This seven-syllable fierce mantra can cure coughs, sore throats, boils, severe illnesses, paralysis, etc. For general illnesses, mantra water is sufficient. For gonorrhea, bless a pigeon feather and apply it. For coughs, use Gugul incense. For parasites, use salt water. For scabies, bless pig fat, apply it, and then expose it to the sun. For throat swelling, bless the ashes of burnt offerings. It is also said that the mantra can be used to atone for sins. There is also an eight-syllable mantra with Om attached. It is a remedy for all ailments such as throat swelling, paralysis, malignant diseases, and severe toothaches. From the Dorling Treasure Trove: As it is said, "One mantra for a hundred diseases," this seven-syllable mantra does not require changing the visualization or medicine. By the power of the fierce mantra, it can cure headaches, coughs, sore throats, pneumonia, short boils, intestinal boils, paralysis, crooked mouth corners, head tilting, fish-mouth sores, white and black pox, and all other diseases. For self-protection, recite it a thousand times between morning urine and drink it. For others, mantra water alone is sufficient. Furthermore, it is known from many treasure troves that this fierce mantra can cure many diseases such as malignant Black Yama, abdominal diseases, and severe parasitic diseases of the head and teeth. To relieve brain pain: Apply a sandalwood stick to the painful area and recite the mantra: Om Ah Hum Ni Hri Heh Mu Le Jha Shiwa Tunla Dasha Pa! Then apply sandalwood as before, and it will cure all brain and ear pain. This is from the Root Tantra of All Actions. Om Ah Hum Klad Tri Nan Svaha! Reciting this three hundred times will cure all brain diseases. This is from the Root Tantra of All Actions and the Terma. As stated in the Root Enlightenment of Manjushri: Om Ntri! By blessing a crow's wing seven times with this mantra and wiping with it, head diseases will be eliminated. By blessing the hand one hundred and eight times and touching the head, one will be liberated from all evil spirits. By blessing a toothbrush and using it to clean the teeth, tooth diseases will be pacified. It is said that by blessing salt, indigestion will be pacified. This mantra is the essence of all Buddhas, and its benefits are immeasurable. Om Ksham Kshe Ha Sa! Reciting this will eliminate head diseases, according to the Enlightenment of Norbu Sangpo. Om Arune Hum Phat Svaha! By blessing water with this mantra and washing the eyes, all eye diseases will be eliminated, according to the Manifestation of Chakrasamvara.

It is said in the tantra. Oṃ kṣī kṣī sa-mā-kṣi-la svāhā. It is said in Nor-bzang rtogs-pa that reciting this mantra will eliminate eye diseases. Eye disease mantra: Oṃ tsu-ru tsu-ru sa-da gu-lu gu-lu le-ye svāhā. If you recite this mantra in a copper basin and apply it to the eyes, it will benefit all eye diseases. It is a precious Indian secret. Oṃ ti-gta ti-gta mug-ti nan. Reciting this mantra many times will benefit all kinds of eye diseases. The dhāraṇī for completely purifying the eyes, which is mentioned in the sutra, is: Tadyathā. Hili mili. Kili mili. Hili te mili. Hu-yā hu-yā hu-yā mani. Hulu hulu hulu. Hudu hudu hudu. Cakṣu me mukhaṃ bi-śo-dhā-ya svāhā. So it is said. This verse of truth should also be recited at the appropriate time. By the power of the truth of discipline, asceticism, honesty, dependent origination, the Four Noble Truths, Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Buddhas, may all eye diseases be purified, may tears not flow, and may the eyes of all sentient beings be pure! So it is said. This dhāraṇī is similar to this, but a slightly different eye dhāraṇī is the treasure of Mnga'-bdag Myang-ral. It is widely known that it still has the blessing to open many cataracts, so it is not listed here. Also, to cure eye diseases: Grind four medicines, opium water, cardamom, saffron, musk, and bear bile, each half the size of a bean, wrap them in white cloth, soak them in clean water, and drip them into the eyes. This will eliminate pterygium and prevent cataracts. Mix calamus with lard and apply and massage the soles of the feet and intestines. Apply good butter to the crown of the head. Recite this mantra one hundred and eight times at night, massage the base of the thumb with the right middle finger, and then apply it to the right eye. Similarly, massage the right hand with the left middle finger and apply it to the left eye. The mantra is: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ. A-tsa-ka mo-naḥ na-ma-ra sol sol. Oṃ bi-li bi-li. Si-li si-li svāhā. This will prevent blurred vision and restore vision. White sandalwood Grind it into powder, mix it with white oil and apply it to eliminate dry and wet pterygium, white spots, and eye discharge. This is the mantra and medicine from the Tantra of All Activities. Also, a mantra that benefits all eye diseases: Oṃ shel-long 'bu svāhā. It is enough to apply it to the eyes.
