So, if one wonders what causes these conventional truths with such characteristics to appear unhindered, there is no other cause for this. It appears only as the way of dependent arising. Even this appearance, which is merely pleasant if not examined, has no separate cause for its appearance. The way it appears is solely due to the dependence on its own previous causes, resulting in subsequent effects. That is how it is. Something that is independent should not appear like a flower in the sky. If something becomes knowable, it is pervaded by dependence. Things arise only in dependence, and non-things are merely imputed in dependence. So, how does it arise in dependence? Among the two types of phenomena, external and internal, external phenomena arise dependently and interconnectedly, such as the sprout from a seed. Internal phenomena arise continuously in the manner of the twelve links of dependent origination. Not understanding the nature of phenomena as they are is ignorance. This is not merely a lack of knowledge, but actually a mental factor of ignorance that is opposed to wisdom and incompatible with it. Having been deluded in this way, accumulating karma through inverted thoughts such as self and other is action. Action distributes habitual tendencies into the store consciousness (ālaya-vijñāna), and when they manifest, they create the consciousness of the ripened result. Based on that consciousness, the five aggregates are formed, including the four names and the "mer-mer-po" (embryonic stage) of the womb. Based on name and form, the six internal sense sources, such as the eyes, arise. If these sense sources exist, contact with the six objects will inevitably occur. When there is contact, feelings of pleasure, pain, and neutrality will definitely arise. When there is feeling, it is impossible not to have craving. When craving arises, one does not simply remain in that state, but seeks the object of craving and takes it, which is grasping. The karma accumulated after taking it in this way is called existence. This karma is never wasted or lost, and in accordance with the causes of good and bad, it gives rise to birth in higher and lower realms, which is called birth. Having been born in this way, it gradually continues

The changing aging and the constantly ceasing death are the same in terms of impermanence, So they are called aging and death. Those are also included in the three: afflictions, karma, and suffering. Those become causes and effects to each other, and revolve continuously like a wheel of fire. Those appearances also do not appear without relying on a non-empty cause. As it is said: From the dharmas of emptiness alone, only the dharmas of emptiness arise. Recitation, lamp, mirror, mold, flint, seed, sourness, and sound, the connection of aggregates is also, the wise should understand that it does not transfer. As it is said. If someone recites, and it also enters the mind of another, then, the sutras and so on that exist in the mind of the other person are not transferred to the mind of the other. Rather, the recitation of this continuum arises in reliance on the sound of the recitation of the other party's knowledge. It is not without cause. Similarly, the previous aggregates are not transferred to the later aggregates, because it would become permanent. The later aggregates do not arise without relying on the previous aggregates, because it would become without cause. Similarly, like the examples of offering lamps from lamps, images appearing in mirrors, the appearance of convex and concave shapes of molds from molds, fire arising from flints, sprouts growing from seeds, saliva increasing from sour tastes, and echoes arising from sounds, the cause transfers to the effect, and the essence is not the same. The effect does not arise without relying on the previous cause, if there is no cause, the effect cannot arise, and if the conditions are complete, the effect cannot not arise, which is dependent origination. And, to speak accurately and without error about the way things are, is the unique and unsurpassed characteristic of the great renunciate, the Buddha, the Bhagavan. The way those causes produce effects is also because the nature of the power of things is inconceivable, so each cause produces each effect without deception, but in reality it is an appearance-emptiness duality that is separate from what is produced and what produces. Thus, even if the cause and effect meet, it is not appropriate to produce, and even if they do not meet, it is not appropriate to produce, and there is no other way of producing other than those two, although it is impossible, but.
