If the wind disorder is severe, add agarwood. If the heat disorder is severe, add saffron and bear bile. This is a secret medicine, a very profound and infallible special property. For the treatment of scattered epidemic fever, if the heat is severe, the upper body is stiff, and the neck is elongated, and the limbs are numb, then bleed from the small vessel at the tip of the little finger. If the kidneys, waist, and lower body are uncomfortable, then bleed from the blind vein and the buttocks. If the wind disorder arises, press hard on the gallbladder and apply Mongolian moxibustion. If the wound festers, wash it with urine and apply bird droppings. Apply horse urine as a wound dressing. For old swollen wounds, apply a hot compress of seabuckthorn, fish glue, and old bones. Cauterize the bloodletting point with iron. If the old disease is persistent and uncomfortable, take twenty-one cleansing pills, and mix equal parts of Tharnu, Durbyi, and fatty meat, and administer it on an empty stomach and after meals to expel difficult-to-remove diseases. If the wind disorder is severe, apply moxibustion as appropriate to the sixth and seventh cervical vertebrae, the junction of the black and white veins, the crown of the head, the forehead, the hollow of the neck, and the hollow of the shoulder blades.
