Furthermore, if it is said that the two are the source of form, eye consciousness becomes mind consciousness, and mind consciousness becomes root consciousness, if the difference of self-grasping, the self-grasping of phenomena and persons, are confused with each other, then all kinds of differences should be confused with each other. Apart from throwing out this inference, there seems to be nothing to understand. Moreover, it is not an admission that the two are confused with each other, just as admitting that "Shapa" is a tree, but not admitting that all trees are "Shapa." Not only that, even if many coextensive dharmas are admitted, all dharmas will not become coextensive with each other. Such an inference has no reason to be established. If it is only this, it is only a very crude instigation, and no matter who looks at it, there is no other meaning. If there are other reasons, it should be stated as "Please explain in detail," but in reality, it is not stated that way. The Svatantrika view holds that the main object to be abandoned by both Shravakas and Bodhisattvas is reversed, which is also based on the above uncertain reasons, and there seems to be nothing else. Erasing the distinction between the two obscurations and spilling the blood of wrong views into the milk ocean of pure schools is too extreme and meaningless. No matter how the two self-graspings are distinguished from the perspective of the object and the way of grasping, they can be clearly recognized and will not be confused. If it is said that because the former (grasping at the self of persons) can be regarded as a difference of the latter in general, it must be admitted that the way of abandoning the two obscurations of the Greater and Lesser Vehicles is reversed, then, just as it is believed that grasping at reality is the afflictive obscuration, if the grasping at the self of persons has not become a difference of the grasping at the self of phenomena, how can it be admitted that the grasping at the self of persons is the root of the afflictive obscuration? Therefore, these have already been refuted, and leave these criticisms to those schools! This kind of thinking is merely an admission that does not contradict the meaning, just like believing in the existence of the three times, etc., and will not cause any faults of self-destruction or destruction of others, but will only lose the key to cause and effect, reverse the meaning of the view, slander the Mahayana Dharma, and the self-path of other schools and vehicles.

There is no sin more serious than slandering (the Dharma), which is like hindering liberation; and there is no act more outrageous than distorting the Mahayana scriptures. Since the Buddha said that all phenomena are empty and without self, then there is no need to be surprised that people are also classified as all phenomena. However, I have witnessed even more outrageous things! In this snowy land (Tibet), there are many profound practices of the practice lineage, such as the Great Perfection of the Nyingma school, the Great Seal of the Kagyu school, the Path and Fruit of the Sakya school, and the Vajra Yoga of the Jonang school. These lineages have been passed down from Vajradhara to the qualified Indian (འཕགས་ཡུལ།) pandits and the holy ones of Tibet, and the key points and oral instructions of practice have not been deviated in the slightest, so practitioners can generate the warmth signs and experiences of the path. All these practices take the reality free from elaboration as the ultimate goal, and focus on cultivating non-conceptual wisdom, which is an undeniable fact. However, I have personally seen many shameless people who dare to falsely claim that these practices are the views of the Heshang (referring to the Chinese Chan Buddhism), nihilistic views, non-Buddhist teachings, or even the teachings of demons! Is it possible that all the wise and accomplished masters of India and Tibet do not know how to use the reasoning of one and many, separation, etc. to refute the self-establishment that should be refuted? Nevertheless, those shameless people said the above, causing most people to have such doubts in their hearts: All those indisputable great wise and accomplished masters did not regard the new view and practice, which has not gone beyond conceptualization, as the ultimate practice. Is it not just staying at the level of conceptual thoughts? Rather than that, it is better to doubt it, and it will not generate extra confidence in it. These sights and sounds are just taken as casual chats! In addition, in the debate book, because your conceptual thoughts are rough and your words are exaggerated, you say that "appearance and emptiness" in the Five Stages, etc. are equivalent to union, and confuse the two truths of the Sutra. Then, isn't the difference you said before that was forcibly produced by means contradictory? We believe that there is no difference between the emptiness of the Sutra and Tantra, but there is a difference in the way emptiness appears. The twenty-three kinds of union mentioned here, their primary and secondary, hidden meaning, and ultimate differences are all in the root tantra and its commentary.

For reliable commentaries, as explained by qualified wise and accomplished ones. Here, I have not written, as I fear the fault of lengthy discussions. If, according to you, the tenets of higher and lower schools and the two truths of Sutra and Tantra are all the same, then their basis, path, and result will all become the same. Then, what is the ultimate truth of others? That is what others consider conventional. It is said like that, and Chandrakirti does not think so, etc., there are many elaborations. Saying that the Great and Small Vehicles are not distinguished by means is also like that. In the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, it says: Their path is emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, but it does not show that Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas are skilled in means. etc. The Ratnavali is also like that, so I don't like to argue with madmen. You yourself do not agree with anyone and try to create a new Tibetan Buddhist sect, but know that when you gain autonomy, you will not have even a speck of autonomy. It would be better to recite the essence of the Lord of the World (Avalokiteśvara) liberating samsara and space, but in the guest house of the illusory body, drinking the intoxication of attachment and aversion, and engaging in promiscuity with body, speech, and mind, wise and intelligent people sometimes feel sad and sometimes feel happy, but other than that, it is only used as an object of play. That's what they say. The response to that is: You, a learned and rational debater, if you mainly rely on important scriptures and reasoning and reduce the lengthy discussions of criticism, then wise people will see it as good, but if you do the opposite, it will be a bit unsightly. The views of both Sutra and Tantra are ultimately the union of the two truths, inseparable, and the reason for saying that they cannot be separated is that those who seek liberation must not fail to know it, so saying this here is like what is said in the scriptures: Because of attachment to debate, they did not compose treatises, but they taught it for liberation. What is said is similar to this, and there is no need for harsh speculation without exceeding the path of the previous holy ones. Even if one forcibly draws out the innate wisdom through the door of being skilled in the means of mantra, what contradiction is there in saying that the nature of wisdom is union? If there is a contradiction, then you think that emptiness has no difference, but the reasons for emptiness are different, and it will become like that. For the twenty-three unions, the main and secondary and the four ways, etc., the tantric
