That which cannot be further reduced, the ultimate of the minute, or the finality of the minute. Seven of these become atoms, etc., and successively, iron, water, rabbit, sheep, ox, sunlight dust, etc., and from fleas, lice to the distance of a finger joint are calculated in sevenfold increments. In the desire realm, for a small dust visible to the senses, there are at least eight aggregates of senses and soundless minute particles. If there are senses, etc., then it should be understood by reading them. Therefore, the ultimate indivisible particle is taken as the power of distinguishing each of the elements and the derived elements, but there are no separate parts. For coarse objects, it is believed that there are more or fewer minute particles depending on the size. Some Tibetans also believe that atoms are infinite, but in that case, it is not reasonable because it is impossible to compose coarse objects, etc. In short, coarse objects are divisible, so they become finer and finer. If it eventually becomes baseless, it is thought that coarse objects will disappear altogether, so the belief that there is something that cannot be made smaller than a minute particle is the general view of believing in minute particles. Other schools believe that these particles are permanent, while our own schools believe that they are momentary, which is the difference. When minute particles compose coarse objects, these particles must be composed in some way, either with or without gaps. There are three views on this: The Vaibhashikas say that a group must be formed by contact, and if they do not contact, they cannot become a single coarse object, so the particles must adhere to each other. If an indivisible particle adheres by different directions, then there will be parts that adhere and parts that do not adhere, so it cannot be an indivisible particle. If there is no part that does not adhere at all, then how can there be a difference between the two? Eventually, they will become one, and even Mount Meru, the king of mountains, will become one indivisible particle, which is unreasonable. Furthermore, most Vaibhashikas and others believe that they hold each other together by force so that they do not scatter, but adhering together as above is unreasonable, so other particles only surround one particle, and they exist with gaps like a yak's tail and a honeycomb. This is also unreasonable, because if there are gaps, there will be opportunities for minute particles of light and darkness to enter there, and they will also interact with each other.

Because contact is not understood, there must be other particles in between, and eventually there will be room for three realms between two aggregated ultimate particles. In this regard, the Sutra School and others believe that there is no contact and no adhesion. As mentioned above, both adhesion and non-adhesion are unreasonable, so for many particles, even if they do not touch or adhere to each other, they are considered to be in contact because there is no gap. Although they say this, if they touch each other and there is no gap, it is the same as adhesion, and there is no possibility of any difference. Because as long as it does not become one, there can be no gap. Therefore, contact and adhesion are actually the same meaning, which has been confirmed by the great chariot masters. Therefore, if there is contact or no gap, it is impossible not to adhere; if there is no adhesion, it is impossible to have contact or no gap. This is also negated by the above investigation of contact and non-contact. In this regard, whether it is the school that believes that the ultimate particles that form the basis of the gross are adhered to each other, or the school that believes that they are not adhered to but are surrounded by gaps, or the school that believes that they are not adhered to and exist without gaps, any of these three schools can be refuted by the reasoning of examining the parts. Second, refute the view that ultimate particles are truly existent. That is, it is explained that if there are no parts, then the gross cannot be formed; if there are parts, then the ultimate particles cannot be established. First, the central position The atom looks at one atom, What kind of nature does it have? Looking at other atoms, If you say it is also that nature, How can things like earth and water, Grow unreasonably? It is said. That is, from the perspective of examining the parts, when forming the gross, like the atom located in the center, many atoms must gather from all directions. For example, for things like houses, there is a part facing east, and similarly, for the face facing other directions, it can be pointed out that this is the face facing this direction. Similarly, when many atoms gather to form the gross, for the atom located in the center, if it is said that there is no other part than the nature of looking at an atom like the atom facing east, then when looking at atoms in other directions, it is only the face or part facing east. If you say that, then the view you admit
