མི་གནས་པར་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་པའི་བགྱི་བ་ལ་མི་དགའ་བར་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བ་ལ་དགའ་བ་དང་། སྲོག་འཇོག་གི་ཟས་དང་ལྡན་པར་མི་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་འཆོས་མེད་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། གནས་དང་ཡུལ་གཅིག་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་རི་དྭགས་ལྟར་རྒྱུ་བར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། བསོད་སྙོམས་ལ་སྦྱོར་བའི་རྗེས་སུ་མི་བརྩོན་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཚོལ་བ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་དང་། རྨུགས་པ་དང་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཉལ་བར་ནམ་གྱི་ཆ་སྟོད་སྨད་ལ་མི་ཉལ་བར་བརྩོན་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། འདུ་འཛིས་སྤྱོད་པ་ལ་མི་བརྩོན་གྱི་དབེན་པར་དགའ་བ་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་ཅུང་ཟད་ཀྱིས་ཆོ་ག་ཤེས་པར་མི་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཚོལ་བས་མི་ངོམས་པ་དང་། ཁྱིའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱོད་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ཅུང་ཟད་ཙམ་གྱི་བཤེས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་མི་བྱེད་ཀྱི་མཛའ་བཤེས་ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྟན་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་།བྱས་པ་མི་གཟོ་བར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་བྱས་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་གཟོ་བ་དང་བྱས་པ་ཚོར་བར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། སྦྱིན་པའི་ལན་གྱིས་མཛའ་བཤེས་སུ་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པས་མཛའ་བཤེས་སུ་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པ་བཅོས་མར་མི་བགྱིད་ ཀྱི་ལྷག་བསམ་བརྟན་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། དམན་པ་ལ་མོས་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་མོས་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དང་བསླབ་པ་ལ་གུས་པ་མེད་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དང་བསླབ་པ་ལ་གུས་པ་དང་། སེམས་དང་སྨྲ་བ་གཞན་དུ་གྱུར་པའི་ལྕེ་གཉིས་སུ་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་ཇི་སྐད་སྨྲས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ཚུལ་འཆོས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་ལྷག་པའི་བསམ་པ་ཕུན་ཚོགས་དང་དུལ་ཞིང་ཞི་བར་སྦྱོར་བའི་རྗེས་སུ་བརྩོན་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་བསྐྱེད་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་གདོལ་པའི་བུ་དང་འདྲ་བར་ང་རྒྱལ་ངེས་པར་འཇོམས་པར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ཆགས་པ་དང་བཅས་པས་བསོད་སྙོམས་ལོངས་སྤྱད་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པས་དད་པས་བྱིན་པ་ལ་ལྕི་བའི་འདུ་ཤེས་སུ་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། ཚུལ་བཞིན་མིན་པའི་ཡིད་བྱེད་སྔོན་དུ་བཏང་ནས་གདུགས་པས་མཐའ་ཁོ་ནར་ཉལ་བ་དང་རྨུགས་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་ནོན་པར་མི་བགྱིད་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་སླད་དུ་བརྩོན་ཞིང་སྦྱོར་བར་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། གང་ཟག་ཏུ་ལྟ་བ་ལ་མི་བརྟེན་གྱི་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ལ

不致力于在无住处寻求佛法，不喜好世俗之事而喜好寻求超世间的佛法，不以维持生命的食物为满足而恒常行持无有矫饰之行，不完全执着于一个住所和地方而像野兽一样游荡，不致力于供养，而致力于寻求佛的功德，不因昏沉和睡眠而入睡，而致力于在夜晚的上下部分不睡眠，不致力于喧嚣的行持，而喜好寂静，不以少许功德而自满，而以寻求圆满功德而不满足，不行持狗的行径，而发出狮子的吼声，不拥有少许的朋友，而做非常稳固的友谊，不做忘恩负义之事，而做非常感恩之事并感知所做之事，不以布施的回报来做朋友，而以纯洁的意乐来做朋友，不虚伪地做纯洁的意乐，而稳固地做纯洁的意乐，不倾心于低劣之事，而倾心于圆满成就佛身之广大，不不恭敬如来和教法，而恭敬如来和教法，不做心口不一的两面派，而如实地行持所说之语，不做虚伪的菩萨，而致力于殊胜的意乐圆满且调柔寂静，不生起傲慢的傲慢，而像贱民之子一样必定摧毁傲慢，不以贪执享用供养，而以戒律完全清净而对以信心所施之物生起珍重之想，不先以不如理作意，而仅仅以伞盖遮蔽而睡眠并被昏沉睡眠所压制，而为了圆满成就佛法而精进和行持，不依赖于人我之见，而依赖于空性。

Not striving to seek the Dharma in a non-abiding place, not delighting in worldly affairs but delighting in seeking the transcendental Dharma, not being content with food that sustains life but constantly practicing unfeigned conduct, not completely clinging to one dwelling and place but wandering like a wild animal, not striving for offerings but striving to seek the qualities of the Buddha, not falling asleep due to drowsiness and sleep but striving not to sleep in the upper and lower parts of the night, not striving for noisy conduct but delighting in solitude, not being satisfied with a few qualities but being insatiable in seeking perfect qualities, not practicing the ways of dogs but roaring the lion's roar, not having a few friends but making very firm friendships, not doing ungrateful deeds but doing very grateful deeds and perceiving what has been done, not making friends with the reward of generosity but making friends with pure intention, not falsely making pure intention but firmly making pure intention, not inclining to inferior things but inclining to the vastness of perfectly accomplishing the Buddha's body, not being disrespectful to the Tathagata and the teachings but being respectful to the Tathagata and the teachings, not being a two-faced person with different minds and words but truly practicing what has been said, not being a hypocritical Bodhisattva but striving for the excellent intention to be perfect and tame and peaceful, not generating the pride of arrogance but certainly destroying arrogance like the son of an outcast, not enjoying offerings with attachment but with completely pure discipline generating the thought of cherishing what is given with faith, not first making improper attention but only sleeping under the cover of an umbrella and being oppressed by drowsiness and sleep but striving and practicing for the sake of perfectly accomplishing the Buddha's Dharma, not relying on the view of self but relying on emptiness.
