此乃涂擦之法， 头身一切之血肉骨， 无论何损以敷疗即可。 起死回生三合甘露深， 藏红花肉桂姜黄白豆蔻， 熊胆红糖马尿调和用。 能断血流如注之势， 此乃达玛斯瓦米之特点。 头药秘密五合是： 岩精２阿瓦２虫胶２杭。 白矾１麻雀胆大黄。 细丝或如虎咬有伤痕。 ཤ༣依次国王后妃臣将帅， 从业之理另有二部分。 一将帅配有三从业者， 秘密药臣配有海螺颅。 各类伤中尤除头伤痛， 甘露名为拉萨亚那称。 空行母吉祥鬘献与， 宇妥云丹贡布尊者您。 洁净寂静采药善晒捆， 除灭血肉骨髓一切损， 消除寒热诸损害滋养力。 乌鸦蝙蝠之肉与， 阿瓦他努酒调和服用。 用于胎儿血肉未生者， 无有胜此更深之妙药。 白海螺之半量，门吉，苏米。 其半量之诃子，国王香之半量。 油半半减，诸半六良混合调。 一日泥封丸如， 豌豆大搓丸于傍晚时， 收腹温水略加茶苏木，开脉。 清晨丸药勿动而服下， 天亮熊胆汁涂于脉口，闭合。 以此能治恶毒之众， 半月之内无有痛苦。 若有恶毒发生时， 腹泻呕吐肿胀等即刻生。 此时服用封闭药， 以泻或吐排出恶毒。 腹中是否为毒等， 服牛角药则泻或吐， 若臭则为毒之病， 若如水泻则是他病。 樟脑瑞香根与， 少许他努合为末， 调和酥油涂抹之， 于瘙痒诸类如甘露。 碱花蓬莪术杜仲三， 大黄等之秘密药甚深。 藏红花肉桂砂糖三， 因是鼻药故研磨细， 滴入鼻中至天亮时， 头部之病大都消除。 若以马粪水灌注之， 则于虫及鼻血等有益。 克什米尔金色麝香等量， 稍多加入菝葜以水调， 滴入眼中能治一切眼病。
