English

Tall in stature, with triangular eyes, deeply red and wide open. Yellow beard and mustache reaching the center of the chest. Naked, with hair reddish-yellow, blazing like fire, standing upright. Flesh dry and with angry wrinkles. Right hand holding a human skull, left hand holding a fiery lasso with a threatening gesture. Intense heat of fire radiating from face and body. Abiding within a blazing fire mass, light of fire radiating from the face, contemplate that all diseases, evil spirits, and sins are burned to ashes. Then recite the mantra one hundred thousand times, or as much as possible. While reciting the mantra, do not eat blood, spleen, or garlic. Observe silence, avoid poultry. The patient should be cleansed before applying the mantra. During activities, if the illness is severe, retreat and recite more. Before applying the mantra, pray to all lamas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas to bless my speech. This mantra was translated from Chinese by Vairochana, and it is also the instruction of the Brahmin Supreme Desire, originating from the Indian Sanskrit scriptures of Lord Atisha, and also from the mantra of the Mind Accomplishment Without Walls of the great treasure revealer Sangye Lingpa. In the white million mantra of the nectar essence's beneficial part, add "Om Usha Black Gym. Sod Sod Chod Chod Dul Dul Nan Nan" to the beginning of the above mantra and recite it three hundred thousand times. Reciting the forty-one letters from Om This So onwards six hundred thousand times is said to perfect the preliminary practice well. In the Mind Accomplishment Without Walls section, it says: From emptiness, one instantly becomes Orgyen Padmasambhava, a great Brahmin of sky iron, called Nine Gatherings, who hurls fierce mantras like thunderbolts, with a black body, one face, two arms {During activities, it seems that "Ted Ted, afterwards all diseases" is added.}, wrathful and gnashing teeth, right hand holding a sharp razor pointing at the disease, left hand holding a kapala bowl, right leg bent, left leg extended. Contemplate being naked and adorned with a string of pearls. Other visualizations are similar to the above. Mantra: Om This So This So Niva This So. {Check if Za Due Ma Wer Due.} Shig Sod Shig Sod. Tsig Lo Tsig Lo. Ted Ted. Nyi Phur This Da Phur This. Kar Phur This. May diseases, evil spirits, and sins be pacified, Raksha Ye Svaha. Like this. And also the mantra.
