It is said that this formula drains all the upper congestion and life force downwards, and it has been proven effective. It is said that moxibustion should be performed at the sixth and seventh vertebrae at the border between black and white. Among the eighteen ingredients mentioned, this is a formula for harmonizing the youth, and this purgative is effective for all diseases, especially poisons. It does not cause vomiting or bloating, and it is easy to penetrate. This nectar-like purgative does not cause disease even if it is purged incorrectly: twenty-one golden small chebulic myrobalan fruits, if not found, at least seven should be used, and the coldness should be filled with other chebulic myrobalan. The salt used to collect diseases is about the size of a small pill. The chebulic myrobalan and mercury that enhance the effect are also about the size of a small pill. Water flax, alkali, four kings and five ministers. The medicines that guide the disease are: for cold diseases and swelling caused by Lung, use agarwood, nutmeg, cinnamon, dried ginger, and rock salt. For fever, use Coptis chinensis and Terminalia chebula. For inflammation, use guggul. For serous effusion, use Commiphora myrrha guggul. First use three medicines to treat serous effusion in children. For poison, use large salt. For tumors, use three hot medicines. For dropsy, use white thread grass, cloves, and white buttercup. For parasites, use Centratherum anthelminticum, cardamom, and Marutsaka grass. For cold diseases, use brown sugar wine. For hot diseases, administer with whey. Regular use, once a day, is beneficial for all diseases. Purgatives and other things are recorded in the scriptures. Draining phlegm and Lung downwards: amla, belleric myrobalan, nutmeg, long pepper, dried ginger, rock salt, chebulic myrobalan, belleric myrobalan, large salt, croton tiglium, Terminalia chebula wood, each medicine in equal parts, mainly adding three parts of Tibetan fennel. If Lung is high, add Saussurea lappa and asafoetida. If mixed with bile, add Berberis and golden lotus. If phlegm is predominant, add white calamus root. For heart Lung, add yogurt and large myrobalan medicine. Grind into powder, knead with brown sugar. After oiling, administer the pills with the juice of the lees. After taking two or three times, whip with bone broth, press the rebound point, and fumigate with heated pebbles and alcohol. If vomiting occurs, stop it with cold stones and water whipping. Afterwards, moxibustion should be performed at the four secret points to nourish the body. The upper phlegm and Lung are disturbed, the gas gathers in the throat and causes pain, and the disease gas caused by the mixed disease disturbance causes upper congestion, the disease caused by the combination of phlegm and Lung, etc., other medicines are ineffective, unbearable, feeling like death, trapped in the throat, this method can quickly stop it. Cemetery soil is brave and powerful. Rock salt pierces. Northern medicine drives away. Poison and sulfur lead diseases into the pulse channels. Gravel suppresses. Litharge makes it white. Opens the pulse channels. Borax eliminates diseases. Haritaki seeks all diseases. Pre-Bu cleanses serum. Poison cleanses all blood. Glauber's salt, father alum, and mirabilite can pull out and prevent pulse pain. Water mercury makes it excrete. Hashi stone leads it deep inside. Arura nourishes the body. Cinnabar separates essence and dregs, remember these instructions and use them appropriately during cleansing.
