ད། 服用金色五药等等。胃病，肉质增生，宿食积滞，食物难以消化或者呕吐。 对此，服用四种豆蔻加上藏红花。推荐将乌头、甘草、阿如拉、海螺灰、星果木、蛇肉、钟息、红姜、马奴等九种息增药混合捣碎。用于治疗青少年习惯性腹泻和胃病消化不良，服用豆蔻药。如果变成肿瘤，就那样治疗。脾脏疾病，腹部沉重，肿胀乏力。乳房肿胀，出汗。严重时，脾脏上肿胀，按压则哭泣。脾脏上肉色发青。对于热性疾病，加入豆蔻、草果、丁香、樟脑、金莲花、小豆蔻。配制温和的脾脏药。对于寒性疾病，加入豆蔻、草果、木盐、卡鲁盐服用。脾脏秘密灸疗。结肠疾病，伴有肠鸣音，用熏香。服用豆蔻、草果、荜茇等结肠药。使用息增类熏香。对此，《外续》中说，在十种草果的基础上加入肉豆蔻和河獭肉服用。结肠秘密灸疗，在肚脐左右进行。 腹泻疾病，热性腹泻，呼吸急促，脉搏加快，肛门灼热，身体发热，意识模糊，腹泻颜色为红色、黄色、绿色、烟色，是瘟疫或热性腹泻。寒性腹泻，意识清晰，脉搏缓慢，腹泻如乳汁，颜色发白，腹泻时肠鸣。瘟疫性腹泻，在四种因陀罗药的基础上加入十分之一的樟脑。瘟疫性腹泻，服用七味胆粉或者白附子、小毒药、熊胆等。或者服用麝香、冰片、熊胆、白附子、小毒药、金莲花、吉祥草。寒性腹泻，在四种豆蔻的基础上加入藏红花服用。如果无效，服用诃子等止泻药。配合止泻咒语等方法。 呕吐分热性和寒性两种，热性呕吐会吐出血或胆汁。呕吐未消化的食物，如酸奶糌粑等，以及泡沫痰液，是寒性呕吐。出血性热性呕吐，加入甘蔗、砂糖、红檀香、冰片、肉豆蔻、盐、莲花、蜂蜜服用。胆汁呕吐，服用铁屑。或者在三种大臣药的基础上加入珊瑚尖和砂糖。寒性呕吐，加入肉豆蔻、草果、诃子、坚果、红糖。消化不良，加入姜黄、荜茇、红姜、白糖。米粥中加入萝卜喂食。服用六味纸卷药。进行各种止吐咒语。寒性呕吐用温热的糌粑熏蒸。热性呕吐用冷水浸泡。寒性严重时，进行艾灸。

Used to treat habitual diarrhea in adolescents and indigestion in stomach ailments, administer cardamom medicine. If it turns into a tumor, treat it that way. Spleen disease, heavy abdomen, swelling and fatigue. Breasts swell, sweat. In severe cases, the spleen swells, and crying occurs when pressed. The flesh on the spleen is bluish. For hot diseases, add cardamom, amomum, cloves, camphor, golden lotus, and tsa-sle-tres. Prepare a mild spleen medicine. For cold diseases, add dahlia, cardamom, wood salt, and karu salt for administration. Spleen secret moxibustion. Colon disease, with bowel sounds, use incense. Administer colon medicines such as cardamom, amomum, and long pepper. Use pacifying and increasing incense. Regarding this, the Outer Tantra says to add nutmeg and otter meat on top of the ten cardamoms for administration. Colon secret moxibustion, performed on the left and right of the navel. Diarrhea disease, hot diarrhea, shortness of breath, rapid pulse, burning anus, fever, blurred consciousness, diarrhea color is red, yellow, green, smoky, is plague or hot diarrhea. Cold diarrhea, clear consciousness, slow pulse, diarrhea like milk, white in color, bowel sounds during diarrhea. Plague diarrhea, add one-tenth of camphor to the four Indra medicines. For plague diarrhea, administer seven-flavored bile powder or white aconite, small poison, bear bile, etc. Or administer musk, borneol, bear bile, white aconite, small poison, golden lotus, and kusha grass. For cold diarrhea, add saffron to the four cardamoms for administration. If ineffective, administer astringent medicines such as haritaki. Combine methods such as diarrhea-stopping mantras. Vomiting is divided into hot and cold types. Hot vomiting will vomit blood or bile. Vomiting undigested food, such as yogurt tsampa, etc., as well as foamy phlegm, is cold vomiting. For hemorrhagic hot vomiting, add sugarcane, sugar, red sandalwood, borneol, nutmeg, salt, lotus, and honey for administration. For bile vomiting, administer iron filings. Or add coral tips and sugar to the three minister medicines. For cold vomiting, add nutmeg, cardamom, haritaki, nuts, and brown sugar. For indigestion, add turmeric, long pepper, red ginger, and white sugar. Add radish to rice porridge and feed. Administer six-flavored paper roll medicine. Perform various anti-vomiting mantras. For cold vomiting, fumigate with warm tsampa. For hot vomiting, soak in cold water. For severe cold, perform moxibustion.

Unable to stand, the body is stiff. Difficulty breathing, rapid breathing, frequent yawning. The mouth is open and unable to smile, the neck is stiff, and the chest is stiff. There are also malignant substances, sequelae, and ghostly disturbances.
