共有三种情况：未消化的清液之脉象坚硬而短促，若与肺部不调，则寒症之征兆俱全，尿液呈红色或黄色。人畜之征兆为舌苔呈彩虹状。外在表现为腋下四指之处发冷，欲呕吐，口中流出青色液体，有时会感到气闷或背部不适，无论吃何种食物都会感到不适，人畜之征兆为嗳气腐臭等多种症状。对此，食物方面宜食用乳粥和煮沸之物，药物方面宜服用芒硝和三种灰。行为方面宜保持温暖和缓慢。未消化的残渣或沉淀物之脉象粗大而坚硬，其膨胀程度与热症脉象相似，但略有不同，略微按压则下沉且粗糙。仔细检查则比前者略粗。尿液呈灰黄色，与驴尿相似，有时会与热症之尿液混淆。人畜之征兆为稀薄的白色分泌物断断续续。用纱布过滤则类似于水草之汁液。外在表现为腹胀、食欲不振、呕吐、阴茎肿胀。人畜之征兆为因食用腐烂食物而受害，饥饿和饱腹时都会生病。对此，宜饮用开水、热酒，服用碱性药物。行为方面宜避开潮湿之地，亲近干燥之所。药物方面宜服用钟喜和灰药。锅灰和盐能使新食物得以消化。如此便能从疾病的障碍中彻底解脱。这是贤者隆和吉祥怙主父子所说。贤者对疾病的诊断有外在表现三种。时而欢笑哭泣，肌肉颤动，牙齿松动。手脚腹泻，八大节日时发病。身体右倾左缩，黑白之脉显现。后颈、额头、眼球皆转动。风煞、似风、气闷等皆会加重。血液方面则有血煞、血沉、血脉膨胀。若与风相结合，则会抽搐和移动。水煞则如水般涌动沸腾。若与粘液结合，则尿液清澈而浑浊。土和水混合，则会因不洁之物而腹泻，如同战斗一般。水和火混合，则如花色氆氇般。山羊和绵羊混合，则会患脾脏和肝脏疾病。若病情严重，则会因无力救治而死亡。盗贼星宿之煞气，会在众人面前发病。会将病根隐藏在深处。有些人会因此而患麻风病等恶疾而死。应按照总的治疗方法和特殊的治疗方法进行治疗。秘密的五种药物应与各自的病症相结合。守护之轮应观想各自的忿怒尊。为了不退转，应使用毒药。

For medicine, Glauber's salt and three kinds of ash should be taken. Behavior should be warm and slow. If examined carefully, it is slightly thicker than the former. The urine is grayish-yellow, similar to donkey urine, and is sometimes confused with the urine of heat disease. External manifestations include abdominal distension, loss of appetite, vomiting, and swelling of the penis. The signs of humans and animals are harm caused by eating rotten food, and illness occurs both when hungry and full. For this, it is recommended to drink boiled water, hot wine, and take alkaline medicine. Behavior should avoid damp places and be close to dry places. For medicine, Zhongxi and ash medicine should be taken. Pot ash and salt can help digest new food. In this way, one can be completely liberated from the obstacles of disease. This is what the wise Long and the auspicious protector father and son said. The wise man's diagnosis of disease has three external manifestations. Sometimes laughing and crying, muscle tremors, and loose teeth. Diarrhea in the hands and feet, and illness occurs on the eight major holidays. The body leans to the right and shrinks to the left, and black and white pulses appear. The back of the neck, forehead, and eyeballs all rotate. Wind sha, wind-like, and stuffiness all increase. In terms of blood, there are blood sha, blood sinking, and blood vessel swelling. If combined with wind, there will be convulsions and movement. Water sha flows and boils like water. If combined with phlegm, the urine is clear and turbid. If earth and water are mixed, there will be diarrhea due to unclean things, like a battle. If water and fire are mixed, it is like a colorful woolen cloth. If goats and sheep are mixed, there will be diseases of the spleen and liver. If the condition is serious, death will occur due to the inability to treat it. The sha of the thief constellation will cause illness in front of many people. It will hide the root of the disease deep inside. Some people will die from this due to leprosy and other malignant diseases. Treatment should be done according to the general treatment method and the special treatment method. The five secret medicines should be combined with their respective diseases. The wheel of protection should be visualized as the respective wrathful deities. In order not to regress, poison should be used.
