ང་རྨ་ལ་གླན་པས་ཉེས་པ་གང་ཡང་མི་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །མེ་བུམ་སྔགས།བྲི་ཏ་ཝི་མེ་དབལ་སོདཿ ཅེས་བཟླས་ལ་བཏབ་པས་མེ་བུམ་དེས་ནད་ལ་ཕན་ནོ། །ཡང་གཅིག མེ་ཡི་དབལ་སོད། གཟེར་ཞི། བརྒྱ་རྩ་བགྲངས་ཏེ་མེ་བུམ་ལ་བཏབ་ནས་གཟིར་དམིགས་ལ་ བཏབ་པས་ཕན་ནོ། །ནད་འཇིབ་པའི་སྔགས་ཟབ་མོ་ནི། རང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་གནམ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་མཆུ་སྡེར་ཅན་དང་། འཇིབ་རུ་ཡང་བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་ལ། ནད་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦལ་སྦྲུལ་ཉ་ལྕོང་དང་ཁྲག་དང་ཆུ་སེར་གྱི་རྣམ་པར་ལྷག་མེད་དུ་འཇིབ་པར་བསམ་ལ། ཨོཾ་རཾ་རཾ་ཁས། ཤག་ཤག་ཁས། བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་ཛ་ཐུར་ཤགཿ ཅེས་བཟླས་འཇིབ་རུ་བཅུག །ནད་པ་སྔགས་མཁན་གཉི་ག་ཁ་ཟས་བཟང་བཅུག ནད་པའི་སྤྱི་གཙུག་དང་རྐང་མཐིལ་དུ་སྣུམ་བྱུག །སྐྲངས་པ་སོགས་གདབ་དམིགས་ཀྱི་མཐར་མཚལ་ལམ་བཙག་གིས་ཟླུམ་སྐོར་ཉིས་རིམ་བསྐོར་བའི་དབུས་དང་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་ཨ་ཡིག་ལྔ་བྲིས་ལ་གདབ་བོ། །འདི་སྦྲུལ་དུག་དང་རླུང་ནད་གཉན་ནད་དྲེག་གྲུམ་ཆུ་སེར་སྲིན་ནད་སོགས་ལ་ཕན་ནོ། །རྭ་འཇིབ་བྱས་ན་སྙིང་རླུང་སོགས་སྟོད་སྨད་བར་གསུམ་གང་ལ་ཡང་། ཁྲག་མ་བཏོན་ཀྱང་འཇིབ་ཁོ་ནས་ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱིར་མངོན་སུམ་འདོན་པར་སྣང་ངོ་། །ཡང་ན་རང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱང་ཀི་ཆེན་པོར་བསྒོམ། ནད་ཁྲག་གི་ལོང་ཀ་ཞིག་ཏུ་བསྒོམ་ལ། ན་སར་སྔགས་འདི་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བཏབ། ཨོཾ་རཾ་རཾ་ཁས་ཤག་ཤག་ཁས། བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་རྩ་རྒྱག་སོད་ཤགཿ དེ་ནས་འཇིབ་རུ་བཅུག་པས་གོང་ལྟར་ཕན་ནོ། །ཡང་ཁ་འཇིབ་ བྱ་ན། རང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་སྤྱང་ཀི་དང་། བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་ནད་ཁྲག་ལོང་དུ་བསམ། སྔགས་བཟླས་ལ་ཁས་འཇིབ་པར་བྱ། སྔགས་ནི། ན་ལེ་ལ་ཀཾ་རཾ། སེང་གེ་ལ་ཀྱ་ཀྱུ། ཆུ་སེར་ཨེར་དམིགས་ནས་དྲང་ངོ་ཿ ཞེས་བཟླས་འཇིབ་པས་ནད་འདོན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་རྔབ་རྭའི་སྔགས། རྩ་ཤག་དཀར་ཤག་དམར་ཤགཿ སྔགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག་གོང་བསྙེན་བྱ། རྔབ་རྭས་སྦྲང་བུ་མཆུ་རིང་གིས་ས་འོག་ནས་འབུ་འདོན་པ་ལྟར་ནད་ཀུན་རྭ་ནད་འཇིབ་པར་བསམ། ན་སར་སྔགས་ཉེར་གཅིག རྭ་ལ་ཉེར་གཅིག་བཏབ་སྟེ་འཇིབ། རྭ་རྒྱབ་ཉི་མས་དྲོ་བར་བྱ། དེས་ནད་རོ་ཀུན་འདོན་པ་ཕ་དམ་པའི་མན་ངག་གོ། གཞན་ཡང་རྔབ་རྭ་སོགས་ཆ་བྱད་ལ་སྔགས་འདེབས་པ། གསོ་དཔྱད་ཀྱི་མན་ངག་རྣམས་སུ་གསལ་ལོ། །ཕྲན་བུའི་ནད་སྔགས་སྐོར་ལས། ཤིག་སྲུང་ན། ཐོག་མར་ཟན་གཏོར་ཤ་ཆེན་བཅས་ཁ་འབར་མའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལན་ཆགས་བསྔོས་བཏང་བདེན་བདར་བྱ། རྫས་སྔོ་རྟག་དུ་བྲག་ཞུན་བྲག་དྲེག་གླ་རྩི་མུ་ཟི་དངུལ་ཆུ། བྱ་རྒོད་སྤོས་རེ

我用泥土敷在伤口上，不会有任何过失。火罐咒：བྲི་ཏ་ཝི་མེ་དབལ་སོདཿ（藏文，梵文天城体 ब्रितावि मे द्वल सोद, 梵文罗马拟音 britāvi me dvala soda，火光熄灭），念诵后敷上火罐，此火罐对疾病有益。又一个：火之光熄灭。止痛。念诵一百零八遍后敷于火罐，然后敷于疼痛处，有益。吸病的甚深咒语是：观想自身为铁制的黑色鹏鸟，具有天铁的喙和爪。吸管也观想为一只黑色鹏鸟。观想所有疾病邪魔都变成青蛙、蛇、鱼、蜥蜴以及血液和脓液的形状，无余地被吸走。ཨོཾ་རཾ་རཾ་ཁས།（藏文，梵文天城体 ॐ रं रं खः，梵文罗马拟音 oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ，嗡 燃 燃 喀），ཤག་ཤག་ཁས།（藏文，梵文天城体 शग शग खः，梵文罗马拟音 shag shag khaḥ，夏格 夏格 喀），བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་ཛ་ཐུར་ཤགཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，黑色鹏鸟 扎 突 夏），念诵后用吸管吸。病人和咒师都要吃好的食物。在病人的头顶和脚底涂油。在肿胀等处，于所敷之处的边缘，用朱砂或颜料画两层圆圈，在中央和四个方向写五个“阿”字，然后敷上。这对于蛇毒、风病、热病、痛风、黄水病、寄生虫病等有益。用角吸的话，对于心风等，无论上、下、中任何部位，即使不放血，仅仅是吸，也能明显地将所有疾病吸出。或者观想自身为巨大的铁狼。观想疾病之血为一个长管。在患处念诵此咒一百零八遍。ཨོཾ་རཾ་རཾ་ཁས་ཤག་ཤག་ཁས།（藏文，梵文天城体 ॐ रं रं खः शग शग खः，梵文罗马拟音 oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ shag shag khaḥ，嗡 燃 燃 喀 夏格 夏格 喀），བྱ་ཁྱུང་ནག་པོ་རྩ་རྒྱག་སོད་ཤགཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，黑色鹏鸟 扎 嘉 索 夏），然后用吸管吸，效果如上。或者进行口吸，观想自身为铁狼，观想所要治疗的疾病之血为一个长管。念诵咒语后用口吸。咒语是：ན་ལེ་ལ་ཀཾ་རཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音），སེང་གེ་ལ་ཀྱ་ཀྱུ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音），ཆུ་སེར་ཨེར་དམིགས་ནས་དྲང་ངོ་ཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，针对黄水而引出），念诵后吸，就能将疾病吸出。又是吸角之咒。རྩ་ཤག་དཀར་ཤག་དམར་ཤགཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，脉 夏格 白 夏格 红 夏格），先念诵此咒一千遍。观想用吸角像长嘴蜂从地下取出虫子一样，将所有疾病都用角吸出。在患处念诵咒语二十一遍，在角上念诵二十一遍后吸。将角背对着太阳晒热。这样就能吸出所有病尸，这是帕当巴的口诀。此外，在吸角等器物上念诵咒语，在医方明诀中都有详细说明。在小病的咒语集中，为了保护虱子，首先用食子、朵玛和肉块，以卡巴拉咒的债偿献祭，进行真实的誓愿。药物是：蓝色的常青草、岩精、石垢、麝香、猫儿眼睛、水银、秃鹫羽毛、熏香等。

I apply mud to the wound, and no fault will occur. Mantra for the fire cupping: brītāvi me dvala soda (Tibetan, Devanagari ब्रितावि मे द्वल सोद, Romanized Sanskrit britāvi me dvala soda, meaning 'Extinguish the fire light'), recite this and apply the fire cupping, this fire cupping is beneficial for the disease. Another one: Extinguish the fire light. Stop the pain. Recite one hundred and eight times and apply it to the fire cupping, then apply it to the painful area, it is beneficial. The profound mantra for sucking out disease is: Visualize yourself as a black garuda made of iron, with a beak and claws of sky iron. Also visualize the suction tube as a black garuda. Visualize all diseases and demons transforming into the forms of frogs, snakes, fish, lizards, as well as blood and pus, being completely sucked away without residue. oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari ॐ रं रं खः, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ, meaning 'Om Ram Ram Kha'), shag shag khaḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari शग शग खः, Romanized Sanskrit shag shag khaḥ, meaning 'Shag Shag Kha'), bya khyung nag po dza thur shag (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning 'Black Garuda pierce through'). Recite this and use the suction tube to suck. Both the patient and the mantra practitioner should eat good food. Apply oil to the crown of the patient's head and the soles of their feet. For swellings etc., at the edge of the area to be treated, draw two layers of circles with vermilion or pigment, and write five "A" syllables in the center and in the four directions, then apply it. This is beneficial for snake venom, wind disorders, fever diseases, gout, edema, parasitic diseases, etc. If horn suction is done, for heart wind etc., in any of the upper, lower, or middle parts, even without drawing blood, just by sucking, all diseases will be visibly drawn out. Alternatively, visualize yourself as a large iron wolf. Visualize the diseased blood as a long tube. Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times at the affected area. oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ shag shag khaḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari ॐ रं रं खः शग शग खः, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ raṃ raṃ khaḥ shag shag khaḥ, meaning 'Om Ram Ram Kha Shag Shag Kha'), bya khyung nag po rtsa rgyag sod shag (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning 'Black Garuda strike the root sod shag'). Then use the suction tube to suck, the effect is as above. Or, if oral suction is to be done, visualize yourself as an iron wolf, and visualize the diseased blood to be treated as a long tube. Recite the mantra and suck with the mouth. The mantra is: na le la kaṃ raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit), seng ge la kya kyu (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit), chu ser er dmigs nas drang ngo (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning 'Directly target and draw out the edema'), recite this and suck, and the disease will be drawn out. Also, the mantra for the sucking horn. rtsa shag dkar shag dmar shag (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning 'Vein Shag White Shag Red Shag'), first recite this mantra one thousand times. Visualize using the sucking horn like a long-beaked bee taking out insects from underground, sucking out all diseases with the horn. Recite the mantra twenty-one times at the affected area, and recite it twenty-one times on the horn before sucking. Warm the back of the horn in the sun. In this way, all the diseased corpses will be drawn out, this is the oral instruction of Phadampa. Furthermore, reciting mantras on the sucking horn and other implements is explained in detail in the treatises on medicine. In the collection of mantras for minor ailments, in order to protect against lice, first offer food, torma, and meat, dedicate the debt repayment with the Kapala mantra, and make a true vow. The substances are: blue evergreen grass, rock essence, stone moss, musk, cat's eye, mercury, vulture feathers, incense, etc.
