It is immaculate. Those paths are not like distinguishing by exerting what one desires, but merely clarifying the profound and vast teachings of the Buddha. Therefore, if one can comprehend these points, then, the ultimate of all that the Blessed One has taught with the establishment of conventional truth, including defilement and purification, depends on understanding the nature of Mind-Only. Since the ultimate of establishing all dharmas from form to omniscience as the great nature free from elaboration ultimately reaches the Middle Way, therefore, this is entering the Great Vehicle without being biased towards the profound and the vast. Therefore, to completely and impartially integrate the two lineages, the teachings of the two great chariots, which are as profound and vast as the sky and the ocean, is rare even in India, let alone in Tibet. Therefore, even when the traditions of the chariots were practiced separately in India itself, this teacher considered both the profound and the vast to be indispensable characteristics of the Great Vehicle, so integrating the traditions of the two chariots into one teaching is far more superior to others. Therefore, adhering to such a teaching is like riding a good chariot. How is it similar to a chariot? In general, a vehicle (ayana) is like a riding tool, and abiding in it allows one to reach the desired result. And the Great Vehicle, as it is said: This vehicle is like the sky, a great immeasurable mansion, it is the supreme vehicle that manifests joy, happiness, and bliss, whoever rides it can dispel all the sufferings of sentient beings. As it is said, the twenty emptinesses, which are as profound as the sky, and the vast array of adornments, which are like immeasurable mansions, manifesting splendor is called the Great Vehicle. Similarly, here too, it is more superior to other riding tools, suitable for the great, without difficulty, possessing many qualities of wealth, such as going, etc., similar to the nature of a chariot. It transcends clinging to single-sided views, suitable for the wise who possess both the profound and the vast, and because of understanding the suchness of the two truths, there is no difficulty in accomplishing Buddhahood, possessing the valid cognition of conventional and the valid cognition of ultimate, that is, rational

Because it possesses limitless joy and wealth, it is like a chariot. Even when abiding in such a treatise, one must practice the meaning of the treatise with valid reasoning. The self-commentary says: Those who enter through the power of scripture and things, and are without inference, even those who follow with faith will not be completely satisfied. What need is there to mention those who do not believe in the treatise with faith? Even if one enters the scripture with faith, if one lacks reason, one will not be able to obtain the certainty of practicing its meaning, and therefore one will not be completely satisfied. It is like binding food and various jewels with attachment, but not knowing how to enjoy them. Therefore, just as the horse that drives the chariot, its direction depends on the reins, what is established by the reasoning of the power of things cannot be guided elsewhere, but can only enter that path with certainty. Therefore, grasping the left and right reins of reasoning that speculates on the conventional and ultimate, is to enter the profound and vast meaning with the certainty of the two valid cognitions (pramana). Therefore, one obtains the name and reality of being called a Mahayanist. The Great Vehicle possesses both profundity and vastness, and is not merely faith, but a person who obtains certainty through the two valid cognitions. Therefore, the possessive is added to the one who possesses the Great Vehicle, and is called a Mahayanist. Therefore, if one clings to an unreasonable sect, and refutes other reasonable sects as much as possible, that is not taking the Dharma itself to heart. Therefore, those wise ones who possess the reasoning of the stainless power of things should take the Dharma itself as important, and observe it properly with upright discrimination. In this way, as it is said in the treatise: Because of attachment to debate, liberation was not created, therefore it was proclaimed. If it is explained, there is no fault in destroying other sects. And so on, like this, one will become the supreme protector and upholder of the Dharma. Second, praising the path of the two ways, there are two kinds of merits: the uncommon merits, and the merits of relying on it to generate other virtuous dharmas. First,

Po. Not experienced by pervading and power, etc. The cause of dwelling immeasurably. Even by becoming the crown of the world, It has not been thoroughly experienced. This pure nectar, Is the cause of pure compassion. Other than the Tathagata, It is not the enjoyment of others. It is said. Such two aspects are not the common realm of others' practice. Like this, those who are great and clear in wisdom in the world, Vishnu and Ishvara, And Brahma and Samkhya, etc., have not even tasted a little. Moreover, this cause of making the end of qualities dwell immeasurably, Even those who have become the crown of all worldly beings, the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas who have the path beyond the world, Have not been thoroughly experienced. This pure nectar of the two truths, the true and unerring reality, purified from all faults, Is the great compassion that loves all beings, the cause of being completely purified from the stains of the two obscurations. Except for the sole Tathagata, It will not become the enjoyment of others. It is said. Therefore, if one thinks that it is similar to this because the detached Brahma and Vishnu or the son of the god of wealth, and the ugly-eyed or Ishvara, etc., also explain the two aspects, it is not so. Because what they say is a partial emptiness. Thus, the principle of only consciousness spoken by the detached is, as stated in the secret of the nectar drop: Only consciousness is always pure, Thus the Buddha is always liberated. Because there is no acceptance or rejection, contemplate well, Brahma dwells forever without sorrow. Thus, the nature of only consciousness, Brahma without sorrow or liberation, the eternal result is the meaning to be sought. The path is, the nature of only consciousness is always pure by nature, the Buddha who is free from the sleep of ignorance, and is liberated from the bonds of desire, etc., these are the ultimate truth, because ignorance and desire, etc., are temporary. Therefore, other than this, there is nothing to be accepted or rejected, one should contemplate or know and then practice. It is said. Furthermore, the Samkhya texts belonging to their side are, qualities etc.
