When the eyes see, the poison spreads through sight. When it arises, white for seven days, black for one month, speckled for sixteen days, blue for twenty-six days, red for three and a half months, yellow for two months, dark brown for seven months, mixed color for one year and fifteen days, blue tiger-striped for one year and eight months it arises. The actual examination is: In the morning on an empty stomach, the subject washes the five limbs, etc. The doctor faces east, spreads a measure of white mustard seeds on a clean white cushion in front. Write one letter ཧྲིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Seed syllable of shame). On top of that, place a copper bowl filled with clean water. To the right of that, place a measure of barley, and stick an arrow with wild feathers that has not been touched by anyone, with a red silk cloth covering it, or an arrow with cotton attached. If the mirror is stained with dirt and is difficult to wipe clean, it indicates that there is still some toxicity. If it becomes clear and transparent as if it has been washed with water, without any dirt, it indicates that there is no toxicity. Additionally, if you stir the water in the lithium plate with an arrow, and it shakes like barley and follows the movement of the arrow, it indicates that it is toxic. Also, use insect-free, fire-resistant white mustard seeds, and recite "ཀ་ཀ་ཅ་ཅ་རཾ་རཾ་སྐྱ་རིང་མཆེ་བའི་དུག་སོད། (Tibetan)" (seed syllable, mantra) seven times. Then, put the mustard seeds that have been burned white into the patient's warm urine. If the appearance of a dog appears on the mustard seeds, or if a rainbow similar to the color of a dog appears, or if black and yellow spots appear, it indicates that it is toxic. If the color of the mustard seeds does not change, it indicates that there is no toxicity. This is the method of examination. Treatment method: Take as much food as possible from the patient's food to make a substitute, and repeatedly offer it to the disease lord and spirits with Sambhara and the four offerings, and recite verses such as "ཁྱེར་ཅིག་སོགས་ཀྱིས་ཚིགས་བཅད་བརྗོད་པ་གལ་ཆེ། (Tibetan)" It is very important to recite the verses. In addition, perform white-side rituals, Torma empowerment, exorcism, create protective wheels, and perform ablutions as much as possible to support.
