By contacting this, through increasing the seeds of habituation from hearing the Mahayana, realizing Suchness and transforming the basis, through the gate of perfectly accomplishing all things such as the Buddhadharma, one enters in order to attain the omniscient wisdom. 7. The subsequent knowledge is the Alaya-vijnana, all causes completely arise, and the result, all characteristics of the knowable, seeing the nature of other-dependence as it is, like illusion, seeing as its own nature, naturally without inversion or error, realization arises. Therefore, the Bodhisattva, like a magician transforming grass and so forth into illusory things with mantras, in showing all phenomena and their causes and effects, will also never have inversion at all times. This subsequent attainment is neither non-conceptual nor conceptual, because there are no afflictions. Entering into the state of mere-consciousness, the determination of abiding in the four concentrations is seeing the Suchness of selflessness, so how should one view the four paths of union that are in accordance with it? Held by the four kinds of complete search, or without external objects, when endurance is small, the concentration of obtaining light, that is, the nature of the heat of the determination-part-in-accordance. When endurance is great, the concentration of light increasing or being clear, is the place of the peak. For the four kinds of complete knowledge that are truly as they are, entering into the stage of knowing that it is meaningless and only consciousness, and the certainty that there is no external object, this is only one aspect of its meaning, that is, entering into the following concentration that stops the grasped-at. In accordance with the truth, relying on the ungrasped, thereby realizing the un-grasping, is the place of endurance. Below that, the thought of mere-consciousness completely disappears, this is the concentration immediately before the path of seeing, it is regarded as the peak of worldly dharma. These concentrations are called determination-part-in-accordance because they are close to the Abhisamaya of the path of seeing. Thus, entering the ground, the Bodhisattva who has attained the path of seeing, entering the state of mere-consciousness, how should one combine it with the path of meditation? Like the self-characteristics and general characteristics of the ground, the signs of obtaining the ground, etc.

In the chapter on showing the established aspects, the tenth bhumi of the Bodhisattva, in the Samgraha Sutra, for the various objects of focus, the focus is on the non-conceptual transcendence of the world by combining or mixing all dharmas, and through the wisdom of shamatha and vipassana obtained after that, the mind and mental factors are transformed because they have been accustomed to it for many hundreds of thousands of billions of kalpas. Therefore, one practices in order to attain the three kayas of the Buddha. If asked, what is the difference between the realization of the Shravakas and the realization of the Bodhisattvas? There are ten differences that make the realization of the Bodhisattvas superior: the difference in focus is on determining the focus through hearing, thinking, and meditating on the Dharma of the Mahayana; the difference in close reliance is on increasing the power of merit in order to stabilize the vast accumulation of merit and wisdom; the difference in realization is on realizing the selflessness of both Dharma and person, while the Shravakas only realize the selflessness of the person. The difference in Nirvana is in completely holding onto the non-abiding Nirvana; the difference in bhumi is in the definite arising of the ten bhumis, while the Shravakas do not have the establishment of the ten bhumis. The difference in complete purification is in abandoning the habitual tendencies of afflictions and in completely purifying the Buddha-field, while the Shravakas do not have these. The difference in attaining equality of mind towards oneself and all sentient beings is that, for this reason, the practice of maturing sentient beings is not interrupted; the difference in birth is that one is born into the lineage of the Tathagatas, like the son of a Chakravartin king, while the Shravakas are like the sons of slaves. The difference in birth is that in the mandala of the Buddha's retinue, one always completely holds onto the manner of birth, such as miraculous birth, while the Shravakas are ordinary womb-born. The difference in fruit is that one achieves the immeasurable qualities of the fruit, such as the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, and the eighteen unshared qualities. Verses: Name and object, the two, mutually, suddenly in meaning, name suddenly, etc., examine with knowledge, thus seek completely. Self-nature and distinction, established as two kinds, that which is merely imputed, not truly established, diligently seek such reason.
