If you recite the mantra "Bodhicitta Nanchö (藏文:བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ནན་ཆོདཿ)" one hundred thousand times and tie it to your left ring finger, you will not lose semen. Also, if you fill a hollow container with mercury, seal it with beeswax, and place it under your tongue with the opening facing up while engaging in sexual activity, you will not lose bindu. These practices have appeared repeatedly in tantras and terma. Furthermore, if you place a hollow container in water with the opening facing up, and pour gold, silver, copper, and a drop of mercury into the cavity inside the container, seal the opening tightly. Cover the outside with wax or beeswax, and during union, place the container under your tongue with the opening facing up. As long as you do not remove the container, you will not lose bindu, according to the terma. Boil and drink the milk of a white goat or white cow. Also, apply it to the soles of your feet. Applying a large amount of oil to the soles of your feet is also beneficial. Moreover, pour a drop of mercury into a hollow container without an eye. Seal the opening with the calluses from the soles of your feet. Seal it with beeswax. Place it under your tongue, and during sexual activity, slightly restrain the lower wind. If even that is difficult to control the bindu, on the night of the fourteenth, pour a drop of red and white bodhicitta onto the mercury, and seal it with calluses from the soles of your feet. Pour bodhicitta on top of that again. Then cover it with beeswax and proceed as before. Even if you engage in sexual activity day and night, you will not lose bindu. Utter "Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།)" with your mouth. Focus your awareness on the white bindu at the crown of your head. By raising the wind from your feet upwards with a "woosh woosh" sound, you will control the bindu, which is very profound. This is a terma. Furthermore, to protect against the loss of bindu due to evil spirits, etc., take the right wool of a white sheep and the left wool of a black sheep, make a colorful thread, and tie twenty-one knots. Recite "Om Tri Hran Tsok Tsok (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཏྲི་ཧྲན་རྩོག་རྩོག༔)" one hundred thousand times, or one thousand times for each knot, and then tie it around your waist. This is the supreme method for protecting the bindu, according to terma, etc. From the Manjushri Root Tantra: "Om Hara Hara Bandha Ni Shutra Dharani Siddharte Svaha (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར་བནྡྷ་ནི་ཤུ་ཏྲ་དྷ་ར་ཎཱི་སིད་དྷར་ཐེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།)." Perform the mudra of Mamaki and recite the mantra. Take a thread spun by a pure Brahmin girl, soak it in saffron water, tie seven knots, and recite the mantra one hundred and eight times. Wrap it around your waist three times and tie it. This will bind the semen and grant mastery over desire. Even the daughters of Tushita will not harbor harmful thoughts.
