What kind of nature? That is the nature of this world. The Tathagata has no nature, and this sentient being also has no nature. Thus it is said. All objects of focus are completely pacified, and elaboration is pacified, which is peace. The Buddhas, in whatever place, have not taught any Dharma to anyone. Thus it is said. Having taken hold with compassion, in order to abandon all views, he who teaches the holy Dharma, to Gautama I prostrate. Thus it is said. It is also said in the Ratnavali: Therefore, for self and non-self, there is no true and accurate object of focus. The views of self and non-self, therefore, are refuted by the Great Sage (Thubpa, epithet of Shakyamuni Buddha). Seeing and hearing, etc., as spoken by the Thubpa, are neither true nor false. If one transforms from an incompatible side to another, then neither is meaningful. Therefore, for the sake of the holy meaning, this world transcends truth and falsehood. Therefore, he never truly acknowledges existence or non-existence. Whenever, in this way, everything does not exist, that is what the all-knowing one said, having an end, without an end, both, and neither. Thus it is said. Nagarjuna says in the Treasury of Unborn Jewels: The basis, path, and result are all unborn, the root is non-thought, beyond mind. Without mind, nor arising from mind, non-action, the rope of hope and fear is severed. Thus it is said. Not thinking of anything, it is emptiness, not attending to it, there is no birth or death. Thus it is said. In phenomena that are not established, how can two and three, etc., exist? Appearance and mind, not acknowledging, free from elaboration, the nature of phenomena is beyond mind, there is no meditation. Thus it is said. In the Determination of the Four Seals, it is said: Not examined by pervasive thought, the mind that does not abide, without memory, nor attending to it, I prostrate to the objectless. Thus it is said. Aryadeva says in the Clear Words: Do the noble ones not have reason? Who said existence or non-existence? The ultimate truth of the noble ones is to say nothing, therefore, for those who have neither suitability nor unsuitability, how can there be elaboration? Thus it is said, and so on. And, those who are attached to emptiness, with what will they eliminate attachment to things? Thus it is said. In the Auto-commentary on the Entrance to the Middle Way, it is said: Wanting to proclaim the ultimate truth, because it is inexpressible, and the mind of knowledge

Because it is not real, it cannot be directly shown. In order to clearly present its own nature in the minds of those who want to hear it, through their own experience, an analogy is given. Such as, "Due to the power of blurred vision, strands of hair, etc." After saying this, he quoted the scripture, "Son of the gods, if the ultimate truth is," etc. He extensively explained that the meaning of the unborn cannot be explained. Furthermore, in that scripture, in the ultimate truth, real and unreal, empty and not empty, self and other, permanent and impermanent, true and untrue, constant and inconstant, happiness and suffering, pure and impure, self and no-self, empty and not empty, characteristics and symbols, one and different, arising and ceasing, and so on, such distinctions do not exist, because its own nature is not observed. Therefore, only the noble ones are reliable for contemplating the ultimate truth, and those who are not noble are not. And so on, he spoke extensively. Furthermore, in the Clear Words, in the explanation of "Not empty, not even a little exists," etc., because the antidote is free from dependence, just like a garland of flowers in the sky, emptiness itself does not exist, and this must be ascertained. And so on. Furthermore, those three doors of liberation that the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-Tathagatas, who are the lamps of beings, have taught, are not shared with the doctrines of the Tirthikas. You, with the illusion of explaining the words of the Sugata, are trying to abandon emptiness, and by doing so, you are cutting off the path to heaven and liberation. If you say that, then, alas, you have become inverted. Having abandoned the straight path of Nirvana, you, who are attached to reality, should be blamed by the holy ones, but you are seized by attachment due to manifest pride, and instead, you are reproaching them. Alas! The great king of medicine, who heals all the diseases of afflictions, is: The Buddhas said that emptiness, Surely brings forth all views. Whoever sees emptiness, That is incurable. Isn't that what was said? Emptiness is the manifestation or inversion of all views, and the inversion of views itself is not real. And so on. Shariputra, if emptiness arises from all views, then, Shariputra, if someone only sees emptiness, that is incurable.
