Do not feed water that night either. Listen to the horse's diet. These enter the horse's body and will not spoil even if placed in the horse's hernia bag for a year. Even if a hernia occurs, it can be eliminated. It is said that for every sick horse cured, a sheep must be taken. There is also a method to protect the hernia. Cardamom, saffron, hornwort, etc., plus the meat of a black dog, twice the amount of black onion root, a single root without branches. Pound it and soak it in wine, and leave it for seven days. Taking the example of giving fifty horses five spoons of medicine juice each, give about one hundred spoons. This will definitely prevent hernia from occurring. It is said that for every horse protected, a sheepskin must be taken. The Gentle Lineage treats gradual neck obstruction, almost suffocating. Use butter, dog feces, lower the temperature, and the three powders of mercury, strong subjugation, haritaki, and hyoscyamus, blow into the throat with a tube, and the swelling will immediately disappear, which is very effective. The Gentle Lineage treats bile running into the veins, weak pulse, edema, green bile, and severe cases of headache. On top of the general medicine for fever such as white aconite, add Susala treatment. Take one dose each time, and three doses will cure it. If boils appear, apply calamus soaked in wine or nettle juice to eliminate them. This is an oral trick that others do not have. The Gentle Lineage. Peach resin, black pearl, and long pepper are three profound medicines for scabies.

Place the pottery jar in a coal fire and heat it slowly over a low flame, making sure to burn it until no steam comes out. Then dig a hole in the ground and place the water-filled pottery jar in the ash soil, level with the pottery shard. Place the pottery shard in the water, cover it with moss, etc., and bury it with ash soil. Pile coal on the back of half of the pottery jar, and blow air with a bellows, burning it with a strong fire for a night or half a day. Then take out the medicine jar, let it cool, and open it. Scrape off the reddish-yellow substance that has formed inside the pottery shard with a knife tip, mix it with water, and roll it into pills the size of small beans. Dissolve each of these pills in water to make a paste, and apply it to all the warts. If the wart is the first to appear, apply it on top so that it is slightly convex. Then apply heated Chinese glue on top, and wrap it with a bandage after three days, so that all the warts will fall off naturally. If no artificial treatment such as trauma or cauterization has been performed on the wart before, then all the warts on the body will gather at the place where the medicine is applied, and then ulcerate and drain. If it has been treated before, then it needs to be treated one by one separately, and cannot be mixed together. For moles, warts, etc. on the face, a small amount can also be applied, which can also be effective. Grind the remaining hard dregs of the medicine into powder, mix it with wound medicines such as *yug gu shing*, and apply it to old wounds to dry them. Whether it is a new wound or an old wound, it can heal quickly and become a precious medicine. For swelling without wounds, mix it with water and apply it. This was obtained from Lhaje Karma Samdrub in the Dokham region (Dokham, present-day western Sichuan and eastern Tibet), and recorded by me, Mipham.
