那是无偏无倚的， 给予众生珍贵生命的荣耀， 是无与伦比的甘露， 成为多种殊胜药物成就之王。 从沉重刺痛的毒药中解脱， 这无垢新生的白莲甘露， 彻底消除三毒过失的黑暗， 开启忆念胜者太阳的机会。 犹如无垢湛蓝的虚空， 具有利他甘露的亿万微粒， 对于依于龙王顶上的宝珠， 是否以各种方式缠绕呢？ 即使是青春转变的时刻， 也舍弃而赐予现喜天神的身体， 又引向空行者的阶梯， 与天人们的甘露荣耀相媲美。 平息元素紊乱的过患， 连根拔除剧毒的刺痛， 是平息元素、邪魔、诅咒的屏障之山， 也是仙人们摄取精华的精髓。 即使是多种药物的成分， 与何者结合而成为无漏的誓言， 成就的珍贵精华之王， 成为消除难治大病的荣耀。 诸佛的意念恒常遍布虚空， 充满无量慈悲的云朵， 从中降下多种利益众生的甘霖， 此虚空如是无尽地降下。 在此，以具子胜者的愿力， 成就的珍贵续命大精华， 也转变为不可思议功德的， 直接和间接之因。 因此，从五大元素缘起中产生， 殊胜的滋味安住于此世间， 那些如实成就的仙人， 也从众生的福德荣耀中显现。 然而，现今所修成的珍贵精华， 具有多种殊胜的功德， 当见到奇妙的莲花盛开的花园时， 我的心就变成欢喜的蜜蜂。 那时，双重论著的明辨之眼， 如无垢莲花的瓣般广阔， 人王噶隆仁波切昆桑彭饶诺布的顶饰， 以嬉戏的方式置于作者玛蒂比玛拉曲觉的头顶。 那时，对于那位作者的善说， 如果没有伸长美好的舌头

That is impartial and unbiased, Gives the glory of precious life to beings, Is the unparalleled nectar, Becoming the king of accomplished supreme medicines. Liberated from the poison of heavy piercing sting, This immaculate new white lotus nectar, Completely eliminates the darkness of the three poisons' faults, Opens the opportunity to remember the victorious sun. Like the immaculate azure sky, Having billions of particles of altruistic nectar, For the jewel relying on the crest of the Naga king, Does it entwine in various ways? Even the moment of youth's transformation, Is relinquished and bestows the body of the Joyful God, And leads to the staircase of the sky-goers, Rivals the nectar glory of the gods. Pacifies the disturbance of elements' faults, Uproots the root of great poison's sting, Is the mountain that pacifies elements, demons, and curses, Is also the essence of the hermits' essence extraction. Even though there are many kinds of medicinal elements, By combining with what, it becomes an undefiled vow, The king of accomplished precious essence, Becomes the glory of eliminating incurable great diseases. The Buddhas' intentions constantly pervade the expanse of the sky, Filled with clouds of immeasurable compassion, From which rains down various benefits and happiness for beings, This sky rains down endlessly as long as it exists. Here, by the aspiration of the victorious ones with their sons, The accomplished precious great essence of life sustenance, Also transforms into the cause of inconceivable merits, Both directly and indirectly. Therefore, arising from the interdependence of the elements, The supreme taste abides in this world, Those hermits who have truly accomplished, Also arise from the glory of beings' merit. However, the precious essence accomplished nowadays, Has various extraordinary qualities, When seeing the wonderful garden where lotuses bloom, My mind transforms into a joyful bee. 又，凡所顯現，混雜愚昧之說的各種詞語，不加修改地以文字形式傳播。然而，圓滿具足的殊勝之，珍貴殊勝之藥修持的彼時，所傳播的奇妙故事之串，那是為了緣起吉祥而獻上。內在辨別之種子，乃是近似的語言之苗芽，因此，若有矛盾之處，智者們請將我，視為愚昧，以慈愛攝受。勸請者大權者的，如其教言之後，為了成就暫時的，所見所習所證之語，不被惡念垢染所控制，僅僅以智慧增長為目標。所說二義圓滿精華傾注，善說之中所獲得的善，以此願能平息痛苦之火燃燒的世間，以正法甘露之雨而得清涼。生生世世，於喉嚨之乳海中，以妙音天女之青春美麗莊嚴，以正法悅耳之音聲宣說，願能令諸佛歡喜。無遷變大樂白蓮之自性，與離戲空性之明妃為一味，願能成就樂空無二之智慧界，遍主藥王。極白業願力之相連，精勤修持長壽之精華甘露，供養日月恒常明亮，願無違緣雲霧之擾動。對於眾生諸多疾病成為良藥的，利益安樂之清涼光芒普照，願能以療愈之月百千之壇城，共同莊嚴此地而光明。此之實踐廣略之細節，當從怙主所著之文集中知曉，此乃暫時所見所習之方式簡略，依於桑札（samTa），隨憶而以語言形式傳播，語句不淨之處定然甚多。何處能摧毀愚癡黑暗之群，見之能開啟辨別白蓮之花，具足無垢智慧光芒之光鬘，願無過失之語言之月勝利。從利他之心之田中成熟，體驗無與倫比寂靜之妙味。

Furthermore, whatever arises, various words mixed with ignorant speech, are propagated in written form without modification. However, the distinction of perfect abundance, at the time of practicing the supreme precious medicine, whatever is propagated as a string of wondrous stories, that is offered for the sake of auspicious interdependence. The seed of inner discernment, is indeed the sprout of approximate language, therefore, if there are contradictions, may the wise ones regard me as ignorant and embrace me with love. Following the command of the great powerful one who urges, in order to accomplish the temporary, these words expressing what is seen, accustomed to, and realized, without being controlled by the defilement of evil thoughts, aim only at the increase of wisdom. The essence of the two meanings of what is said is poured out in abundance, whatever merit is obtained from speaking well, may it pacify the realm of existence burned by the fire of suffering, and be cooled by the rain of the nectar of the sacred Dharma. In all lifetimes, in the great milk ocean of the throat, adorned by the youthful beauty of Saraswati, proclaiming the sweet sound of the sacred Dharma, may it cause the Buddhas to rejoice. The unchanging nature of great bliss, the white lotus, being of one taste with the consort of emptiness free from elaboration, may the realm of wisdom inseparable from bliss and emptiness be accomplished as the all-pervading king of medicine. Closely connected by the power of pure white karma and aspiration, diligently practicing the essence of life-sustaining nectar, may the offerings of the sun and moon always be clear, and may there be no disturbance from the clouds of adverse conditions. May the cool rays of benefit and happiness, which become medicine for the many diseases of beings, radiate everywhere, and may this land be illuminated by the simultaneous beauty of hundreds of thousands of mandalas of the healing moon. The details of the extensive and concise practice of this, should be known from the collected works written by the protector, this is a brief summary of the temporary way of seeing and being accustomed to, relying on Samta, propagated in the form of language as remembered, there are bound to be many impure statements. Wherever the assembly of the darkness of delusion is destroyed, seeing it opens the lotus flower of discernment, possessing a garland of rays of light of immaculate wisdom, may the flawless moon of speech be victorious. Ripening from the field of altruistic thought, experiencing the supreme taste of incomparable peace.
