།ལེགས་བཤད་ཆུ་གཏེར་འཁྲུགས་པས་རྣམ་པར་མཛེས། །འཇམ་མགོན་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཉི་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འོད། །ཐུགས་གསང་དཔལ་བེར་སེམས་པའི་མགོན་པོ་ནི། །གཞན་ཕན་དྲི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་བས་འཁྲུགས་པ། །དེ་ནི་ལྷ་ཡི་ཆུ་གཏེར་ཆེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་དེ་ལ་སྨན་པའི་རྒྱུ་དྲུག་ཚང་བའི་འཚོ་བྱེད་གཞུང་ལུགས་སྨྲ་བའི་འཁོར་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ཏེ། དཔེར་ན་རྒྱུ་སྐར་གྱི་ཁྲོད་ན་ཟླ་བ་ཉ་གང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་བཞུགས་སོ། །དེ་ཡང་འདུས་པའི་འཁོར་དེ་དག་ནི་ཚེ་རིག་འཛིན་པ་མུ་ཏིག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་བརྡོལ་པའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་སྡེ་བཞི་དགེ་བ་བཅུས་མཐོ་བའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་སྤྱི་དང་། ཁྱད་པར་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཐུབ་བསྟན་ཆོས་འཁོར་གླིང་དང་། རྫོང་སར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་རྩེ་སོགས་ཕྱོགས་དང་ཡུལ་གྲུ་ཐ་དད་པ་ནས་འདུས་ཏེ། ཀུན་ཀྱང་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱི་མིག་རྣམ་པར་བཀྲ་བས་གསོ་དཔྱད་ཀྱི་དོན་དང་ལག་ལེན་ལ་སེམས་པའི། སྡོམ་བརྩོན་འདུལ་བ་འཛིན་པ་འཕགས་ནོར་གྱི་གྲངས་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ From the glory of the incomparable Shakya Simha and the great Vajradhara of the Sambhogakaya, prophesied by the sound of the name of boundless wisdom, and affirmed by the holy beings who possess valid knowledge, wisdom, and the eye of Dharma, saying, "It is just so," a great rain of white flowers of knowledge and praise fell, completely establishing it as the great chariot of Dharma in Jambudvipa. The second Buddha, Padmasambhava, also, as the Vajra speech praising the wisdom and magical net dance of the great translator Rinchen Zangpo, the unparalleled great scholar and accomplished one appeared with a joyful, clear moon face, and resided surrounded by a gathering of disciples. Your discerning wisdom's lasso completely reaches the far shore of the ocean of knowledge. The king of essences is the ocean of practice for accomplishing nectar, from the immaculate river of wisdom, the door of the face for drinking unfeignedly and manifestly, is exceedingly beautiful due to the surging of the waters of good speech. The joyful light of Jamyang Gonpo, the secret heart's glorious protector, is filled with the agitation of altruistic, immaculate nectar, like a great heavenly reservoir. Thereafter, he is completely surrounded by a perfect retinue who possess the six medicinal ingredients and expound the system of nourishing life, residing like the full moon amidst the stars. Moreover, those assembled retinues are holders of longevity and wisdom, a great ocean with strings of pearls scattered, the kingdom enhanced by the four assemblies and the ten virtues universally, and especially gathered from various regions and places such as Palpung Thubten Chokhor Ling (in present-day Derge County, Sichuan), Dzongsar Tashi Lhatse (in present-day Derge County, Sichuan), etc. Everyone, with eyes bright with intelligence, focuses on the meaning and practice of medicine, the disciplinarians who diligently uphold vows, together with the number and methods of the noble wealth, engage in the work of accomplishing precious mercury. From the elements' disturbances, sins, evil spirits, etc., that are to be treated, to the unimpeded antidotal methods of the healers, for the medical system that is bestowed, surrounded by a retinue of vast intelligence. Possessing perfect altruism and youthful vigor, endowed with bright eyes of unimpeded wisdom, showering down the rain of altruistic actions of nectar, this assembled retinue is like a deity in the ocean. With smiling eyes, they gaze upon the face of the chief, with ears they drink the essence of the nectar of teachings, and with footsteps they move respectfully, engaging in the work of accomplishing meaningful jewels. Thereafter, at that time of the perfection of such a place and retinue, as the actual thing to be done, the medicine king White Conch, although naturally fierce and rough, if well-made, possesses many qualities and benefits beings.
