大蒜、麝香、狗屎、人粪、兽角残渣等，研磨成小丸，大小如杉树籽，在阴凉处风干。用黑羊毛线串起来戴在脖子上，可以防止流行性疾病、麻风病、皮疹、瘙痒等。将这些药物研磨成粉末，与自己的尿液混合，食用或涂抹，可以战胜一切疾病和不和谐，这是莲花生大师的黑药配方，出自娘藏。人、狗、猪的粪便可以驱除坟墓中的鬼怪。 将盐和碱与僧侣的尿液混合，制成豌豆大小的药丸，随身携带或吞服，可以战胜一切疾病和邪魔，这是莲花生大师在生病时获得的秘密教诲。据说有口头传承。小孩出生后，在喂奶或进食之前，将樟脑、藏红花、麝香各取豌豆大小，与少量黄油混合后喂食，一年之内可以安心，无需进行任何仪式，这是最好的保护方法。马尿花、茵芋、狼毒三种药物，分别观想为观世音菩萨、文殊菩萨、金刚手菩萨。分别念诵 ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思 嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽） 、 ཨོཾ་ཝཱ་གཱི་ཤྭ་རི་མུཾ༔ （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 oṃ vāgīśvari muṃ，汉语字面意思 嗡 语自在 母） 、 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 oṃ vajrapāṇi hūṃ，汉语字面意思 嗡 班杂 巴尼 吽） 各一千遍。然后共同念诵 ཨོཾ་ཐིམ་ཐར་ཏེ་ས་ཏུནྟེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 oṃ thim thar te sa tunte jvala raṃ pa ye svāhā，汉语字面意思 嗡 听 他 德 萨 敦德 匝瓦拉 然 巴 耶 梭哈） 三千遍，并禁语。将此制成的护身符戴在脖子上，可以防止传染病和一切邪魔。据说每年夏天和冬天都要更换新的生牦牛奶才能生效。蜂胶、麝香、马尿花三种药物，等量混合后放在一个容器中，观想自己和他人为本尊，通过生起次第念诵此咒语一百零八遍： ཨོཾ་ན་ཀ་ཀ་ན་པ་ན་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 oṃ naka kaka napana ye hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思 嗡 那嘎 嘎嘎 纳巴纳 耶 吽 啪特） 。向药物吹气加持，然后用干净的布包裹，大小如一两黄金，缝制成护身符戴在左侧，或随身携带，可以防止一切瘟疫，这是真实不虚、经验证有效的方法，出自《བྱེ་རིང་》。为了防止黑痘病，在干净的水中念诵此咒语三百遍： བཛྲ་ཧ་ར་ན་ས་བཛྲ་ན་ཧེ་བཛྲཿ （藏文，梵文 देवनागरी，梵文罗马拼音 vajra hara na sa vajra na he vajraḥ，汉语字面意思 瓦吉拉 哈拉 纳 萨 瓦吉拉 纳 嘿 瓦吉拉）。用此水为需要保护的人洗额头，可以清除污垢。用含有血液的马尿花念诵此咒语，然后用铜针涂抹在眼睛里，可以治疗眼疾。不要用手揉搓眼睛，这样可以保护一年，出自《བྱེ་བ་རིང་སྲེལ་》。另外，取白狗耳朵里的血，与酒一起饮用，一定能预防天花。将人、马、狗的骨头挂在门上，可以保护家宅。

String them on black sheep wool thread and wear them around the neck to protect against epidemic diseases, leprosy, rashes, itching, etc. Grind these substances into powder, mix them with your own urine, and eat or apply them to overcome all diseases and disharmony. This is Guru Padmasambhava's black medicine formula, from Nyang Ter. The feces of humans, dogs, and pigs can dispel ghosts from tombs. Mix salt and alkali with a monk's urine, make pills the size of peas, carry them with you or swallow them to overcome all diseases and evil spirits. This is a secret teaching received by Padmasambhava when he was ill. It is said that there is an oral transmission. Immediately after a child is born, before breastfeeding or eating, take camphor, saffron, and musk, each the size of a pea, mix with a small amount of butter and feed it. You can be worry-free for a year without any rituals. This is the best method of protection. Three medicines: Daphne, Coriaria sinica Maxim, and Aconitum, visualize them as Avalokiteśvara, Manjushri, and Vajrapani respectively. Recite ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum）, ཨོཾ་ཝཱ་གཱི་ཤྭ་རི་མུཾ༔ （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization oṃ vāgīśvari muṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vagishvari Mum）, ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ཧཱུྃ། （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization oṃ vajrapāṇi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vajra Pani Hum） one thousand times each. Then, together, recite ཨོཾ་ཐིམ་ཐར་ཏེ་ས་ཏུནྟེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization oṃ thim thar te sa tunte jvala raṃ pa ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Thim Thar Te Sa Tunte Jvala Ram Pa Ye Svaha） three thousand times, and keep silent. Wearing this amulet made in this way around the neck can prevent infectious diseases and all evil spirits. It is said that fresh raw yak milk must be replaced every summer and winter to be effective. Propolis, musk, and Daphne three medicines, mix them in equal parts and put them in a container. Visualize yourself and others as the deity, and recite this mantra one hundred and eight times through the generation stage: ཨོཾ་ན་ཀ་ཀ་ན་པ་ན་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization oṃ naka kaka napana ye hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Naka Kaka Napana Ye Hum Phat）. Blow on the medicine to bless it, then wrap it in a clean cloth, about the size of one tael of gold, sew it into an amulet and wear it on the left side, or carry it with you, to prevent all plagues. This is a true and tested method, from《བྱེ་རིང་》. To prevent black smallpox, recite this mantra three hundred times in clean water: བཛྲ་ཧ་ར་ན་ས་བཛྲ་ན་ཧེ་བཛྲཿ （Tibetan, Sanskrit देवनागरी, Sanskrit Romanization vajra hara na sa vajra na he vajraḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Hara Na Sa Vajra Na He Vajra）. Use this water to wash the forehead of the person to be protected to remove dirt. Recite this mantra with Daphne containing blood, and then apply it to the eyes with a copper needle to treat eye diseases. Do not rub your eyes with your hands, this can protect you for a year, from《བྱེ་བ་རིང་སྲེལ་》. Also, take the blood from the ear of a white dog and drink it with alcohol, it will definitely prevent smallpox. Hanging the bones of humans, horses, and dogs on the door can protect the home.
