如是行。若病根未干而未愈，病症复发时可再次使用。在干燥时节，使用四味诃子。以及纯正的克什米尔灰药。将其混合研磨成粉，清晨用开水冲服。对于水肿、腹水等疾病，能向下泻并使其干燥。对于垂死之病，定能起死回生。此乃印度圣人火神之法。是布朗迪智者的独特之处。热水如火，冷水则能调和干燥。此乃不共之法，治疗腹水奇效之黑药配方。芸香、齐渣嘎、熊胆、麝香、犀角、姜、荜茇、石蜂糖，将这九种药物与白酥油混合。加入糖调味后饮用，能使腹水和脓液干燥，这是阿阇梨的秘诀。又，对于泻水药，将五或七颗诃子与酥油混合，用小火炒至酥脆，再加入杜鹃花粉、菖蒲、尿、硇砂、青木香、齿叶草、甘草、芒硝、碱花盐等，一同服用，即使如大海般的水肿也能消除。对于风湿等顽固疾病，用甘草、葡萄、石蜜的汤剂浸泡后挤压。之后，将新生的枫杨树的根（秋季挖掘）、蓝刺头、白檀香、白蔻的嫩芽等煮成汤，温热服用，能治疗风湿病，是甘露。对于胃胀不适等症状，将六味肉豆蔻、三味豆蔻仔细研磨成粉，服用一勺或两勺或三勺，用酒或酸奶冲服，然后保暖静坐，很快就能腹泻。关于驱虫：玉妥宁提的纸卷里有记载。驱除肛门寄生虫的方法是，将一升左右的牛奶煮沸，加入三白（白糖、蜂蜜、酥油）和三甜（白糖、蜂蜜、红糖），早上空腹饮用。晚上再服用一次。傍晚服用一剂荜茇和使君子，能使寄生虫从下身排出。善哉！将五种药物陈列于珍宝器皿中。在良辰吉日，于莲花花瓣的中央等处。中央放置阿如拉（诃子），东方放置芸香，南方放置大药，西方放置麝香，北方放置石斛。自己手持金刚杵。清净五药。在火风轮中央的颅器内。在五片莲花瓣上。嗡啊吽卡尼，由此生出五药。发出蓝、白、黄、红、绿的光芒，清晰闪耀。 嗡啊吽卡尼嗡啊吽吽。念诵三遍。鼓动风，点燃火，颅器。

Add sugar to taste and drink it, it can dry up ascites and pus, this is the secret of Acharya. Also, for the water-draining medicine, mix five or seven myrobalans with ghee, fry them over low heat until crispy, then add rhododendron pollen, calamus, urine, natron, Saussurea lappa, Plumbago zeylanica, licorice, mirabilite, and alkali salt, take them together, even edema like the sea can be eliminated. For stubborn diseases such as rheumatism, soak and squeeze with the decoction of licorice, grapes, and rock candy. Afterwards, boil the roots of newly grown maple trees (excavated in autumn), blue thistle, white sandalwood, and white cardamom sprouts into a soup, and take it warm, which can treat rheumatism and is nectar. For symptoms such as stomach bloating and discomfort, grind six nutmegs and three cardamoms carefully into powder, take one, two, or three spoons, mix with wine or yogurt, and then keep warm and sit still, and you will soon have diarrhea. About deworming: It is recorded in the paper roll of Yutok Nyingtik. The method of expelling anal parasites is to boil about one liter of milk, add three whites (white sugar, honey, ghee) and three sweets (white sugar, honey, brown sugar), and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
