They adhere to a creator, and the synonyms for its name are: Brahma (ཚངས་པ་, Devanāgarī: Brahmā, Romanized Sanskrit: Brahmā, literal meaning: Brahma), Atman (བདག་, Devanāgarī: Ātman, Romanized Sanskrit: Ātman, literal meaning: Self), Ishvara (དབང་ཕྱུག་, Devanāgarī: Īśvara, Romanized Sanskrit: Īśvara, literal meaning: Lord), Sarvavyāpin (ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་པ་, Devanāgarī: Sarvavyāpin, Romanized Sanskrit: Sarvavyāpin, literal meaning: All-pervading), and Nitya (རྟག་པ་, Devanāgarī: Nitya, Romanized Sanskrit: Nitya, literal meaning: Eternal). They say this, and furthermore, they emphasize Brahma, Ishvara, Vishnu, etc., separately, boasting themselves as creators, and the paths also include many offerings of peaceful and violent actions, as well as wind and meditation, etc. If we speak of the most important desire, they wish to achieve liberation through ten vows, and they acknowledge Vishnu, who possesses ten incarnations such as the fish, as the main deity. Similarly, they consider the Vedas, which are not created by a person, as valid means of knowledge, believe that bathing in the Ganges can purify sins, believe that if a woman has a son, she will be reborn in heaven, therefore it is necessary to have a son, believe that participating in battle is very meritorious, and dying in battle will lead to rebirth in heaven, therefore they value battle, and believe that guarding the battle is purification. Protecting life, for example, if one is about to die from famine, stealing can purify and be beneficial, because the most important life is protected. They say this, and they believe that things arise from non-existence without a cause, believe that killing Brahmins, Vedas, and gurus can be purified, because the Dharma is protected. Being born in places like the Kuru country (ancient Indian place name), or even just touching the dust there, can lead to rebirth in heaven. Not recognizing oneself through knowledge, and so on, are the ten situations. Those heretics each cling to their own scriptures and prove them with seemingly reasonable reasons. Although they reveal the contradictions in the various sides that mainly rely on the malicious secret language of the Brahmins, they show their extremely foolish nature, claiming that later inferences do not harm the words of those truthful yogis who directly see reality. There are very many subtle internal views. Explaining in detail the views of these non-Buddhists, the sectarian biases that arise from relying on these views, and the unreasonableness of these views, might be beneficial for increasing wisdom, and it would be possible to clearly distinguish the biases of the Samkhya and other schools, but it would become too lengthy here, so it is omitted. If the views of the schools are not mentioned even slightly, there is a fear of getting lost and not knowing which previous view to point to. Therefore, in order to slightly show the form of the five-part syllogism, including the hidden one, I will ask questions in each of their respective aspects. Here, the main refutation is made from the perspective of how knowledge operates on objects, so the views of the Vaisheshika and Nyaya schools are the same, for example:
