Because of being harmed by the three stains, the establishment of self-character and the establishment of true emptiness are only nominal. As for the reality, appearance and emptiness are established as inseparable. Therefore, without relying on this kind of path, is it difficult to realize the Madhyamaka of Samadhi wisdom, the profound secret intention of glorious Chandrakirti? Let the wise people think carefully! Second, for the non-differential, it is divided into two parts: summary and detailed explanation. First, the sutra says: "In reality, it is liberated from all collections of elaboration." Then, why is the ultimate truth that negates the existence of things not the real ultimate truth? What is the nature of the ultimate truth that cannot be surpassed? If it is thought that this negation of distinguishing the object to be negated is only the image of the other-exclusion conceptualization that excludes existence, so it has not exceeded the elaboration. Then, in the true ultimate sense, from the collection of elaborations of clinging to existence and non-existence, yes and no, etc., the nature of the ultimate truth is completely liberated. This is the summary. Second, the way to explain it in detail is divided into: the ultimate truth is beyond the object of speech and conceptualization, and speech and conceptualization are the realm of all conventionalities. First, the sutra says: "Because there is no birth, etc., there is no non-birth, etc. Because the nature of it is negated, there is no sound of its words. For the negation of no object, there is no good argument." It means that in the ultimate truth, all the nets of elaboration such as existence and non-existence, birth and non-birth, emptiness and non-emptiness have been abandoned. Like this, because there is no birth, dwelling, cessation, etc., their opposites, non-birth, non-dwelling, etc. are also impossible. Because the nature of existence and non-existence, etc. is negated, the things expressed and the sound of the words expressing it are also impossible. For the negation of no object to be negated, then the argument for negating it is also only false, not good or truly existing. Whether it is negating existence, or negating non-existence, or negating both, or negating neither, no matter what is negated, because the nature of the object to be negated has never been produced. Therefore, the argument for negating it, and the sound expressing it, and everything that is thought of in this way with consciousness, are like the sound and words of thinking that the son of a barren woman has been killed.

Etc., are merely illusions of conceptualization, not touching the true nature of things. Therefore, all arguments that negate with "non-existence" are like when someone grieves over the birth and death of a child in a dream, thinking, "There is no child." When a reversed clinging to "existence" arises regarding the reality of things, if one thinks that negating it with "non-existence" shows that it is not real, it is merely destroying conceptualization with conceptualization. Because "non-existence" itself is established by conceptualization, it cannot prove that reality is "non-existence." As Shantideva said, "Without touching the object of examination, there is no grasping of its non-existence. Therefore, what is the false object? Its non-existence is also clearly false. Therefore, when a child dies in a dream, the conceptualization that thinks it is non-existent is an obstacle to the conceptualization that it exists, and that too is false." And, "If the object of examination is examined, then the examining consciousness has no basis. Because it has no basis, it does not arise, and that is also called peace." Thus it is said. Therefore, as far as the activity of sound and conceptualization extends, so far extends conventional truth and terminology. However, one must rely on conceptualization to generate non-conceptual wisdom, rely on terminology to realize ultimate truth, and rely on dualistic wisdom to attain non-dual wisdom. Therefore, the ultimate essence of dharmata, because it is free from all elaborations of the four extremes, cannot be expressed in words or apprehended by the mind. As it is said, "Beyond speech, thought, and expression, is the Prajnaparamita." The essence is not falling into either the appearance or emptiness side, the nature of being free from all elaborations of arising and ceasing, being utterly peaceful and luminous. As it is said, "Unborn, unceasing, the nature of space itself." Thus, although ultimate truth transcends all conventional sound, conceptualization, and the activity of the mind, the nature of dharmadhatu can be seen in a way that is unseen by the self-cognizant wisdom of each yogi, and abides in a way that is non-abiding, thereby dispelling all the darkness of clinging to evil views, and is not like deep sleep and fainting, etc., the realm of self-cognizant wisdom.
