If it is believed that ultimate reality is truly existent, even the Mind-Only school would refute it, let alone the Madhyamaka school. Therefore, throwing out such a fault is merely a statement without reason, and other bases have been directly refuted by valid means. Furthermore, for all philosophical schools, if one does not realize such emptiness that is realized by the Prasangika school, there is no liberation. Such faults should be stated to those who assert this. The debate between Lekden and Chandrakirti is actually about whether or not to add the distinction of "ultimate" to the object to be refuted, which is clearly stated in the root verses and commentaries of the Prasannapadā and the Madhyamakāvatāra. Therefore, those who believe that the distinction needs to be added, their actions are like engaging in deception, and it is reasonable to say so. We have already said that there is a distinction above, so we will not elaborate here. Repeating the views of the wise, discussing whether or not to accept self-existence in conventional truth is as the wise Chandrakirti said, which has been mentioned above. Saying this is not meaningless labor, because it is the basis of the debate between the Prasangika and Svatantrika schools. Even if the Svatantrika school ultimately accepts freedom from elaboration, they believe that there is no harm in the acceptance of explaining by separating the two truths of the provisional. The answer to what was said in both Sutra and Tantra, etc., has already been said above. Also, in the debate letter, it is said: You are not even able to express your own intentions well, because non-existence is separate from the extreme of existence, and existence in conventional truth is separate from the extreme of non-existence, and similarly, the other two are also like that. Therefore, the Great Madhyamaka free from elaboration is separate from all extremes, not a temporary intermediate state, so it is not a synonym, this is just your own thought. In short, it is necessary to clearly distinguish how to be separate from extremes from the perspective of the object, and how the mind with the subject refutes extremes. Therefore, although emptiness is separate from the extreme of annihilation, it is not just negation. Although existence in conventional truth is separate from the extreme of existence, it is not just negation. The mind that realizes non-existence does not refute the extreme of annihilation that does not exist in conventional truth. It is necessary to make such a distinction: the mind that realizes existence in conventional truth actually refutes the extreme of annihilation, and indirectly refutes the extreme of permanence. And many different expressions of scriptures and reasoning are seen. All phenomena are separate from the eight extremes of elaboration from the beginning, separate from either one or many of true existence, and because of establishing selflessness with the reason of being separate from the four extremes, therefore,

Regarding the statement "The ground of all is established as Madhyamaka," let us analyze and respond. You have failed to properly convey your intentions, and it seems that you speak with the thought that distinguishing the two truths and being free from the four extremes is merely being free from extremes, and that the great Madhyamaka, free from elaboration, is not a synonym for being free from extremes, which is meaningless. Because the way of refuting extremes by distinguishing the two truths cannot refute all elaborations, and if it is not refuted, it will remain in a small amount of elaboration. Saying this is because the elaboration to be refuted is from the perspective of the object, so it is free from the four extremes of existence and non-existence of the realm of phenomena, although this is the case, for both the wisdom that realizes this and the object, there is no elaboration, and the name Madhyamaka is applied. From the perspective of the object, it is the form of things; from the perspective of the subject, it is the form of wisdom, so the object can represent the subject, and the subject can represent the object, and they can understand each other, just as it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization and the Prajnaparamita Sutra. Therefore, whether or not the word "merely" is added, in the context of the ultimate truth of synonym and non-synonym, what is to be refuted is not just one extreme, but there are coarse and fine distinctions, the former being the object of conceptual thought, and the latter being the object of non-conceptual wisdom, this difference as great as heaven and earth is enough. It is not necessary to say that from the perspective of the object, emptiness is free from the extreme of annihilation, and that existence in conventional truth is free from the extreme of permanence, because everyone agrees that all phenomena are free from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. However, admitting that each of these two cannot refute permanence and annihilation is enough, right? Whether or not the word "merely" is added, the analysis of the context has been well completed. From the perspective of the subject's wisdom, it is well said that admitting that the wisdom that realizes the lack of inherent existence cannot refute the extreme of annihilation, because we have also said that merely with the wisdom that thinks it is just that, one cannot understand Madhyamaka. This situation has been explained in detail above, and there is no need to repeat it here. Existence in conventional truth actually refutes the extreme of annihilation, and indirectly refutes the extreme of permanence, generally speaking, it is like this, if one realizes the dependent arising, the selfless phenomena, like illusions and reflections, as union, then whether or not to combine direct and indirect
