། །མི་ཟད་སྡང་བའི་ཟུག་རྔུ་རབ་འཇོམས་པའི། །ངག་ཚིག་དྲི་མེད་སྨན་གྱི་ལྗོན་པ་རྒྱལ། །ཕྱོགས་ལྷུང་འདམ་གྱིས་རྣམ་ པར་མ་གོས་པ། །ཆགས་པའི་རྙོགས་པ་དྭངས་པའི་དྲི་བཟང་ཅན། །མཐོང་ན་ཡང་ཡང་དགའ་བའི་གཏེར་གྱུར་པ། །ཕན་བདེའི་ངག་བཟང་པདྨའི་ཚལ་དེ་རྒྱལ། །དྭངས་པའི་མེ་ལོང་ངོས་ལ་བྱད་གཟུགས་བཞིན། །གང་སེམས་སྐྱོན་ཡིན་གང་གི་དབང་གྱུར་པ། །ལེགས་པར་རྟོགས་པའི་ངག་ཚིག་དེ་དག་གིས། །བྱེད་པོར་གུས་དང་ལྡོག་པའི་ཚུལ་ཡང་སྟོན། །ཞར་ལ་སྨྲས་སོ། །དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ། ཞེས་རིན་ཆེན་དངུལ་ཆུ་སྦྱོར་བའི་རྟོགས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་གཏམ། ངོ་མཚར་འཆི་མེད་གྲུབ་པའི་རྣ་རྒྱན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི་ནི་སྡེ་བཞིའི་དཔལ་གྱིས་མངོན་པར་མཐོ་བའི་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚེ་རིང་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཞེས་གྲགས་པ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རིན་ཆེན་དངུལ་ཆུ་བཙོ་བཀྲུ་ཆེན་མོའི་ཕྱག་ལེན་རྒྱས་པར་སྦྱོར་བའི་སྐབས་སུ། ལག་ལེན་གྱི་གནས་རྣམས་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པའི་ལམ་ནས་དྲངས་པའི་རྟོགས་བརྗོད་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་དགོས་ཞེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་བར་བརྟེན་ནས། འཇམ་མགོན་བླ་མ་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ་དང་འདྲེན་མཆོག་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དམ་པ་དུ་མའི་ཞབས་རྡུལ་ལ་སྤྱི་བོས་རེག་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་ཐོབ་པ་བནྡེ་མི་ཕམ་རྒྱ་མཚོའམ། མིང་གཞན་མ་ཏི་བི་མ་ལར་འབོད་པས་གང་དྲན་ཐོལ་བྱུང་བཅས་བཅོས་མེད་པར་ཡི་གེ་བྲིས་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱིས་ཕྱོགས་དུས་གནས་སྐབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དཔལ་ལྡན་གསོ་བ་རིག་པའི་བསྟན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་འཆད་ཉན་སྤེལ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སླར་སྨྲས་པ། གསོ་བ་རིག་པའི་གཞུང་ལུགས་འབུམ་ཕྲག་གི། དོན་གྱི་བཅུད་ཕྱུང་ལག་ལེན་དམར་ཁྲིད་འདི། །དྲང་སྲོང་གཡུ་ཐོག་སླར་ཡང་དངོས་སྣང་བ། །མི་ཕམ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཁྱད་ཆོས་ཡིན། །བློ་གྲོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དཔལ་ལ་རོལ་བ་དང་། །སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་ནད་སེལ་ཕྱིར། །ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་བཀོད་པ་དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡི་མཐུས། །སྨན་གྱི་བླ་མའི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་ཞེ་ཆེན་པ་འགྱུར་མེད་པདྨ་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་བརྗོད་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག །།མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། གསོ་བ་རིག་པའི་མན་ངག་གཅེས་བཏུས་དང་ལག་ལེན་དམར་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་སྐོར་ཕན་བདེའི་བང་མཛོད།

། །无尽嗔恨之苦痛，彻底摧毁之。 无垢之语，乃医方之妙树。 不为偏袒之泥所沾染， 离贪欲之浊，具清净之妙香。 见之再见亦生喜悦，如宝藏般。 利益安乐之妙语，愿莲苑兴盛。 如明镜之面上显现面容， 何者之心为过失，为谁所掌控？ 善加了知之语， 亦示作者之恭敬与舍弃之方式。 顺便而言。 善妙增上！名为“珍宝水银合炼之证悟述说——奇妙不死成就之耳饰”，乃四德圆满、显赫尊贵之总管大德，名为策仁班丹者，于精炼珍宝水银之际，为详尽合炼之实践，需以偈颂方式引述实践之证悟，故而应其所请。 蒋贡喇嘛钦哲旺波与竹钦洛哲塔耶等诸多圣者之足尘，有幸以头顶触碰之班智达麦彭嘉措，或名玛蒂比玛拉者，随忆而作，无有增删，以此文字之缘起，愿一切时处，吉祥医方明之教法，以讲修弘扬之方式，兴盛广大，长久住世。 复述： 医方明之论典百万数， 其义之精华，实践之口诀此， 恰似宇妥·云丹贡布再次显现般， 乃麦彭南嘉之殊胜功德。 为享用智慧之海之光辉， 为除灭众生痛苦之因果疾病， 此番略作之善举， 愿速得药师佛之果位。 此乃谢钦·久美贝玛南嘉所言，愿吉祥！ 吉祥圆满！ 医方明之窍诀精选与实践口诀之类——利益安乐之宝库。

Not stained by the mud of partiality, Free from the turbidity of attachment, possessing a pure and pleasant fragrance. Seeing it again and again brings joy, like a treasure. May the lotus garden of beneficial and blissful words flourish. Like a face appearing on the surface of a clear mirror, Whatever fault is in the mind, whatever is under whose control, These words that thoroughly understand, Also show the respect of the author and the manner of renunciation. Said in passing. May virtue increase! This, called "A Narration of the Realization of Combining Precious Mercury - A Wonderful Immortal Accomplishment Earring," was requested by the great and glorious general Tsering Palden, who is renowned for the glory of the four virtues, during the extensive practice of refining precious mercury.
