On that day, both the man and woman should fully enjoy good wine, abstain from other food and drink, wear warm clothes, not get cold, and rest slowly. In this way, the medicinal power will spread throughout the body, and it will not be poisoned, nor will it give birth, and it can be permanently cut off. If the ashes of the hair of a man and woman who have cut off their lineage are mixed on top of this, it cannot be restored.
