སྟེང་དུ་ལྷའི་གདུགས་རྩིབས་བརྒྱ་པ་དང་རྔ་ཡབ་ནོར་བུའི་ཡུ་བ་ཅན་འཛིན་ཏོ། །དེའི་སྟེང་ན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གསུམ་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལྷའི་གོས་ཀྱི་བླ་བྲེ་བྲེས་སོ། །ལ་ལས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འཐོར། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སོ་སོ་ནས་གོས་དང་མེ་ཏོག་དང་རྒྱན་དང་ཕྱེ་མ་སྤོས་དང་ཕྲེང་བ་བྱུག་པ་རྣམས་འཐོར་བ་དང་། ལྷའི་རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱེད་དོ། །ལས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྡོ་དང་གསེག་མ་མེད་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། དར་གྱི་ལྡ་ལྡི་དང་། རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་བ་དན་ནི་བསྒྲེངས། ཙན་དན་གྱི་ཆུས་ཆག་ཆག་བཏབ། བདུག་པའི་སྣོད་མང་པོ་ནི་བཏགས་ཏེ། མེ་ཏོག་སྣ་ཚོགས་གཏོར་བས་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེད་ཚལ་འདྲ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །གླང་པོའི་མཆོག་བརྒྱ་ནི་ནགས་ཁུང་ནས་རང་འོངས་ཏེ་གླང་པོའི་བྲེས་ན་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །རྒོད་མ་བརྒྱ་ཡང་རྟེའུ་འབྲངས། འབྲུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་མ་རྨོས་མ་བཏབ་པར་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་སྨིན། སེང་ཁྲིའི་འོག་ནས་གཏེར་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་གང་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁ་བསྟན་ཏེ་བླངས་ཀྱང་ཟད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཕན་ཚུན་འཁོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་ཡུད་ཙམ་ལ་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏོ། །གཞོན་ནུ་མཐུ་དང་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ་བ་དེ་བཙས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་ཚེ་རབས་དྲན་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་ བཞིར་བལྟས་ནས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ། བསོད་ནམས་བསགས་ན་བདེ་བར་འགྱུར་སོགས་སྔར་བཞིན་སྨྲས་སོ། །ནམ་མཁའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དེའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཆེ་བ་བསྟན་པའི་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་ཡང་བརྗོད་དོ། །རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཡུལ་དེའི་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་གཞོན་ནུའི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་སྟོབས་འདི་ཡ་མཚན་ནོ་ཞེས་ཆེད་དུ་བརྗོད་དོ། །རྒྱལ་པོ་གསལ་སྟོབས་དགའ་ནས་སྦྱིན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱིན་ནོ། །རེ་ཞིག་ན་འབྱོར་པ་ཆེར་རྒྱས་པས་དེའི་བཙས་སྟོན་བྱས་ནས་དེའི་མིང་ཅིར་གདགས་ཞེས་བགྲོས་ཏེ་བསོད་ནམས་སྟོབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་བཏགས་སོ། །གཞོན་ནུ་བསོད་ནམས་སྟོབས་མ་མ་བརྒྱད་ལ་གཏད་ནས་འཚོ་བའི་ཡོ་བྱད་བཟང་པོས་བསྐྱེད་བསྲིངས་ཏེ། མཚོའི་ནང་གི་པདྨ་བཞིན་སྐྱེ་དྲག་པར་གྱུར་ནས་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་པ་ན་ཡི་གེ་སློབ་ཏུ་བཅུག་ཏེ་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ནས། རྒྱལ་རིགས་དག་གི་གནས་ལྔ་ལ་བྱང་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །གཞོན་ནུ་དེ་ཡང་དད་པ་དང་ལྡན་ལ་དགེ་ཞིང་བསམ་པ་བཟང་བ་བདག་དང་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པར་ཞུགས་པ། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་བདག་ཉིད་ཆེ་བ། ཆོས་འདོད་པ། སྐྱེ་དགུ་ལ་བྱམས་པ། གཏོང་དང་སྦྱིན་པ་ལ་དགའ་བ། རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་ཅིང་ཐམས་ཅད་གཏོང་བ། ཆགས་པ་མེད་པར་གཏོང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་གནས་པ་ཞིག་སྟེ། འདི་ལྟར་དགེ་སྦྱོང་དང་བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། བཀྲེན་ཅིང་སྡུག་ཕོངས་རྣམས་ལ་ཐ་ན་རང་གི་ཤའི་བར་དུ་དེས་མ་བྱིན་པ་དང་ཡོངས་སུ་མ་བཏང་བ་གང་ཡང་མེད་དོ། །དེར་སློང་བ་དག་འོངས་ན་དེ་ལ་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་བཞག་སྟེ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་བལྟས་ནས་ཅི་སློང་བ་དེ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་འོང་ན་སྙམ་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་མོད་ལ་དེ་བཞིན་འོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དོན་དེ་སུས་ཀྱང་མི་ཤེས་སོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡོ་བྱད་དག་གིས་སློང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་བསམ་པ་ཡིད་བཞིན་རྫོགས་པར་བྱས་ན

That queen sat on a lion throne, and that throne rose into the sky about seven men high, and the earth also shook. A heavenly curtain decorated with various jewels also appeared. Most people, seeing the power of merit, offered incense and so on to the queen and sat with their palms together in front of her. Then, that queen spoke this verse that had never happened before: "Accumulating merit leads to happiness, therefore people should do good, therefore they should do good again and again, they should aspire to that good deed." As soon as she said this, a voice came from the sky saying, "Well said! Excellent!" The sound of heavenly music resounded, and heavenly clothes fell like heavy rain. King Bright Power and all the people were happy. The gods in the sky took off all the clothes and ornaments from their bodies and offered them to cover the Dharma throne. Having seen such power of merit, they said specifically. Later, after nine months were completed, at the time when the sun rose, a boy with a beautiful and pleasing appearance was born. At that time, the earth shook in six ways, and rain of seven treasures fell from the sky around the queen. Rain of various clothes fell on the king's palace and all the retinue, and rain of pleasing heavenly flowers fell on all the lands of that king. All the flowering and fruiting trees also blossomed and bore fruit. Pleasant drizzle and cool breezes also began to blow. As soon as that young man was born, the four great kings carried him on a heavenly lion throne decorated with various jewels and suddenly offered it. The king of the gods, Indra, himself held a whisk, holding a heavenly umbrella with a hundred ribs and a jewel-handled whisk above the young man. Above that, the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens hung a curtain of heavenly clothes. Some scattered jewels. Similarly, they scattered clothes, flowers, ornaments, incense powder, incense and garlands, unguents, etc., and played various heavenly music. Banners and victory banners were erected. Sandalwood water was sprinkled again and again. Many incense burners were hung, and various flowers were scattered, making it like a garden of the gods. A hundred of the best elephants came out of the forest on their own and settled in the elephant stables. A hundred mares also followed their foals. All the grains, without being plowed or sown, ripened with power. From under the lion throne emerged five great treasures, filled with various jewels, which, though taken, never ran out. Even beings who were hostile to each other were transformed into loving hearts in an instant. That young man with great power and miraculous abilities, as soon as he was born, remembered his past lives. Looking in the four directions, he spoke verses: 'Accumulating merit leads to happiness,' and so on, as before. The gods in the sky also spoke verses showing the greatness of his merit. All the people in that king's land specifically said, 'This young man's power of merit is truly amazing.' King Bright Power was delighted and gave a great donation. After some time, because wealth greatly increased, they held a birth celebration for him and discussed what name to give him, and so he was named 'Power of Merit.' The young man, Power of Merit, was entrusted to eight wet nurses and raised with fine provisions. Like a lotus in the sea, he grew rapidly. When he grew up, he was made to study writing, and eventually he completed his studies, becoming proficient in the five sciences of the royal family. That young man was also faithful, virtuous, and well-intentioned, dedicated to benefiting himself and others, compassionate, magnanimous, desiring the Dharma, loving beings, fond of giving and generosity, utterly generous and giving everything, abiding in great generosity without attachment. Thus, for renunciants and Brahmins, and for the poor and afflicted, he gave and completely donated even his own flesh. If beggars came there, he would hold a compassionate heart towards them, look to the sky, and think, 'If what they ask for could come down from the sky,' and in the moment of generating that thought, those things would come down just like that, and no one knew about this. In this way, with various provisions, he fulfilled the wishes of all the beggars.
