Apply it to an object the size of a raw meatball, and then apply it to the eye and hold it for a long time. Do it once a day. In this way, whether it is white, blue, or black floaters, it can be removed without the need for a probe. This also eliminates pterygium and fleshy growths. This was personally given to Latö Drömmen (འབྲོམ་སྨན།) (modern-day Lhatse County in the Shigatse region of Tibet) by the Dakini. This new eye floater can be removed. Take a large horn that has been left for a long time and has turned yellow, as well as ginger, white cardamom, long pepper, and long pepper root, which are the three hot medicines; rue, ba la fruit, and juniper, which are the three yellow medicines; rock salt, magnetite, and black tourmaline, which are the three black medicines, for a total of nine medicines. First, grind the magnetite, juniper bark, long pepper, and long pepper root into powder separately. Then, grind the other medicines, and finally add ginger and white cardamom. Mix all the medicines evenly and grind them into a fine powder for a long time. Make pills the size of peas with white honey. When needed, soak each pill in the urine of the patient or a clean child. Put the soaked pill in an iron bowl, add yogurt as thick as a mixture of pigeon droppings and bone ash, and then drop it into the eye and lie in the sun. Use it once every five days or so. After two or three applications, the eyes will become clear. This method can cause severe pain, but patience is very important. If there are parasites in the head or if there is night blindness, do not use this method without treating these diseases first. Even if blindness is caused by smallpox and cannot be cured, resulting in a slight decrease in vision, it can definitely restore half of the vision, let alone other situations. Drömmen Öser (འབྲོམ་སྨན་འོད་ཀྱིས་) healed about two thousand blind people with this method. His students also healed many people with this oral secret. When preparing this medicine, visualize yourself as the white Dakini holding a vajra bell, and visualize Avalokiteśvara in front of you, while generating compassion for all sentient beings, including the patient, and then prepare the medicine, so that it will be effective. Another eye medicine is: the three hot medicines eliminate heat in the eyes; conch shell eliminates dryness; rue eliminates blurred vision; sagaram stops tears; titeeya eliminates all eye diseases; butter makes it harmonious. That is, the three hot medicines account for one part, and the remaining five medicines are mixed in equal amounts, equal to the amount of the three hot medicines. If the heat is too strong, increase the proportion of the antidotes for each of the three hot medicines, and harmonize titeeya with all the medicines. Butter
