It treats kidney, lower back pain, and urinary retention. It treats physical weakness, diarrhea, etc. It treats lameness. It treats dizziness. It treats mouth and head diseases. It treats heart wind and discomfort. It treats stiffness of the vital channels and other vital channel diseases. It treats scrofula, boils, and short sores. It treats wind and phlegm. It treats serous fluid and leprosy. It treats indigestion and bile diseases. It treats ascites, etc. It destroys all nāgas, earth lords, and nāga diseases. It eliminates irresistible infectious diseases, etc. Although the benefits are immeasurable, only a brief summary is given. So it is said. Furthermore, the practice of this method is: Terminalia chebula pulp and Aconitum ferox in equal amounts. Add long pepper in equal amounts to these, grind finely, and in the moonlight, mix with a monk's urine to make a paste, make pills the size of medium beans, and coat them with cinnabar. Two or three, etc., according to the body's nourishment and the strength of the disease, take with clean water. Do not mix with food. Do not mix with sweets, and after taking the medicine, do not apply ointments, massage, or bathe in hot springs. This will regenerate body heat. If pain occurs, it is a sign of effectiveness. If taken for years, the benefits are inconceivable. Even taking it a little will produce the above benefits. When taking this medicine, if you drink a bowl of fresh meat soup, it will melt all the diseases in the stomach, and there will be burping and squeaking sounds. If the disease is caused by stone, there will be the smell of scraping horns. If it is butter, etc., there will be an oily smell. If it is hair, silk, etc., there will be a scraping smell.
