ལ་上面一個 கி，ར་字一個，ཞབས་ཀྱུ་一個，འགྲེང་བུ་一個。第五個上面འགྲེང་བུ་兩個。第六個上面 கி一個。二十七個咒字之後有梭哈，這是咒語的字彙。念咒時的禪定是：自己剎那間觀想圓滿，咕嚕猛厲的青黑色身，右手金剛杵，左手顱器血，坐騎是黑色的野豬。口中發出猛咒的火星，自身化現無數的野豬，觀想吞食疾病邪魔。猛咒的火光如鐵匠的火花，四射焚燒疾病邪魔。不散亂，專注目標念咒。此外，對於一般的疾病邪魔，觀想咕嚕猛厲，火光熊熊，騎著黑豬。對於毒，觀想大孔雀。對於傳染病，觀想毒山燃燒。對於熱病，觀想藥師佛。保護自己時，觀想該神的的光芒摧毀疾病。治療他人時，觀想從其身體降下甘露，使疾病痊癒。如果自己先前已染病要治療，觀想前方的虛空中有蓮花生大士，將自己的意識轉移到他的心中。從蓮花生的身體化現無數的野豬，從自己的身體的感官進入，觀想吞食身體的所有疾病邪魔，在咒語結束時，咕嚕猛厲融入自身，觀想自己變成咕嚕猛厲的身相。這樣，不間斷地、完整地念誦這個咒語，加持力特別大，念誦一百萬遍就圓滿了前行。即使沒有前行，立即念誦的功德也能夠摧毀疾病邪魔，毫無疑問。如果心中有這個咒語，即使照顧嚴重的傳染病患者，也不會傳染給自己，一定能夠保護自己。給他人喝咒語加持的水就可以了。念誦這個咒語的利益是：流行病、上身疼痛、腦溢血，熱病、大疼痛、小疼痛，印度尼泊爾的熱病，增生熱、腦熱等種類，以及所有頭部、眼睛、上身疾病，腸胃疼痛、紅痢等腹瀉嘔吐的疾病，黑痘、白痘等皰疹類的疾病，白喉、腫塊、炎症疼痛腫脹類，黑色的炎症疾病、中風、跌倒、顫抖，寄生蟲、腹部腫脹，打哈欠、後仰，魚病、胃病、發燒等所有惡性傳染病，以及其他癭瘤和腫瘤，腫脹，燒傷。

From the mouth emanate sparks of wrathful mantras. Emanate countless wild boars from yourself. Visualize them devouring diseases and evil spirits. The firelight of the wrathful mantra is like the sparks of a blacksmith, radiating and burning diseases and evil spirits. Without distraction, focus on the target and recite the mantra. Furthermore, for general diseases and evil spirits, visualize the wrathful Guru blazing with fire, riding a black pig. For poison, visualize a great peacock. For infectious diseases, visualize a burning mountain of poison. For fever, meditate on the Medicine Buddha. When protecting yourself, visualize the rays of light from that deity destroying the disease. When healing others, visualize nectar descending from the body, curing the disease. If you have already contracted the disease, visualize Guru Padmasambhava in the sky in front of you, and transfer your consciousness to his heart. From Padmasambhava's body, emanate countless wild boars, entering through the senses of your body, visualize them devouring all the diseases and evil spirits in your body, and at the end of the mantra, visualize the wrathful Guru dissolving into your body, transforming yourself into the form of the wrathful Guru. In this way, if you recite this mantra frequently without interruption and completely, the blessings will be especially great, and reciting it one hundred thousand times will complete the preliminary practice. Even without the preliminary practice, the merit of reciting it immediately will undoubtedly destroy diseases and evil spirits. If you have this mantra in mind, even if you care for patients with severe infectious diseases, it will not infect you, and you will definitely be able to protect yourself. It is enough to give others water blessed with the mantra to drink. The benefits of reciting this mantra are: epidemics, upper body pain, cerebral hemorrhage, fever, severe pain, minor pain, Indian and Nepalese fever, proliferative fever, brain fever, and all kinds of head, eye, and upper body diseases, intestinal pain, red dysentery, and other diarrheal and vomiting diseases, blackpox, smallpox, and other types of pustular diseases, diphtheria, lumps, inflammation, pain, and swelling, black inflammatory diseases, stroke, falls, tremors, parasites, abdominal swelling, yawning, back arching, fish disease, stomach disease, fever, and all kinds of malignant infectious diseases, as well as goiters, tumors, swelling, and burns.

It also alleviates physical injuries such as bone fractures and joint dislocations caused by being struck by a horse or falling into a ravine. It eliminates all types of wounds and subdues all evil spirits, including earth spirits, nagas, and malevolent spirits. It cures livestock diseases such as lung tumors, coughs, and other ailments. In short, it eradicates horse diseases, sheep diseases, goat diseases, dog diseases, and especially protects dogs from being struck by lightning. It also neutralizes the venom of rabid dogs. Overall, it destroys all kinds of diseases and is particularly praised for all types of fever-related illnesses. By continuously using mantra-infused water, one can overcome fever and avoid dietary restrictions, thus nourishing the body with nutritious foods. This mantra should not be recited excessively for pregnant women or those with severe wind or cold diseases. This mantra is especially effective as an antidote for toxic diseases. The more one recites this mantra, the greater its power becomes. It is particularly potent during times of great epidemics in a region. To counteract the foundation of disease, which is the power of field demons, write this mantra on prayer flags and hoist them on mountaintops. Build cairns in villages and other places, and write the mantra there to eliminate diseases and epidemics, and to increase lifespan and prosperity. When reciting this mantra to create mantra-infused water, if you add unblessed water to the blessed water, the effect will be slightly diminished. First, pour the water into a clean container, and then add a single drop of mantra-infused water, which will transform all the water into mantra-infused water. Even if the illness is severe, merely reciting more mantras can sustain life without relying on medicine. Therefore, one should only use nectar ghee, musk, and mantra-infused water, and no other medicines. Believing in this way is a vow. Furthermore, the ingredients for this epidemic prevention include: the vulture from above, the wild boar from the earth, the chufa with dung, and black musk. {The powdered meat of vultures, wild boars, and chufa that are more than three years old, and black musk are the four medicinal ingredients.} After reciting this mantra a hundred thousand times over these four ingredients, make pills or incense, etc., to protect oneself and others from all kinds of unfavorable diseases and evil spirits, such as the seven-six calamities. If sweating, abdominal discomfort, or diarrhea occur after applying mantra-infused water, it is a sign of effectiveness. Even if these symptoms do not appear, recite the mantra.
