This is the profound secret instruction for overcoming all demons and evil spirits. Visualize above your crown, about a handspan high in the sky, upon a moon, the essence of the wisdom vajra of all victors, the white Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), gathering and dissolving the nectar of the pure essence of existence and peace. Then, imagine that the stream of white nectar essence fills your body from the aperture of Brahma, and immediately your body's radiance will increase, and your life and strength will expand. This is the profound intention of the tantra. Merely inhaling air into the body, counting a hundred times or so, deceives death, and gradually becoming accustomed to it, immortality is achieved, as stated in the tantra. The vajra recitation combined with the three syllables, along with the visualization of gathering and absorbing the life essence of existence and peace, will surely increase life, and gradually becoming accustomed to it, the vidyadhara of life will be accomplished. Furthermore, facing east, imagine that all the vast universes pervaded by the element of the eastern sky are inhaled into your own abdomen, and then hold your breath. This is the king of elixirs, the method for accomplishing immortality, the intention of the Yamāntaka tantra. Furthermore, imagine that all the skies of the ten directions are gathered together, and with a "Ha Sib" (藏文：ཧ་སིབ་) sound, inhale air through your mouth, imagining that your abdomen is filled, and repeatedly holding the vase breath as much as possible. This will accomplish immortality, and the elixir of the sky is the ultimate profound method for restoring depleted life and so on. Furthermore, imagine that all appearances and existence are merged into the nature of the sky, and that the great life of the sky's immortality fills your abdomen completely, and then hold your breath. This is the supreme method for secretly deceiving death and accomplishing immortality. Those breaths can be inhaled from either the mouth or the nose, and visualization should be done in conjunction with it. Furthermore, imagine that within your heart, the essence of the dharmadhatu, the light of the white A syllable (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A), purifies all the diseases of the body and the pains of the mind in non-objectification. Then, mentally recite or whisper the sound of the life breath, the form of A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A), and all karmic diseases and obscurations will be pacified, mantras will be accomplished, and the vajra life will also be accomplished. This is the intention of the tantra. For diseases of the upper body, visualize Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ) in the upper body; similarly, visualize Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ) in the waist; and visualize Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in the lower body to purify diseases. All diseases will surely be pacified. You should strive according to the severity of the illness until the illness is completely cured. Furthermore, writing letter forms on various parts of the body can pacify diseases, as clearly stated in Lama Yangtig and so on. Moreover, in the heart, from the dark blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) letter, the fire of wisdom blazes, entering all parts of the body without obstruction, burning away all diseases and bodily demons. Transfer the consciousness of those demons to Sukhavati. Visualize that rays of light emanate from the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) letter, producing a stream of wisdom nectar, making the entire body clear and transparent. Or, with the silver-colored Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) letter, gather all the power of the male organ from below the Brahma aperture, and visualize it dissolving into your own sexual organ.
