The way of establishment and its meaning. First, therefore, in true reality, nothing is established. Therefore, the Tathagatas say that all dharmas are unborn. Thus it is said, as the reason mentioned above, because there is no one or many, so in the sense of true reality, nothing is established, therefore, the Tathagatas, the fully enlightened Buddhas, say that all dharmas are unborn, and truly declare the original face of things. As it is said in the "Teaching of the Ocean of Wisdom": Those that are dependently originated, they are actually nothing. Those that are without self-nature, they do not arise anywhere. And as it is said in the "Elephant Strength Sutra": If that dharma that is going to arise, nothing can be observed, then for the unborn dharmas, the fools think that they will arise. And as it is also said in the "Source of Jewels Sutra": For things that have no self-nature, how can other causes and conditions change? Things that have no self-nature, how can they be born by others? This reason is what the Sugata declared. And as it is said in the "Meeting of Father and Son Sutra": Entering dependent origination means entering the realm of dharma, therefore it is declared, World Honored One, for that, ignorance does not exist by ignorance itself. And so on, widely declared. Also, these dharmas are all equal in the three times by equality, even in the past time, all dharmas are devoid of self-nature. And so on. Also, all dharmas are empty of self-nature, for which dharma has no self-nature, that is not the past, not the future, etc., just as it is said. In this way, dependent origination has no real birth in the three times, since this is the case, when turning the wheel of dharma, originally peaceful and unborn, self-nature nirvana, Protector, you declared the dharmas. This verse can be well explained, because it is devoid of self-nature, so it is peaceful in the initial future time, and it is not born in the present time, because it is devoid of self-nature. In the past time, it is also self-nature nirvana, because it has no self-nature.

O! This shows that all dharmas are equal in the three times. Thus, whatever is proven by reason, the Buddhas have said that it is truly real; whatever the Buddhas have said is thus proven by true reason. Second, the meaning of the words: Because it is in accordance with the ultimate meaning, it is called the ultimate meaning. As it is said, the object to be refuted, distinguished by existence and non-existence, the mere negation that refutes true establishment, belongs to conventional truth or nominal truth, although it is not the ultimate reality. But because it is in accordance with the ultimate meaning or the ultimate nature of the ultimate meaning. In the manner of applying the name of the result to the cause, this mere absence of truth, the opposite of true existence, can also be called the ultimate meaning, but this is the ultimate meaning in name or imputation. Because the ultimate nature is not merely a simple absence, although it is free from the four extremes of elaboration, the nominal ultimate truth that exists in the object of the discriminating mind that excludes others, if it does not exist, there is no way to realize the great ultimate truth. It is the method or cause of realization, and because it belongs to it, it is called the ultimate truth. As it is said in the Garland of Middle Way: "The ladder of true conventionalities, without the top of the true great mansion, the wise should not walk on it." Thus it is said. Therefore, in the case where the object to be refuted is merely the absence of true emptiness, and the dependent origination part exists separately in its own place without being mixed, holding that system also admits existence. The part of true absence in it is the ultimate reality, and if the mind that focuses on it also follows the ultimate truth, then the basis or reality is not the union of appearance and emptiness, but only falls into the side of emptiness, and its object is also clinging or It is impossible to transcend conceptual thought. Because after merely refuting true establishment with reason, in the space of true emptiness, it is not permissible to establish the absence of self-nature for the dharma that cannot be prevented. If the dharma established by self-nature is not prevented, then conventional truth will become analyzable by reason, the birth of ultimate truth will become unstoppable, and the samadhi of the noble ones will become the cause of the destruction of things.
