Through the blessings of all the Tathagatas, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani manifestly entered into the complete heart and wisdom of all the Tathagatas. Furthermore, as soon as those Tathagatas spoke the essence of the great Vajra Treasury, which protects the teachings and saves beings, in all the infinite realms of the world and in all the mandalas of the Buddhas, at the feet of all the Tathagatas, and in front of and behind all the Bodhisattvas, all the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, all those who have generated the first thought [of enlightenment], all the first workers, and all sentient beings, whether they are not sleeping, sleeping, teaching the Dharma, attaining enlightenment, doing the work of sentient beings, or greatly creating manifestations, in front of all of them, Vajrapani, the one with the crown, who perfectly shows all forms, is always visible. Having spoken the essence of the Vajra Treasury, in all the infinite realms, this great Bodhisattva Vajrapani was known by the sound of "Great Vajra Wheel Turner," which spread from one place to another with a roar. Then, those Tathagatas spoke the essence of the Great Vajra Wheel Turner, and bestowed upon Vajrapani all the other essences of the Great Vajra. The great net of light clouds illuminated that garden and all its retinue, and by the power of blessing, Vajrapani was blessed, transforming into the nature of the Dharmadhatu in the mandala of the Dharmadhatu, and then disappeared. At that time, the Blessed One Shakyamuni said to Vajrapani: "Son of the lineage, all the Tathagatas have empowered you with the Vajra in the great mandala of the Wheel-Turning Vajra, and you have been empowered. The Vajra made of countless billions of samadhis has been given to you. The Vajra of the Great Wheel-Turning King has blessed you. All the essences of the Vajra Treasury have been shown to you. All that the Tathagatas have shown you, you are allowed to do and protect. Your great aspirations of the past have been fulfilled. Son of the lineage, now you must show your own miraculous powers. Speak of the great mandala of Vajra empowerment." Vajrapani then reported to the Blessed One: "As the Dharma has been spoken by the Lord, I shall follow. Blessed One, I have obtained great wonder, and I have obtained the supreme Dharma of complete victory, which is the compassion of the Blessed One towards me." Then, Vajrapani entered into the samadhi called "Essence of the Great Vajra Accumulation Fully Proclaimed," and the world realm shook violently, quaking and trembling, and was filled with great light, so that the suffering of those dwelling in darkness and the three lower realms was cut off. From all the pores of Vajrapani arose the kings of wrathful deities, proclaiming the great sound of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽). 努力精进，以一声震动这个世界，降伏一切凶猛的鬼神之众，并宣说自己的心髓，因此在一切世界中，都响起了“奇哉！这位大菩萨是金刚手大威猛”的声音。之后，金刚手进入金刚火等多种三摩地之门，使一切世界摇动、骚乱，并猛烈燃烧起来。从他的眼中出现金刚怖畏大视线，从毛孔和一切肢节的关节中出现金刚忿怒尊之众，从顶髻中出现名为“胜过三界”的，具有十个大千世界之量的身体，如同劫末之火。从额头中央出现名为“忿怒月亮明点”的，具有成百上千只手臂。此外，还示现了金刚杵、大力金刚、跨步金刚、金刚锁链和每个金刚顶端都带有成千上万使者的金刚尖端，以及金刚拳。也示现了这些的精华。此外，从双手出现童子妙手，从口中出现童子金刚部等金刚手之子，年轻的忿怒尊，手持金刚，精进于利益众生，在不同的世界中显现成佛，生起力量等功德之身，圆满一切众生的心愿，许多与金刚手心髓相合者也显现出来，并示现了这些的咒语。之后，金刚手进入名为“焚烧一切众生生命的聚集”的三摩地，并宣说心髓，见到一切山脉连同海洋都燃烧并干涸。在那具足一切的眷属中，除了安住于十地之上的菩萨之外，一切都被倒扣在金刚坛城之上，并且从金刚手的心间生起名为“怖畏大火焰”的忿怒尊之王， 发出巨大的马嘶般的笑声，并完全吞噬一切具足眷属的心。

Striving diligently, he made this world aware with a single sound, subdued all the fierce hosts of spirits, and proclaimed his own essence, so that in all the worlds, the sound resounded, "Wonderful! This great bodhisattva is the powerful Vajrapani!" Then, Vajrapani entered into various samadhi doors such as the Vajra Fire, causing all the worlds to shake, become agitated, and blaze intensely. From his eyes emerged the great terrifying gaze of Vajra Fear, from the pores and all the joints of his limbs emerged the hosts of Vajra Wrathful Ones, and from his crown emerged one called "Victorious over the Three Worlds," possessing a body the size of ten great thousand worlds, resembling the fire at the end of an eon. From the center of his forehead emerged one called "Wrathful Moon Bindu," possessing hundreds of thousands of arms. Furthermore, he manifested the vajra club, the great powerful one, the striding vajra, the vajra chain, and the vajra tips, each with tens of thousands of messengers, male and female, and the vajra fists. He also revealed the essence of these. Moreover, from his two hands emerged the Youthful Good Hand, and from his mouth emerged the Youthful Vajra Assembly, and so forth, the youthful wrathful sons of Vajrapani, holding vajras and striving for the benefit of beings, manifestly awakening in different worlds, generating bodies of qualities such as power, fulfilling the wishes of all beings, and many who accord with the heart essence of Vajrapani also manifested, and he revealed the mantras of these. Then, Vajrapani entered the samadhi called "Burning the Billions of the Collection that Subdues the Life of All Beings," and proclaimed the essence, seeing all the mountains together with the oceans burning and drying up. In that retinue complete with everything, except for the bodhisattvas abiding on the ten bhumis, all were overturned face down on the vajra mandala, and from the heart of Vajrapani arose the King of Wrathful Ones called "Great Terrifying Flame," uttering a great horse-like laugh and completely devouring the hearts of the entire retinue.
