Collected Various Usages Cintamani. Collected Various Usages Cintamani. Collected Various Usages Cintamani Abides. The Vajra Body, the equality of space and wisdom, appearing according to what is to be tamed, is an infinite treasure of benefit and happiness. To Manjushri's magical net, and the assembly of gurus, yidams, and dakinis, I prostrate. Here, based on the profound treasures of Rigdzin King Padmasambhava, and the auspicious connections and usages of the noble Indian Jetsun Dampa, as well as various other similar instructions, whatever is found is collected. For any yogi, as an auspicious connection for the increase of Dharma, the hair, nails, etc., of one's root guru, as well as the relics and essential auspicious connections of the Buddha, should be placed in a precious vessel, and one should prostrate and make offerings. At times, it should be placed on the crown of the head and prayed to. One should visualize that the blessings, nectar, and red and yellow rays of light fill one's body from the crown of the head, blessing oneself. By reciting the essence of auspicious connections, the Dharma will increase, and the undertaken activities will be accomplished. For a yogi, as an auspicious connection for completing practice, draw a Yungdrung symbol with white earth under the bed. Scatter various auspicious earth and stones on it. Wear on oneself an ornament made of sheep's scapula with a painted Gakyil, with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:唵啊吽) written in the center. Inscribe "Ha Ri Ni Sa Tiṣṭha Lhana" (藏文:ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན།) in gold inside a protective amulet and place it in the four directions. Thus, no matter what obstacles arise, one's virtuous practice and vows will not be broken, and one will remain steadfast. For a yogi, as an auspicious connection for having few illnesses, place a white silk cloth with seven drops of saliva under the door sill. Hide an Aru fruit with the letter "Śaṃ" written on it in gold above the door. When eating food, visualize it as a medicinal jewel and recite "Maṇi Dhāri Bhaiṣajye Siddhi Hūṃ" (藏文:མ་ཎི་དྷཱ་རཱི་བྷེ་ཥ་ཛྱེ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།). Thus, one will be free from illness, and all food and drink will be transformed into medicine and essence. For a yogi, as an auspicious connection for preventing the rising of oath-breakers, draw a nine-palace grid with blood on armor, and include ashes from burning a monkey's heart. Visualize them as the essence of all oath-breakers, demons, and obstacles, and recite "Hūṃ Laṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ།). Then bury it near the door, etc. Thus, oath-breakers, the magic of kings, evil spirits, wars, disturbances, etc., will not occur.

For yogi communities and the like, as a means to prevent internal strife at home, write "Hari Ni Sa Sukha Siddhi Jah (藏文,梵文天城体,hari ni sa su kha siddhi jah,Hari Ni Sa Sukha Accomplishment Jah)" on a mirror adorned with five-colored silk, and hang it in the center of the house. If you draw the sun and moon on the west side of the house, apply vermilion, and place them there, the household will become very harmonious. For yogis, to protect against non-human obstacles in cemeteries and other places, place two skulls face to face, one above and one below the bed. On the outside of the two skulls, write a large "Ram (藏文,梵文天城体,ram,Fire)" with cinnabar. Inside, visualize your own body enclosed within the two joined skulls, surrounded by blazing flames, and recite "Kem Ram Ram Ram Hana Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,kem ram ram ram hana hum,Kem Ram Ram Ram Strike Hum)". Even if the eight classes of spirits and demons stir up like dust, they will not be able to do anything. If a yogi experiences a powerful curse, place a turtle shell filled with mustard seeds, ashes, iron filings, and copper filings under your bed. At dusk, inside a domed house made of an eight-spoked iron wheel, visualize yourself as a dark blue "Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,Hum)" syllable blazing with fire. Outside the wheel, visualize the vast and expansive world turtle domed house, from all parts of its body, hordes of malevolent forces radiating and gathering like dust motes in sunlight, and recite "Bhrum Bhrum Bhrum (藏文,梵文天城体,bhrūṃ bhrūṃ bhrūṃ,Bhrum Bhrum Bhrum)". Sleep without any doubt in your mind, and even if a thousand capable cursers cast spells, they will not be able to harm you. To prevent thieves from entering a yogi's hermitage, write "Ha Sa Ki Si" in white clay on the door frame, and place a dot of vermilion on it. Under your bed, hide a mouse hole filled with pieces of various treasures, foods, and clothing. Even if there is a cause for theft, you will not be harmed. To pacify disputes for a yogi, bury a piece of old cloth with the words "Pacify Disputes" written on it under the doorstep. On the four corners of the door's crossed vajra, write four "Sham (藏文,梵文天城体,śam,Peace)" syllables with vermilion. Hide a cuckoo feather tied with red silk on the lintel of the door, and the rise of disputes will be permanently stopped. To ensure that a yogi's provisions last a long time, write "Hari Ni Sa Increase Increase (藏文,梵文天城体,hari ni sa 增 长 增 长,Hari Ni Sa Increase Increase)" on a tin sheet or paper inside a food container, recite the heart mantra of the chosen deity, and then place it in the stove, cooking pot, or food storage room. In this way, a small amount of food and clothing will last a long time, thus avoiding poverty.
