Therefore, generate the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings, and take refuge in the Lama! Take refuge in the Buddha! Take refuge in the Dharma! Take refuge in the Sangha! Take refuge in the Dakini, the source of all accomplishments! Take refuge in the supreme and holy Buddha! Recite this seven times. Regularly recite it once a day without fail. Then, visualize yourself as Avalokiteshvara in essence, and as the great Lord Shiva in form, with a body color of smoke or ashen blue, one face, two arms, and three eyes. Visualize your hair covering the earth, your right hand holding a trident, your left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, adorned with six bone ornaments, fire on your upper lip, wind on your lower lip, sparks of fire flashing from your tongue, and a sea of evil mantras swirling in your belly. Bless a pigeon feather and have someone look at their tears, then wipe their eyes with the feather, and then pretend to put it in water, it will remove cataracts from the root. When old oil or lard is blessed a thousand times and applied, it is beneficial for sores, bone tumors, bone dislocations, and all diseases of the ears, tongue, and neck. For brain pain, apply mantra water both internally and externally. Apply mantra water to swellings, boils, black spots, and inflammatory conditions. When blessed on barley flour and applied to the body, it protects against measles. When blessed on peas and worn around the neck, it can cure smallpox. When blessed on guggul incense and worn, it can cure all types of mumps, swollen throats, and swellings. When mantra water is poured on a swollen stomach, if the abdomen makes a gurgling sound, it immediately brings comfort. For pain caused by fever, apply blessed glacial water. When blessed twenty-one times on the thumb of the hand and applied to a wound, it stops bleeding. This mantra heals all types of wounds, such as dog bites, burns, knife wounds, etc., without exception. For any wound, bless it twenty-one times to prevent infection. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra over one's own door bolt urine, etc., and apply it to any broken head, making one or more holes in the center. Write ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:) on the top of the hole and recite the mantra, and the head wound will heal without a trace. Like this, if you apply fragments to a fractured area, the bone splinters of the fracture will be extracted. Boil in mustard oil or castor oil, recite the mantra, and apply it to the wound, and all wounds from dog bites will heal. Recite the mantra and apply ghee, which is beneficial for all bloating and inflammation. Recite the mantra over cooked dried fruit and milk, and it is beneficial for diarrhea, parasitic diseases, and both hot and cold ailments. Collect ashes and smoke, recite the mantra, mix with butter, and apply it to treat tinnitus. Recite the mantra over a large pill-sized medicine, squeeze it between the teeth, and it is beneficial for all tooth diseases. Recite the mantra over spang spos (a type of incense) and rotten bamboo, and apply it to treat all types of breast diseases. Recite the mantra over pig skin and fat, and apply it to treat diarrhea caused by cold. Recite the mantra over yellow orpiment and fox dung or dung beetle, and burn it, and all ghosts, yakshas, rakshasas, and the eight classes of beings will flee. To protect livestock, twist three strands of black thread together, make three or seven knots, recite the mantra twenty-one times, and tie it on for protection. If yogurt spoils, recite the mantra eleven times over eight black pebbles, and place them in the center of the fermenting yogurt to prevent spoilage. If alcohol spoils, recite the mantra over seven or fourteen black barley grains, and throw them into the mixture during brewing to prevent spoilage. If a reversion is needed, visualize yourself as an emanation of the great Lord of Freedom, with countless messengers, and revert all the other party's evil thoughts, harsh actions, sorcery, and curses back onto himself, so that he eats his own flesh, drinks his own blood, and his own guardian deities become his executioners. Visualize your own emanations and messengers, together with his guardian deities, eating the flesh of enemies, obstacles, and demons, drinking their blood, crushing their bones, and reducing them to dust, then recite the mantra, and all curses, suppressions, and evil forces will be reverted back onto the other party. Roast white mustard seeds on a fire, mix with oil, and apply repeatedly to treat recurring ulcers and boils. Recite the mantra over the five fingers, clench them into a fist, and walk, and you will be able to catch anyone's trail. If hail occurs, visualize yourself as the great Lord of Freedom, whose gray hair fills the three thousand worlds, and all the places to be protected are contained under his hair, then recite the mantra and point an angry finger at the hail. There is no deeper method for protecting against hail than this. The recitation of one hundred thousand has been completed. Recite the mantra when slaughtering a sheep.
