At that time, transforming into the form of a bee, the sound of prostrating to the Buddha arose, and all of those transformed into Bodhisattvas named Fragrance, and were born in Sukhavati. Then, in the monastery in the land of Magadha (modern-day southern Bihar, India), for those beings who were eating each other, a rain of food fell, and upon hearing their praises, they rejoiced. That Avalokiteśvara abides in various samādhis such as those named Manifestation and Light, and in each of his pores, hundreds and thousands of samādhis reside. Such an accumulation of merit of Avalokiteśvara is not even possessed by the Tathāgatas, let alone the Bodhisattvas. In the past, in the presence of the Tathāgata who dispels wrong views, when the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra entered the samādhi of the Vajra Upraised, Avalokiteśvara entered the samādhi called Avalokiteśvara's Emanation. When Samantabhadra entered the samādhi called the Eye of the Pure Moon, Avalokiteśvara entered the samādhi called the Eye of the Pure Sun, and so on. As they separated into various samādhis, Samantabhadra said to Avalokiteśvara: Noble son, your courage is excellent! The Tathāgata who dispels wrong views said to Samantabhadra: Noble son, you have only seen a little of Avalokiteśvara's courage; such courage as Avalokiteśvara's is not even possessed by the Tathāgata. The Bhagavan Shakya King said to the Bodhisattva Sarvanivaranaviskambhin: I cannot enumerate the accumulation of merit of Avalokiteśvara. If I were to tell a little about each pore, in the pore called Golden, there reside billions of Gandharvas, who are not harmed by suffering and afflictions, abide in the Dharma, and from the wish-fulfilling jewel, whatever they think of is accomplished. Beyond that, in the pore called Black, there reside countless sages, all of whom possess supernatural powers from one to six. There, there is silver

On the earth, there are seventy-seven mountains adorned with golden mountains, silver peaks, and red lotuses, each inhabited by eighty thousand hermits. These mountains have wish-fulfilling trees with red trunks and leaves made of gold and silver. Similarly, ponds and other wish-fulfilling trees are adorned with various ornaments, where divine garments, food, and fragrant scents appear as desired, and the sound of Dharma can be heard, possessing many virtues. Likewise, in the pore called "Jewel Earring," many beautiful Gandharva girls reside, free from afflictions such as desire. By remembering the name of Avalokiteśvara, all desired objects appear. That pore is like the realm of space, impossible to grasp or touch. The Bodhisattva Samantabhadra stayed in that pore for twelve years but did not see it. Even those residing in each pore did not see it, let alone other Bodhisattvas. The self-nature body of Avalokiteśvara cannot be seen even by the Tathagata, let alone other Bodhisattvas like Samantabhadra. In the pore called "Nectar Drop," there are places where Bodhisattvas residing from the first to the tenth bhumi dwell, with immeasurable adornments such as mountains, palaces, rivers, and wish-fulfilling trees. Similarly, in the pore called "Vajra Gate," many non-humans reside, along with the light of the sun and Indra, the king of gods. Those who hold the name of Avalokiteśvara and the six-syllable mantra will be born in those various adornments of the pores and will not revert to samsara. They will abide in pore after pore until attaining nirvana. Furthermore, four great oceans flow from the right thumb of Avalokiteśvara's foot, unfathomable in depth. Water flows out like the head of a mare, and so on. The blessings of Avalokiteśvara are inconceivable, fully maturing countless beings and placing them on the path to enlightenment. In the past, the Tathagata Tsugden said to the Bodhisattva Lokeshvara:

He spoke to Napoche: The merit of serving Tathagatas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River with clothes, food, and utensils in the kalpas of the gods is equal to the merit residing on the tip of a single hair of Avalokiteshvara. The drops of heavy rain falling in the four continents for twelve months of the year, and the drops of the vast ocean, and each hair of the deer, wild animals, etc. residing in the four continents can be counted, but the collection of merit of the powerful Avalokiteshvara cannot be counted. The merit of enshrining relics in golden statues of Tathagatas as numerous as atoms of dust in a single day, and the leaves of the Shisha tree groves can be counted, but the merit of Avalokiteshvara cannot be counted. The king of mountains, the surrounding area, and the vast surrounding area, etc., can be weighed on a scale to know the number, but the merit of the powerful Avalokiteshvara cannot be counted, and all men and women of Jambudvipa become writers, the endless and boundless king of mountains becomes paper, and the vast ocean water becomes ink. Each written word can be counted, but the collection of merit of the powerful Avalokiteshvara cannot be counted. For example, Tathagatas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River are equal to twelve times as many. The accumulation of merit from serving those Buddhas with all the clothes, food, bedding, and medicinal utensils for the cause of illness is equal to the merit residing on the tip of a single hair of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. The merit of placing all the men and women of the four continents in Arhatship and Pratyekabuddha Bodhi is equal to the collection of merit residing on a single hair tip of Avalokiteshvara. If Buddhas like me are served in one place, and the collection of merit of Avalokiteshvara is counted, it cannot be counted, so why should I alone say more? The Bhagavan said: It is rare to hold the name of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, and his six-syllable mantra
