Smooth like a mirror surface, the length, thickness, and thinness are not certain. When that pulse is found, insert the needle-like end of that pulse into the hole of one's own Vajra, and without separating, slowly fill it, and with the nature of great bliss, the door of the central channel will be opened. At this time, if you do not act slowly and carefully, for the type of Mudra that has a good pulse and great pleasure, the bliss will be very blazing, and the support of life, Aham（藏文：ཨ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：अहं，梵文罗马拟音：Ahaṃ，汉语字面意思：我）, will melt, and it is said that life will end in that instant, so act according to moderation. Medicine to open that pulse: Acorus calamus, Terminalia chebula, rock rosin, honey, unburned guest grass, and Chinese salt, grind them finely and make small pills, and give them to the Mudra on an empty stomach, and the pulse will open. Also, grind chicken garlic, dog garlic, Terminalia chebula, Tharam, green grass (Gentiana algida), and Langbu Langlang finely. Sesame oil and saffron are made into small pills and placed in a lotus.
